Both myself and my wife have been using their services for 3> years. The stuff is friendly. I have no concerns about the job they do. My wife had an issue once with a crown, but it was redone at no costs at our side. Thank you guys! I hope youll be able to keep it up.

Doctor Karlan and her Team are the best. They are very professional and provide a full dental experience. I have been coming here for years and love there services and flexibilites on seeing me. Ive been going to Dakota Ridge Dental for years and any words of praise that I write will not be adequate to describe the care and professionalism of Dr. Karlins dental practice, from the receptionist on up to Dr. Karlin herself. My Dental Hygienist is Deb and she makes an otherwise anxious procedure very relaxing due to how personable she is. Just talking to her makes one realized how knowledgeable she is about her profession.

Debbie was my hygienist this visit. She is awesome. She communicates with me, is kind and thoughtful. I really appreciate her professionalism. We have been with this practice many years. Some visits not so great. Debbie made me feel good about coming back again.

I took my mom in for an extraction today with Dr. Karlin. She is incredible!!! Everyone in her office is friendly, professional and so welcoming. Todays visit for a cleaning was my 3rd visit to Dakota Ridge Dental. I got to the appt early, and was whisked into an exam room. The technician doing my cleaning was friendly, welcoming, and I could tell she knew what she was doing. When she finished, Dr. Karlin checked for possible issues. There were none, lucky me.OK, Ive only been to this practice three times - but every time has been a pleasant experience. Im looking forward to my next visit.

Dr. Karlin and staff are absolutely phenomenal! The office has a professional but relaxed atmosphere, never any extra wait time, and the level of service is second to none. This is a wonderful office. My daughter had her first cavity and was so scared, but Mariah made her feel at ease right away. She left after having a filling smiling and said when can we come back! Dr. Karlin is so caring and gentle. She pulled two of my 8 year olds baby teeth and, rather than being horrified, my daughter walked out of there saying it was the best day ever. Shes a great dentist and a genuine person. Ive been a patient there for about 7 years. Tried to go somewhere else when I moved and had to come back because I trust her like no other dentist Ive met.

I contacted Dr. Karlin over the weekend, after I accidentally chipped a tooth. Without hesitation, she assessed my pain level and to determine if I needed immediate treatment. I did not have and emergency and she was kind enough to accommodate me the following Monday to begin treatment. She always puts her patients first. Her team is a direct reflection of her standard of professionalism. They are always knowledgeable and very friendly.

Dishonest. After doing routine care of of my 86 year old mother’s teeth for 3 years, they stated she needed a $1000 deep clean??? I got a second opinion who concluded her teeth are in great shape for her age and charged $85 for a routine maintenance cleaning. I suggest Oldroyd Family Dentistry if you are searching for a reputable dentist that is honest in the care of their patients.

She is very knowledgeable, meticulous, conscientious, and just an all-around wonderful person. I love getting my teeth cleaned, but if this is not something you enjoy, Deb goes out of her way to make sure you know exactly what she is doing and what to expect. My husband and I have also seen other hygienists in the office, and they are all fantastic. The entire office surpasses all expectations of a dental practice!

Walked into this clinic at 27-years-old without a single cavity. My first appointment they told me I had four, which was overwhelming since Id never had a filling before. They filled my cavities but numbed me so badly they couldnt properly shave the fillings down. This left me in a lot of pain because my fillings were rubbing together when I chewed. I went back FIVE TIMES for them to fix the fillings. They did the exact same thing every time...shaved the fillings down more and more. They told me they would try alternative methods to treat, but never tried anything different. This was because they have overbooked themselves. For several of my appointments I waited for 30-45 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. They were so far behind they didnt have adequate time to help me and fix what they had done. The dentist even talked to me on the phone and told me he would provide me with a retainer to wear during the day to try and help the fillings heal. He was supposed to follow up to set up an appointment with me to get one fit and he never reached out. I have decided to leave their office and looked for care elsewhere. Turns out they fractured one of my teeth while filling it and I will either need a crown or full extraction. It has been over a year since I had my fillings done and I still cant chew on the left side of my mouth. Its very frustrating to trust a dentist and they take you from zero pain to constant pain. Customer service from their previous receptionist was also terrible. She was unkind on the phone and shamed me for not being available during their regular hours for my fifth follow up appointment. Its difficult missing work four times for them to fix their errors, especially because I had to pay for the fillings and missed out on at least 10 hours of work for these appointments. Very frustrating experience!

Uncompromised quality dental care. I have all my immediate family and many friends going here because of the exceptional treatment and care you receive. I send my son, daughter, and grandkids here. No other dentist for us. Well worth every cent we have ever invested in our best Healthcare with this organization!

Dakota Ridge Dental has put in place many precautions to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. The staff is very courteous and thorough. My hygienist this time was Debbie who did a great job with the cleaning. Dr. Petracek is great and we have followed him to this office from our previous dentist, where he also took good care of us. I am a little shocked at seeing a negative review for Dakota Ridge. This is the most professional, conservative, reputable dental organization I have patronized. I have been going here for 8 years and have had Dr Petracek and Dr Karlin both treat me. I recommend Dakota Ridge to all my family and clients, many who now are patients. I have NEVER been in a situation where they tried to upsell me something, quite the opposite. I came here because another dentist just down Bowles tried to have me replace all my crowns when one came out - Dakota Ridge glued back in 2 years in a row, and charged me like $75. Outstanding care, fair pricing, outstanding treatment. I will not go anywhere else.

