Dr. Bienemen was very informative and educational about treatment options for me. Provided knowledge for me to actively take part and decide which option will be best for me. Very skilled and friendly staff. It is clear that he practices with the most up to date and research based approach and truly cares about his patients. Really a leader in the industry!!

Dr. Jim did an amazing job, starting with explaining to us (parents) what the issue was, what he was going to do, and if we had any questions. Our son who has a tongue tie is not a sit still kid. Dr. Jim and his assistant worked really well with our 4 year old. Procedure was done well and quick. We drove 2 hours for this and would highly recommend.

First time in the office. Staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. They answered all the insurance questions I had, and made me feel very comfortable. My dentist retired last year. I was searching for a new dentist and received a mailer from Integrative Dental for a $59 exam, x-rays, and cleaning with the disclaimers for patients without dental insurance and absence of periodontal disease I looked at their website, and read many outstanding google reviews and decided to make a appointment for the following week.Their office is modern, clean, and front office staff was extremely friendly as was the dental hygienist that greeted me on time. Thats the extent of why of giving them one star.The hygienist started by taking a full set of x-rays in which 3 of them needed to be done twice because the first image wasnt clear. It was discovered that I had two cavities and she took a picture of one to show me than proceed to use a dental instrument around that tooth to guide through the findings and hit a nerve causing me to almost jump out of the chair and that tooth to THROB with pain! She was very apologetic; however, that didnt ease the extreme discomfort I was experiencing.Next, if I wasnt in enough pain, she informed me that every tooth required a deep cleaning at a cost of $1498! I asked if I could get the standard cleaning and was told it wasnt possible and she left to get the Dentist.When he arrived, she informed him of the sensitively I was experiencing around the tooth she poked, and the extent of my exam was him looking for less than minute at the two cavities and telling me he could fill them. The cost for that? Another $456! I was given a brochure for Dental insurance and told the cost if I had insurance and encouraged to do so to save money. I looked into the cost savings, and it would have still cost me $1317 dollars including the premiums which are required for one year.Thats NOT the worse of it! My tooth continued to hurt causing much discomfort when I drink anything cold of tried to chew anything. It was the July 4th weekend and my only opinions was to seek emergency care or tough it out.My neighbor who is a orthodontist recommended a Dentist, and I was lucky enough to see him the day after the 4th. I had my recorders sent to their office.I received a thorough exam and had 3 cavities not 2 which he filled at the time of my visit at the same price as it would have cost with dental insurance. A significant savings. Further, he recommended I have only my top and bottom molars deep cleaned and the rest cleaned normally. Again for a cash price approximately the same as with dental insurance saving me $1200. I found a new Dentist after all....the hard way!Integrative Dental has a sign in their waiting room asking for google reviews. You ask, you get. However, its been my experience that outstanding customer service comes with a new patient survey that I waited for and never received, or at the very least asking why youre having your records transferred after a recent visit that required me to call them giving them the opportunity. All around a poor experience for me.

I brought my daughter in for an orthodontic consult with Dr. Bieneman, and we had an absolutely amazing experience. Wed gone to a different orthodontist before, and the difference in our experience at Integrative Dental with Dr. Jim was like night and day from the other place. With Dr. Bieneman, I felt like he really had our daughters best interests (physical, mental, and emotional) in mind and took all the time we needed to answer questions and walk us through his recommended plan. I was able to come home and tell my spouse everything hed recommended and the plan moving forward, where before Id come home a little confused and not really understanding why we were doing what we were doing. I felt such a sense of relief after meeting with Dr. Bieneman, knowing that were on the right path thats going to get our daughter the best outcomes for her health in the future.

Nice, clean, professional office. Dr. Bieneman is very knowledgeable and took time to explain my son’s procedure to me (lysis of oral ties.) He patiently answered all of my questions and thoroughly examined my son. The procedure was done quickly and the aftercare was thoroughly explained. Pricing is good/competitive in comparison with other offices.Only improvement would be having a more comfortable chair for mother’s to nurse their children in after a laser tie revision. A small office chair is very uncomfortable & difficult when a baby is struggling to latch again that first time.Thank you! Would definitely recommend!

