Absolutely recommend! Just had my first cleaning here today and am so pleased. First of all they are functioning really well within the pandemic, which Im sure cant be easy. Everyone wore masks and I only saw one other parent while I was there and we were sat far apart. Everyone in the office was so friendly and professional. Michelle, who cleaned my teeth was thorough but delicate so my mouth didnt even hurt during or after the cleaning. Every step of the way I was told what they were looking for and what they were finding. And when the time came to discuss my future treatment they had a treatment plan with costs all ready for me! Loved the experience. Id never had a dentist that I really loved before; but Im happy to say that changed today! Hoping to have them as my dental office for years to come!

I was having pain in my mouth but hadnt been to the dentist in longer than I would like to admit. They got me in fast, were very attentive to minimizing pain during my check up and cleaning, clearly explained my treatment plan and potential costs, and were kind and supportive the whole time. Their COVID procedures were excellent. The office was wonderful. Im so thankful I found them!

Are you legally allowed to like the dentist? Probably not, but I dont care! Dr. Molly and her staff are truly wonderful! I love the conversation they all have during my visits and my teeth are so happy that I found them! 5 Stars+++

Mollie is an amazing dentist. I went in for a broken tooth and she made it a million times better. Her assistant was amazing as well. I recommend going here even if it is a far drive. Amazong work, amazing people. I will never use another dentist.

Our family has been using their services for around 9 years. I personally have had gum issues for my adult life as I was a smoker for 17 years. And hereditary gum problems seem to run on one side of my family. I have seen allot of dentist in my day. And specialists for extractions, graphs, and much more. So I feel like I have allot of experience with dentists. This office is run very well. They are clean kind and fair. I know several people who have had work done here and have never heard of a bad experience or trying to sell you something you don’t need.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mollie Richardson for a few years now, and I cannot recommend her enough to everyone. She is genuine, patient, understanding, and amazing at what she does. She and her team are a well oiled machine and visits are pleasant, informative, and quick no matter if youre getting a routine cleaning or a crown. I appreciate the time that Mollie takes to explain procedures or next steps and is never condescending or belittling. She and her team are so gentle and are constantly checking in during the process, wonderful bedside manner. They are also a fun and personable group, it feels like hanging out with a group of friends during your visit; Ive never had an interaction that felt curt or rude. For someone who used to dread going to the dentist and would put it off for years, I am happy to see these ladies and be their patient. Thank you ladies for all that you do!

I usually dont do reviews but Riverside Dental has been the best. I have tried numerous other places which I wont mention and no one comes close to Riverside Dental. The customer serviceis top notch and everyone there is really friendly. I actually enjoy going to the dentist. If you are looking for a dentist for first time or are looking for someone new this is the place to go. I would highly recommend Riverside Dental. They are all awesome !

I have never felt more comfortable at a dentists office in my life! Dr. Mollie is so professional and gives you honest advice about what should be done. She also tells you if it is something you can wait on, because its not bad, but to keep an eye on it. Great cleaning that is not painful! The whole staff is amazing, and I will never go to another dentist, because Dr. Mollie is a keeper!!!!

I have always been uncomfortable around dentists until I found Mollie Richardson. Shes knowledgeable, shes personable, and she makes you feel right at home. Mollie has been the best dentist I have ever had and if I could, I would give her more than 5 stars. If youre in search of a dentist, go to Mollie!

Best dental experiences Ive ever had. Due to my own negligence throughout my teens and early twenties my teeth were literally falling apart. I was ashamed and scared of going to any dentist but everyone in the office from the first time through the door was welcoming and happy to help me. I now have healthy teeth and recommend Riverside Dental to anyone that mentions needing dental work.

STAY AWAY! Unbelievably horrible customer service. Simply in awe over how poorly this place has treated me. Simply put, I went in to get a crown done but the minute I sat in the chair I was told that I needed to follow-up with my endodontic doctor before I could get the crown done, so why then did they even have me come in if thats a prerequisite to getting a crown? Oh, because they want to get their $126 office visit fee. LOL, what a scam. Wouldnt it make sense to inform people of such requirements BEFORE they set aside time from work and come in only to be told they need to reschedule for another visit AND THEN charge them for the current visit that nothing actually got done at? I spent less than 5 minutes in the dentist chair talking with the dentist. Whats even more funny is she told me at the beginning of the visit that it is up to me but that she recommends going to follow up with my endodontic doctor first. I respectfully declined and requested that the crown procedure be started that day but then she changed her mind I guess because she said she would not start the crown until the follow up was done. I then was concerned that i was going to be charged for the visit so I specifically voiced my concerns and she specifically assured me that if my insurance didnt cover the office visit that I would not be billed to pay anything out of pocket. I was totlly upfront with these people and they literally lied to me because now I have a bill from them for an office visit that nothing happend at. After trying to cal them to discuss the situation, they are holding to their guns and claiming that they never agreed to such and even had the nerve to say I was there for over 45 minutes, LOL, so please tell me, if I was there for 45 minutes, what did they do that took 45 minutes? This place is a joke and I will be contacting my insurance to file a complaint against them. Truly shocked!

Ive had alot of dental work done, Dr.Molly Richardson is THE BEST!!! She made me feel so comfortable about literally everything! She is a perfectionist in a great way, Hey, we all want the best work and she makes sure you get it! She is gentle and is perfect for kids as well as adults! Her office is calm and inviting, her dental assistant Destry couldnt be better! I will never go to another Dentist and I will deffinatly reccomend her to anyone and everyone!!! A++
