Amazing experience!! The staff are wonderful.when I went back to pick out my glasses I had just worked a 14 hr shift over night and was super tired. Miss Nedra jumped in and helped me pick out a pair of glasses that fit me best ( I was looking at some i wouldve hated if left to my own devices) and helped me get into a pair of sunglasses I LOVE! (Even though they dont stay on my forehead.) All while dealing with my tired goofy nonsense. She was exceptional. Pearle vision should be proud of the level of customer service Miss Nedra and all the staff here bring to the company name.

Great Customer service!! Someone sat on my glasses, and I was not sure they could be fixed, but one of the Pearle team was able to bend them back in shape and put one of the lenses back in!:) And, they did it free of charge!! Thank you, Pearle!

It was a great experience. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The eye doctor that saw me was very patient (as I was super tired and struggling) during the exam, very informative, very swift and SUPER cute. Very happy I chose to go there.

Great experience all around. Dr. Park was very thorough and pleasant. Levon was a huge help answering all of my questions regarding pricing even though I wasnt prepared to buy glasses that day. The whole team had positive, fun attitudes. I will look forward to seeing them again in a year, if not sooner.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I didnt have to wait, they got me right in as soon as I got there. The Dr. took the time to discuss and educate me about some of my vision questions. The person helping my choose my frames was very friendly! I was told my glassed would arrive in about 2 weeks. They came id 2 DAYS after my appointment! Wow! Just an overall great experience.

Had an amazing experience getting my eye exam here. Dr. McClure was extremely nice and professional. She didnt do that thing optometrist do where they berate you for not getting eye exams regularly like we should. She was helpful and super informative. Had an appointment at 1:40 and I was out before 2:30 with the most comfortable and well fitting contacts Ive ever worn. The experience was great for not only an optometrist, but also any business.

Great service and a great pair of glasses. The staff was extra concerned about making sure I got a frame that works well with my strong prescription. I am amazed how light the glasses are even with a -8.25 on one side.

During the middle of the Covid-19 shut down I found myself in dire need of a new pair of glasses. The Doctor and employees at Pearl Vision were wonderful. Friendly and knowledgeable and so helpful. I also felt the cost was quite reasonable. This was my first time using Pearl Vision and I will definitely continue to use them in the future.

Kasey, Dr. Pete, And the rest of the wonderful staff took excellent care of both of my kiddos, and I made an appointment to go back next month. This is hands-down one of the best I care centers I’ve ever experienced. I highly recommend Pearle vision Longmont

The environment in this establishment is very uncomfortable. I come in here every once in a while and get the worst customer service imaginable. When walking into the store, you get greeted with the lowest amount of respect. Then, if you have a question. The ladies at the front desk make you feel very low for asking it. They are always very snotty and rude towards me and my family, and the looks they give their customers is very unprofessional. They are in a work environment and have customers, they need to understand that.

Needed an eye exam and they were able to get me scheduled within a day! The Dr. was great, he took his time, explained things well, and really listened to me. The staff are an all around fun group of people to work with! They were friendly, personable and knowledgeable. The store carries a great selection of frames and sunglasses. I highly recommend them!

They lost my eyeglass order, when I went in to check on status of my glasses I ordered they had no record, they remembered me being there, but I got nothing but attitude, no sorry, nothing. They called a few days later saying they found the mix up, I was charged for another order, cuz orders got mixed up. They offered to discount some of the lense services on the phone for the mix up , but when I went in to go over details they only reduced my bill by the amount they overcharged me, no discount on Anything i ordered, I didn’t even get all the options I selected on my lenses when I went In the first time, they offered to add it, but at an extra charge. No discount offered for the mix up. I’m still waiting for the glasses I ordered, the lenses came in, but the frame I selected still hasn’t been returned. Very poor service, very bad attitudes. Mistakes happen, I was fine with that, but the attitude and the offer of a discount that they never followed through with leaves me feeling like they don’t care about their customers at all.

Highly recommend!! Myra, Monica, Bill and Dr. Baca were all very helpful at my visit. I am a first timer when it comes to glasses and contacts and they were very patient with me when teaching me how to put in and take out contacts. There selection of glasses was great! They helped me narrow down a few styles and helped me choose the perfect pair! Thanks so much, I will be returning for sure!

Best glasses experience I’ve ever had. For the last twenty years I purchased from optical departments of big national stores like Target. Getting my latest pair of eyeglasses from Pearle (and contacts for my teenage son) was like getting an upgrade to first class from ecomnomy... and, in the end I actually saved money! Thanks Pearle for the great experience and the ongoing customer service. Always friendly faces too! 😊

Came in for a contact lens exam, had a great appointment and everyone on the staff was amazing! I ordered a pair of glasses and contacts- they took the time to figure out the best financial option for bundling the costs and the glasses and contacts arrived within FOUR DAYS of ordering them. I was shocked at their speed! I ended up damaging my glasses within a week of getting them, I brought them back and within two minutes I was out the door with my glasses as good as new! The team is longmont not only have great customer service, they back it up! Affordable, comfortable and just an overall great experience!

