Dr. Amy Copeland was very gentle and through when she cleaned my teeth today. Their office was immaculate and all of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall it is an extremely clean, friendly, and professional dental office.

So I really was blown away by my visit today. The Office manager Cathy(sp) greeted me and dealt with all the obstacles I could provide. She was very kind and understanding. She was able to deal with my x-ray records search and get me going super fast.Jill the Doctors assistant was super professional and really helpful. She helped me relax and prepped me perfectly for Doctor Copeland. I really appreciated her skillset because Im really nervous at the Dentist usually. Not with her.Doctor Copeland was extremely compassionate and gave me the coolest play by play Ive ever had during a dental visit. His work looks great and I really appreciate the extra effort he gave me today. Super professional.All in all Im so relieved to have finally found a place I can trust and feel safe to get more serious work done eventually.Many many thanks for everything Copeland Family Dental. Copeland Family Dental is an excellent dental provider. They are extremely professional and the staff is friendly and courteous. They explain each step along the way when performing a procedure. I am 80 years old and they fixed an issue that I have had for many years and did not persuade me to incur expense for caps, inplants, etc. They were able to make it so I could smile again. I will return for routine exams when they are needed. They make you feel welcome!

Having moved to CO in mid 2018, finding a new dentist was a bit daunting as we’d been to a few different dentists over the years and had finally found a great one just a few years prior. Copeland has been nothing but amazing. The entire staff is great. The office and staff are very welcoming. They’re great for the entire family. I recommend them for anyone!

From the time I called to schedule my first new patient appointment to the time I left this morning, I was wowed by my experience. Jill was wonderful and helpful on the phone. Nina was my hygienist. So amazing! She was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and really put me at ease. Since my husband and two kids go here, I thought Id switch from my old dental practice. Was not disappointed! Dr. Copeland was also friendly and listened to my concerns, and no one tried to push unnecessary products or procedures which I felt like they had started to do at my old practice since the founding dentist there had passed. I had the pleasure of stumbling upon Copeland Family Dental about 8 years ago when my prior dentist retired. I called a few and even went to one, but nothing stuck. When i called Copeland. I was greeted by Dr Amy Copeland who set up my first appointment. Its been like home every since. They have a wonderful loving staff who truly care about their patients. I just went with my son today and they made us feel safe and at ease and are taking smart action to keep us safe. My wife switched to them and weve referred several people to them. I just had a cleaning and will have two deep scaling sessions in the next month. When I go here, I am always grateful for the excellent care and kindness. Everyone is skillful and welcoming. I also take my daughter Annie to Copeland Dental who is a person with intellectual disabilities. They work so well with such sensitivity with Annie. My dentist of over 15 years was retiring so I needed to find someone else. Having seen him that long I was a tiny bit skeptical I could really find someone as good. After just my first appointment, I can now say I could not have found a better replacement than Heath and Amy and the team at Copeland Family Dental. It was such a great experience to come on board and get to know all the great people in the office. Everyone treated me with great care and respect and I know I have trusted by dental work to a team that does fantastic work. The office rooms are very nice and comfy and I am looking forward to the new offices after they move next month.

The receptionists were very friendly, communicative, and fast. Overall, everyone I spoke to there was incredible. The dentist was also very friendly, personable, and professional. I had to wait 15-20 minutes for the dental hygienist, Bailey to be available to clean my teeth. They gave me a Starbucks gift card for the minor wait, which was so sweet. Wonderful service overall, they dont make you hate the dentist!

Baily is about the best Dental Hygienist I have ever come across. The Doctors and support staff are top notch. The technology seems to be the best on the market. The treatment rooms look out over a park-like setting. There has never been any pressure from the staff to redo my dental work or any recommendation for crowns. They do however continue to watch a few areas. Its a much better experience then when I was with HR Smiles. HR gave a great cleaning, but the pressure to redo acceptable safe dental procedures was overbearing and caused us to move on. Copeland gets my vote! 👍

About half of my office goes to Copeland and comes highly recommended. Great People - Great Dentist(s)I dont have anything bad to say about Copeland Family Dental. They are great people that are personable and actively engage with their clients. I have seen both Copelands and they both impressed me with their attention to detail and their willingness to explain what they were doing and why (during a filling and cleaning).In a time of Covid they also took active measure to ensure my safety, which was a nice touch. The staff used fresh PPE coming and going, and called me before hand for the screening to make sure I wouldnt show up and have to be turned away.

I was very impressed with the care taken to prevent any exposure to Covid-19. The new office is beautiful as well. If you need to find a dentist, I highly recommend Copeland Family Medicine.

This is the best Dentistry that I have ever been to. Ive been going to this family Dental practice for many years and have nothing but great experience.

I have been a patient of Dr Heaths and Dr Amys since they arrived in Highlands Ranch. They and all of their staff always provide excellent care. I am made to feel like an individual and not just the next one in line. One of the things I find both comforting and reassuring is that they always tell you what they are doing just before doing it and keeping you advised of the progress being made all the while monitoring for your comfort. I know they have a lot of young patients and when they are treated the same way I am there is no reason for a child to fear going to the dentist. I can also tell by the way the staff interacts with each other that they all enjoy working there. If this is not your current dental practice they will be after your first visit. Michael

Over the moon attention to patient needs! I bring both of my kids to Copeland and I also see Dr. Heath, and we have all had amazing experiences. When my daughter had a dental emergency after hours, Dr. Heath was responding to my text messages till 10 p.m. and saw her the next day - which was one that he was not supposed to be seeing patients.The entire staff is pleasant, clearly happy and very good at their jobs. State of the art equipment, extremely thorough new patient exams and overall oral health examination, admin side is organized and efficient - not a single thing we dont love about Copeland Dental.

I am very impressed with Christian’s obvious, extensive experience and her meticulous skills.She talked to me in detail about my specific issue and gave me hands on demonstration of how to address it at home. I felt very comfortable asking questions (when my mouth wasn’t wide open!) and her responses were very helpful. She is caring as well as very professional.Cathy is always welcoming and delightful. She treats each client individually, personally, not just like a generic patient. She’s wonderful!Dr. Heath is so down to earth, easy going. Very non-threatening. I’ll bet kids really like him, too!
