Dr Neff and his staff are amazing. I have terrible anxiety about dentists and dental work and everyone at this office was so nice and caring. They did a great job making me feel safe and comfortable and theyre all crazy nice. I will definitely be recommending Dr Neff to friends and family that need root canals. He made a procedure that I was nervous and a little scared to have done so much better than I expected. Really just an amazing team at this office.

Highly recommend. I was told that all Dr. Neff does is root canals and it shows. He is so fast and precise. Ellen was an amazing assistant as she had every instrument ready before he even asked. Not their first day. My pain concerns were understood and met. Least painful root canal Ive ever had. Leslie worked with my insurance company to make sure I knew what I was going to pay and that never changed. No one hopes to ever have a root canal but if I ever need another Ill make sure its with Dr. Neff and his team.

I have to admit I went into the consultation convinced I was going to pull the tooth. I asked many questions, got good answers and never once did he try to persuade me in any direction. Just answered honestly. I had the root canal done by him and he did an excellent job.

Dr. Neff is a true professional.I was freaking out when I showed up for my procedure and he suggested I come back in a week. And his assistant was extremely helpful as well. I wasnt charged for a spot I didnt use.At my actual appointment he listened to my concerns and took appropriate measures to make my root canal a painless experience. I highly recommend this professional man for all your root canal needs. I cant say enough good things. Thank you, Dr. Neff. Its refreshing to see folks like you who care about your patients and listen to them.

Wow! This place is nuts! I was told by Dr Neff that he CLEARLY saw a crack in the root of my tooth. When I asked him to show it to me on the X-ray, he was unable to and just stated that HE could see it. I went onto another endodontist only to find that there was no crack.I had to pay the bill out of pocket. Leslie was to send the claim to BC/BS. My insurance company has contacted her THREE times. Leslie always says that the paperwork has been sent. It hasn’t. I just got off the phone with her asking for Dr Neff’s information so I could submit the form. She literally hung up on me. I have now disputed the claim with my credit card company and they will not be paid.I wouldn’t advise anyone to use this practice.