I went in just to have them buff a part on my plastic rim, and the lady who was helping me accidently broke my glasses. They tried to fix them but it wasnt going to work out so they fit my lenses into a pair they had for free. They fixed a mistake and I appreciate their services. Very nice ladies.

Our family of 5 can make appointments for the same time, and we all get our appointments, all seen, and all fitted for glasses in the same time period. Its a HUGE timesaver. All of the employees are fantastic. Monica is always so friendly and willing to help. Myra and Bill help find glasses that fit your style and your face. Im so glad that we have a local place to go that makes you feel welcome when you walk in the door!

They were open early on a Saturday which was great, the staff knew what they were doing and were very friendly. The visit to collect my glasses was quick and efficient and they followed up with me the following week to see how I was doing with the new glasses. Great Customer Service!

Ive been to many vision centers prior to Pearle Vision looking for frames for my new prescription. I came here earlier in the week, and now after searching, I found my perfect glasses! My insurance covered nearly everything, and the glasses I found are absolutely gorgeous and fit my liking. Employees were very kind and I appreciated their helpful enthusiasm.

Buy two pairs of glasses in February of 2019. Spent over $1000 for both pairs. Now 8 months later they are both so covered in scratches you can barely see through them. One pair the paint is coming off the frames a pair of Persol’s. I moved to Texas and have spent weeks trying to get them covered under warranty and it’s been impossible, excuses of bad communication between them and a corporate store and about how a brand new frame is no longer in stock and about how I should have bought their warranty on the frames and how they may not cover the defect. Don’t buy from Pearl vision they don’t stand behind their products the lens are awful and the service is garbage

This store offered to repair my glasses for free when I didnt purchase them there. Then, they advised me in regard to progressive lenses to correct the issue I have of taking my glasses off to read. Im near-sighted, not far-sighted after slight sight deterioration from laser surgery nearly 20 years ago. I highly recommend them!

Very helpful and informative staff made buying frames easy for me. When I buy anything I take my time trying to find what looks best and they help find the best frames. They also help if you have any problems or need adjustments.

I had some trouble with my prescription from a doctor outside of this office and I had to have new lenses ordered a couple of times, and still they werent right. I decided to get a second opinion, so I called Lori, asked her to schedule me for an examination with their optometrist and he worked with me (even called me back for another re-check) and got the prescription honed in so it is right for me.Lori and her staff were so patient and stuck with me until we got the lenses in the correct prescription. Theyve earned my recommendation to family and friends as well as my continued business. I appreciate the positive, friendly atmosphere and expert service at this Pearle Vision location.

I had a Canadian prescription for replacement lenses but didnt have time to get it filled at home as I was headed to Colorado for 6 weeks. I took the prescription to the Longmont store and the owner herself helped me. The first pair of frames she picked out ended up being the ones I purchased, and there was absolutely no problem with a Canadian prescription. Luckily for me there happened to be a 2 for 1 sale going, so I got sunglasses too!! I am very happy!

Excellent! Laurie went above and beyond to help me in spite of insurance company difficulties. She is sweet, calm and super efficient. Im so happy with my glasses and will be changing eyecare providers when my next exam time is due. Visited for the 3rd time - exceeded expectations again! Bill, Laurie, all staff excellent.

I had an outstanding experience at the Longmont Pearle Vision on Ken Pratt. The store is very clean and modern with a great selection of frames. Dr. McClure provided me with a very thorough exam explaining every step of the exam. I love that the retina camera they use provides enough detail that dilation is not necessary. They accepted my VSP and had my progressive Maui Jim’s ready in just a few days.They have the friendliest staff who go out of their way to give useful advice and share their opinion on look, fit and pricing.Great Service!

This place is wonderful. I have a very strong prescription, and the owner helped me pick out eyeglasses and recommended a certain type of sunglass. They were both done well and in a timely manner. I had my previous pair done at an optical centre here in Longmont. I did not realize how bad of a job was done on my prescription on my previous pair until I got my new glasses here. My prescription had not changed, but the glasses I got at Pearle Vision left me able to see MUCH more clearly. The difference was astounding. Thanks Pearle Vision!

I was very happy with my visit to this new location in Longmont. Dr Asmussen was very professional and thorough with my eye exam. I cant say enough about the staff at this location. They were all incredibly helpful and friendly--from my appointment check-in, to finding the best deal available for my eyeglasses and contacts, to contacting me when my order came in. I would highly recommend this location.

I was able to visit this store in Longmont for the first time today and I was very impressed.First, the store: location is convenient, right off of highway 287 and 119 and the store is very open and clean. As for the staff, I interacted with 3 staff members and all were very kind and professional.The exam itself: it had been years since my last exam and technology has changed significantly. All of the equipment was brand new and processes that I used to hate (e.g. dilation) are no longer required. The whole process was very fast from check in as a new client through the exam and eyeglass selection/payment took me less than an hour.The owner was in the store today and she followed up with me while checking out to ensure I had a great experience.Highly recommended.

Just walked in without an appointment to get my glasses repaired expecting to have to drop them off for a day or two at least. Surprise! 15 minutes later I was out the door, repaired, refitted and all for a grand total of $0.00 wow how often does that happen anymore? Marry Christmas to the ladies at the Longmont location.
