Very fast on a Sunday when I needed an appointment for my kiddo & was able to get in within 30min online before heading to the facility. All staff was very nice, communicative and didn’t have to wait long to be seen upon arrival.

Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Our test results were understandable and identified that we need to contact our Doctor for treatment.You have wonderful, caring staff.

The actual experience was fine and the interaction with the people was professional and kind. However, the online check in was an exercise in frustration. I had to enter birthdays in 3 different places, and the only way available was to tap back through each individual month from the present. If that hadnt been such a hassle, they would have gotten 5 stars.

The whole staff was very professional, very polite and I was never belittled about the shape my mouth was in. I appreciate leaving in a better state than I was in and not embarrassed about myself. Thank you so much.

First experience with NextCare. The registration and check in with Solv was a bit confusing which almost put me past hours. The people at the urgent care were most helpful and considerate. They stayed past hours to get me in and didn’t make me feel rushed. Thank you.

From the moment we arrived, everyone was SO nice. The receptionist came out to hold the door & helped my daughter who injured her ankle at volleyball that evening. They got us in immediately. The doctor was so nice & so patient with my daughter, he was very empathetic & helped make her feel at ease. Despite keeping them all there late into the evening they took time to explain everything and answer all of her questions. They took great care of her. It was the nicest urgent care experience I’ve ever had! Keep up the great job team, we need more like you!

The check in process is beyond cumbersome and well into “absurd” but the people are fantastic. If you do choose them, count on a half hour to 45 minutes in their check in app, and be ready to upload photographs of your ID front and back and your insurance card, front and back. And be ready to fill out the same information in two different places and possibly be cajoled into signing up for their care portal where they will ask you about teeth cleanings and stuff.But the most absurd thing of all was the “enter your birth date” calendar. On my iPhone it was fine, but on my wife’s Android it wouldn’t let her select a year or month, she literally had to tap the left arrow to go back a month several hundred times to get back to her birth year… and it wants that in three different places.All of that being said, the staff were amazing - kind, sympathetic, cheerful, and sincere. The people were fantastic enough that I will be willing to deal with the stupid check-in process again if I have to.

Will never waste our time here again. We got all checked in and we had been waiting for an HOUR AND A HALF in the parking lot with a two year old to be seen when we got a phone call from the nurse that said, they recommended our two year old be evaluated in the emergency room instead. No apology at all. No explanation as to why they waited an hour a half to tell us this and when I expressed frustration, the lady was defensive and rude. Totally unacceptable!

I REALLY needed to get a rapid test quick as I was heading on vacation with people who were high risk and couldnt find anywhere. The guy at UCHEALTH mentioned NextCare and they took me in as a walk up. The guy who checked me in an swabbed me was really courteous and professional.

The nurses and doctor were very caring and provided great care. They also gave us plenty of information so we know what to do if we test positive for Covid. I appreciate them being out there for everyone and taking precautions to protect themselves as well as everyone theyre in contact with.

Everyone was very helpful, professional and friendly. The online check in the was extremely redundant asking the same info multiple times, but other than that the experience was a pleasant one.

I came to them for a second opinion. They were fast, yet thorough and I got actual help with what I needed. Unfortunately they didnt have the boot I needed but they gave me a prescription to get it. And unfortunately the medical supply store didnt carry it anymore so it was a little bit of a hassle but the care I received was better than expected. Kudos.

It was extremely fast and easy to schedule a rapid Covid test. They even gave me an option on which test I wanted. Go up to the door and scan the QR code for registration if you need a drive-up test. No appointment was necessary.

Thank you for making a potentially stressful situation, a very pleasant one.The only complaint is with the web page, it doesnt offer a COVID-19 test option, just work injury, drug/alcohol testing, etc., as a result you are not allowed to proceed, this step comes after entering employment information.Also, sent CO Drivers license, front and back photos, twice, and apparently never received.Other than the web issues, great professionalism.

My daughter had a appointment to do a COVID test been waiting a hour for them. They are the rudest people I have cam across! Well the ladies up front.

Easy to schedule, covid test completed in my car, waited for rapid results only about seven minutes, thank you!!

Staff were nice, but it took me over an hour to get my test! And theyre out of rapid tests so I have to wait till tomorrow or the next day to get my results.

Everything went very well for me till the very end. I was impressed by staff, friendly and answered any questions I had. I had an infected growth on my neck/back area. It was lanced and the doc got out as much as she could. However the exit was mind- boggling, paid for visit and that was it. No aftercare instructions!!!, this growth was bigger than a than a golf ball. The next day it was swollen and infected. Im 64 and have never left a Dr.s office without any instructions. Ive only been here 3 weeks, after moving from Florida. Is that normal procedure here in Colorado? No aftercare instructions? Apologies for the complaint, but Ill was left not knowing what to do the next morning when I found it swollen and infected. I dont have another 300 dollars for return visit. Please dont let this happen to others. Thank you for your time.

Check in was simple, all online, waited outside, only waited for about 30 minutes. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating.

I cannot express my gratitude for the quality of care I received today enough. I didnt feel rushed, everyone was incredibly thorough, and most importantly I walked away feeling confident I was in good hands. Hopefully I wont be needing to visit an urgent care location again anytime soon, but if I do, I know exactly where Id go. 5 stars in every way possible.

This place is a rip-off. They ask you to pay almost 40 bucks a month for their NextCare Advantage plan when I signed up I was going to be free because I have the NextCare Advantage plan. I came in to get stitches removed and they told me it was going to be a $55 copay plus this month $40 payment. This place is a total scam and is not worth it.Update. I canceled my Advantage Plan and a week later i got charged. Employees obviously dont do there jobs.