Went to Dakota Ridge for the first time today. My husband is currently a patient and had a good experience with the practice so I thought I would try it out. I was very worried, given COVID, but the office was beyond professional and left me feeling very safe. They provided temp screening and their sanitization practices were very visible and frequent, even as I was exiting the office. My favorite hygienist from my previous dental practice was there by a surprise (small world) and she was so thorough and took plenty of time to explain things to me. The doctor who saw me was very honest about what he observed with my teeth and bite guard, but did not push anything in terms of purchase or procedure. I appreciated his candid nature, but willingness to try a more conservative approach to my dental care. We will definitely keep this practice as our dental home.

I am a nurse of 40 plus years. I believe in patient care and the oath of Do No Harm. I have seen many changes in 40 years and to be completely honest the quality of care in medicine has changed and not for the better. I say this with complete honesty. The care and treatment given by the physicians at Dakota Ridge is superior. The technology is current, their knowledge and explanation of technical procedures is respectable. The staff is kind and apparent that its more than a job. The staff is efficient and clinic is clean and organized. Would I recommend Dakota Dental, absolutely.

I highly recommend Dakota Ridge Dental. Just left the office after a cleaning and checkup. I am a person that generally dislikes going to the dentist but the people at this office are friendly and good at what they do. I have met both Dr.s and they are both very personable. I also like that they send reminders for appointments which I very much appreciate it.

Heres the deal: no dentist appointment for me is going to be the most fun thing in the world. This is the second filling Ive had at Dakota Ridge Dental, and each time Ive received a warm greeting, the opportunity to pick a movie to watch with headphones, offered a comfortable massage chair (what?!), a blanket, a pillow, and sunglasses so Im not blinded by the light. Easily the two best dental experiences Ive ever had. I would recommend them a thousand times over!

I was referred here by one of my clients Mariah (she’s an assistant there) I went in for my first time today with tooth pain. I haven’t been to the dentist in forever (over 5 years) because it’s always freaked me out and gives me bad anxiety. From the moment I called and talked to Kelsey to going in and meeting the front desk people,my hygienist Olivia and Dr. Justin (I can’t remember his last name ) it was incredible. They all made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Justin explained what was going on and gave me options (last time I went to a dentist they told me I had to do all this stuff with no options) I go back next week! I found Dr. Petracek again after seeing him once for an emergency at his last office. He is so down to earth and truly cares about you. He isnt all about extra bells and whistles to make an extra dollar. I had a great cleaning experience and feel comfortable about his recommendations. The office is new, clean and kid-friendly. They have tons of flavors for kids and have tvs to position for kids to watch movies.

I could not be any happier with this dental office!! I have been getting work done here for over a year and Dr. Petracek has always done a great job and been very thorough when explaining the treatment plan. So last night my 5 year old son fell off his bike and messed his front two teeth up pretty badly. Not only did they squeeze us into their schedule, they treated him with the best care a frantic mother could ask for. At one point even Dr. Karlin came into the room to reassure me and to help calm my son down. All of the staff went above and beyond for us last night and I am SO very proud to call this my dentist office.

Ive had a crown thats given me problems for 5-6 years now. Karlin saw me one time and fixed it.... Ive seen 4 other dentists that couldnt fix it after several visits. Feels great, I never thought I was going to chew on that side again.

Dr. Karlin is great....She went above and beyond to help me with a dental claim that she didnt perform as I have been struggling with United Dental. I have been going to their office for a couple years now. Always friendly staff, always a professional environment and its obvious that Stephanie cares about her patients by her helping me with something that was not her issue. I got some dental work done by them recently and was pleased. I would definitely recommend her.

If you are looking for honest dentists who know how to keep you pain free, this is your place. I went to Dakota Ridge Dental to get a cracked tooth fixed. Two weeks later a different molar went south (a small crack led to an infection) and I had to get a root canal. Dr. Petracek took care of me both times, and both times I actually fell asleep in the chair! They are quick to get you on the schedule and they have a neat texting option that reminds you of your appointment.

After having a bad experience I avoided the dentist for too many years. From a referral I tried Dr. Karlin. I just finished getting two crowns and some bonding work done. Dr. Karlin and Sheba her assistant were kind, patient and understanding through my quirks and anxiety. I used to hate going to the dentist, but not anymore! Truly not my favorite thing in the world but Keira is simply an outstanding hygienist and super friendly. Dr. Petracek is awesome and always fun to talk to for a few minutes before and after your visit. I was told I had 5 cavities that needed to be filled. I got a second opinion from another dentist with over 25 years over experience. It turns out I dont have any cavities. I am extremely upset that I was not given truthful information about my health.

I started looking for another dentist and found Dakota Ridge Dental. They were gentle, caring and did a fantastic job with my cleaning and check up. They didnt try to sell me anything that I didnt need. Love this practice.
