This place is a joke.. fails to let any patient know if polices change.. call for appointments and never get call back will not suggest this place to anyone.. o and all of sudden dont accept state insurance its a joke

Worst service ever!! The staff at the front desk were incredibly rude to me, and super condescending when I asked questions. I needed information from them to give to my dental insurance, and it took WEEKS to get it. I would call them and theyd put me on hold and hang up on me repeatedly. They finally said theyd call me back with the answer, but never called back and were super rude when I called back again after a week of waiting to hear from them. They are impossible to work with, and scheduling with them is a nightmare. I am going through the process of switching dentists now because I just cant deal with them anymore. Look elsewhere for a good dentist!

Highly recommend Family Dental of Littleton to anyone looking for dental services. Every time I go in, I am taken care of with exceptional care and service, from the point of reception, throughout the entirety of the appointment. I fully appreciate the laid back atmosphere, yet professionalism that I receive.

After my sons tooth was chipped by the hygienist and I was treated horribly by the office. The CEO did call me and apologize for the poor service I received, which I appreciated. I decided to transfer to another dentist however. I sent my medical record release form on 1/27/2021 and have the confirmation sheet. I called 2/22/2021 to verify they received it. Michelle called me back on 2/24/2021 and told me they would send my records by the following Monday. Then I get an email from my new dentist saying Littleton Family Dental had requested my release form because they hadnt gotten it yet. I called Littleton Family Dental and asked to speak to Michelle, and when I identified myself she hung up on me. I called right back and the phone was picked up and hung up. I called a third time and got the answering service. I asked them to have the office manager call me back asap. NO ONE CALLED BACK. This place has the absolute worse customer service EVER. Too bad Tammy left - she was phenomenal. The CEO told me they were going to be doing some more training for the receptionist area - THEY FAILED! So disgusted that they think its ok to treat people like this :( I hope this review saves someone else the treatment we received. Wish I could give less than 1 star

I felt very welcomed here. The staff is professional and friendly. Also, a very nice atmosphere.

Down to Earth, easy going. From front desk to dental assistant to dentist, hands down best Ive been to. Make procedures quick, easy, and best of all make you feel comfortable. If you have any nerves about going to the dentist these guys make it a breeze.

Wow, had 4 implants done this morning and it took a little over an hour. Great Dentist staff and reception, cant wait to get back next month and get the top done

I called this office in an effort to find a good dentist. I explained my situation with a broken tooth and they scheduled an appointment for me right away. They fixed the tooth on the first appointment. Great Staff, Friendly, Polite and professional. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a good dental facility.

My son had to have a tooth extracted while we were on vacation and we chose Family Dental. Everyone on the staff was very pleasant and helped keep a nervous 8 year old boy comfortable.

I had a molar removed today. And Dr. Samson was a very humble man... And interacted with me through the session. I will definitely be returning in the future.

First time there with my 3 kids... front office staff is very Nice and Professional.. Kids loved hygienist, as did I ; my oldest daughter (who is very shy) was comfortable & felt dentist was so very nice and I personally felt he is doing whats best for kids and not his wallet.... His care seemed right on point... Would recommend

Very friendly down to earth people. They did a wonderful job on what i thought was a much bigger problem, they put my mind at ease very quickly. I just walked in at random they examined me and fixed my problem the very same day!! Though Im sure I was just lucky on the timing of my visit, (not saying they can fix a problem in one day with everyone) but the fact they took the time to try meant so much to me. I walked away with so much more self confidence!!! I will be back for sure and will be recommending them to everyone I know!! Thank you so much!!