The team did great doing a rapid COVID test for my 5-year-old. We were able to get in for a same-day appointment, and everyone made her feel so comfortable. It was over in a flash and we also got her results (negative!) in 15 minutes. Great experience.

Everyone we spoke to at this facility was friendly, even though they were slammed with appointments after the big snow storm. They answered our questions about the difference between tests to help us choose the right one. Results for the rapid test were ready within 10 min. I highly recommend this facility!

They deserve a 0. Husband goes in for a fractured arm and is in intense pain. Nothings wrong doesnt even give him anything for the pain.So now we are having to find someone else to go to to at least get something for the pain.Thanks for taking our money for nothing.

Arrogant doctor. Telling someone with debilitating back pain Its not that bad then referring to all his military patients who have had it worse. Have some compassion, have some bedside manner. Whatever your beliefs are dont talk down to your patients.

This was awful. I’ve been out front of the clinic over an hour after my appointment should have begun. I checked in online and was notified I was next in line but still, here I sit. I waited on hold to speak someone for 45 minutes and was not given any answers.

The doctor was friendly and helpful and got right to solving the problem, but when there was a foul-up with insurance on the prescription, they never changed the prescription to cover what the pharmacy needed and I ended up just paying full retail to get what I needed.

Really friendly and helpful staff, no appointment needed getting a nasal swab for covid-19 in the evening on a weekday, and got tested within 30 minutes of arrival.

Check in with qr scan, very redundant questions (name, phone, insurance, etc.) but easy enough. The reception and medical staff are terrific, they run a tight ship, very focused when working with you, friendly and efficient.

We did a rapid covid test and it went very smoothly. Check-in was very easy calling from our car once we arrived. The test was easier than I anticipated. Personnel were knowledgable and professional. Excellent all around.

Oh I love the staff and these dudes have helped me out tons of times...My main problem isnt with them its with healthcare right now... I know were doing our best to contain a pandemic.But today it was cold and drizzly and i had a fever that WAS UNcomfortable. ( sinus infection... Im fully vaxed.) for me, as an adult with a car to sit in...it broke my heart to see a very young child and her mom out in the elements today in front of the clinic. Waiting soooooo patiently. In the very chilly rain.If I was that kid and had a fever (I have no idea why the kid was there... maybe a regular check up.. probably not. Its urgent care... so who knows?) I would have crumpled on the wet side walk until somebody picked me up... it was intense for me. Chills! And I feel I have a pretty high tolerance for discomfort.I cant imagine what a burden this whole thing has been for ppl without transportation when the whole world was drive up for a while... including vaccination and testing... ugh. Plus the financial burden for all the ppl I know who never got a damn thing delivered because we cant afford it regularly and then had to add random things like hand sanitizer and internet access into our budgets. Bleh!Sorry... rabbit hole... Last week I got trapped in a hail storm bcz the ppl wouldnt let me inside a different clinic (not an urgent care.. my regular clinic.. no relation to next care.)when I got to the door. Hail.There has to be a better answer.Hopefully in the next century well develop some better options before the next pandemic.LoL.. thats generally not how human knowledge works. It is a bit fustrating when every different clinic has a different proceedure for getting in...I wish that was a bit more standardized...If were collecting ideas for 2120 Next Care has a pretty easy system to get in once u know it and as is everything else, requires vehicle acess for inclement weather.In this last year (its may 2021 now) every, location restaurant and business and doctors office has a different proceedure to do the same basic thing.They all seem to follow the same health guidelines BUT its all different ways to get what u need... apps, phone numbers, QR codes, video doorbells, etc.I hope by the next one we have a better way to serve everyone.This is getting annoying.And no wonder small businesses are suffering. No one wants to have to download a new app or whatever to get tacos instead of Chinese food.My Dad learned how to order Chinese food over the internet during lock down.. so thats what he had. The whole time. Ha ha ha!Anyhow, some stream lining next time would be great.Maybe one code for restaurants, one for medical appointments, one for banks, one for pizza... the end.Ugh.. on that note. I really hope we all get vaccinated. Its ur choice but if we dont get to a high enough percentage world wide were gonna get stuck out in the rain for a loooong time to come. Again.Give poor ppl cars.Keep the USPS.. ull need it!Standardize clinic access. Pizza access and streaming media controls across all devices..What can u think of that u learned from this pandemic?

Fast covid testing and it was all done from my vehicle. Great customer service from all medical staff as well. Appointment booking was quick and easy.

The staff were really nice. Were short staffed so took a while but all were great!

Website was a little confusing so called to make an appointment. We needed 3 rapid tests and there were only 2 appts left that day, so booked those and one for the following day. When we arrived for the 1st appt, they said they could get all 3 of us tested at the same time (all in the same car) which was a huge timesaver for us! Super friendly triage nurse, made my 9 and 6 year old laugh, and the Dr. brought out our (negative!) results within 15 minutes.

Been here twice. Signed up for their discount program which seems decent I guess. They were friendly and answered all my questions. Had x-rays done at both visits.

The staff takes the time to really figure out the problem and give you the best solution they can. Wait times were not crazy. I really can’t say anything negative about this place!

Do not believe the website that says you can come in anytime and get your covid-19 test. big signs all over the doorway and sitting outside on the sidewalks that say you have to have an appointment.Also once youve signed in on the website when youre at the location (I was in the North Longmont location)it gives you erroneous information as to how many people are ahead of you I was told there were eight people ahead of me in reality I was the next one. But your experience might be different. So call first even though it says you dont have to!!The staff is all first rate and very polite and considerate you couldnt ask for better staff - but you could ask for better website management!