I was extremely impressed by the level of care that Dr. Bieneman gave to my daughter. He spent an hour with us prior to her tongue tie release procedure explaining the process, why it is important and to set her fears at ease. He was patient and made us feel that she was the only patient on his schedule that day. He is also excellent with kids.

The staff are incredibly accommodating! Dr. Bienaman and the front desk lady were incredible kind, and still got me in even though I was late. Only critique, I emailed to see if there was anything I could do about my jaw growth, and was told it was possible with conservative orthodontic treatment, however when I was there I was told I would need surgery, and wish I knew this before I booked the expensive consultation. Other than that, they are a great company!!

My son and I struggled with breastfeeding, our lactation consultant recommended Dr. Bieneman and we had a great experience. My son’s upper lip and tongue ties were both revised. The stretches are definitely the worst part of the whole experience, but very necessary. I am happy to report that we are a month out and his latch is great, he is able to transfer milk efficiently, and is gaining weight right on schedule without us using bottles!

Dr. Bieneman has been wonderful with my girls. As he treats my daughters I am learning a lot in lines Dentistry and Airway and combining that with my Dental Hygiene and Myofunctional Therapy practices.

We were treated by Dr. Bieneman for my son who has had tongue tie issues since birth. We have a WONDERFUL pediatric dentist in Colorado Springs but unfortunately, was unable to treat us anymore due to the extensiveness of his tongue tie so he referred us to Dr. Bienemans office. Upon arrival the staff and office were great. They got us in right away as we just drove two hours for our appointment. Dr. Bieneman was extremely knowledgeable on everything my son was experiencing. His knowledge and recommendations for treatment were amazing. He talked us through the entire experience from start to finish and answered ALL of our questions without hesitation. For the first time in three years I now have a clear understanding of what my son has been dealing with, and what is more reassuring is that we have a great plan being executed by a great specialist. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Bieneman and his staff.

Besides great care, the one thing that always strikes me at Integrative is how personable everyone is. They remember small details about myself and family- making it feel like I’m chatting with friends. They know who I am when I walk in and when I leave. My experience fitting the Invisilign braces today was a bit trying, but Janie did a great job in getting done what she could. I liked the way she called for help when she realized she needed to. I was pleased with the conclusion Dr. B and I came to about his suggestion to order the appropriate tool to get the braces out when I need to and to wait with final placement until next week when we have other things in place. Love the new office. They are very thorough yet gentle, and clearly explain what they recommend to prevent cavities and maintain dental health.

Dr. Bieneman is very good. For my tongue tie release consult he spent so much more time for the explanation of the procedure than I had from a different Dr.for a magor surgery on my shoulder. During the procedure Dr. Bieneman was focused on my comfort the whole time. My orofacial myologist highly recommended him as he is the best in Colorado and always is up to date on the latest research. I guess you can say he has a very good bedside manor.

Ive had two experiences with this practice. I took one of my kids for an orthodontic consult in the fall of 2020, and then for a frenectomy for my 8 year old June 2021. Both times, the office staff was less than pleasant. Dr. Bieneman is very passionate about what he does. His enthusiasm and knowledge of his craft are apparent. I called the day of my daughters frenectomy to ask questions, as her other parent would be escorting her to the appointment. Very little information was given over the phone. My spouse and daughter were rushed out of the office post procedure (presumably because she was crying hysterically). The office staff called me afterwards to tell me as much: she said, I had to get them out because we had people in here. Im not going to go into greater detail of the experience in a public review. But, for other children, Id go to Dr. Jesse Witkoff instead (he gave much more detailed info over the phone, and I wasnt even a patient). The frenectomy experience for an older child was very unpleasant. The staff was unable to communicate information about it beforehand, as they are too busy.

I went to James around 4 years ago when located off of Arapahoe and University. A filling on my upper left side was done incorrectly by his assistant and he noticed it which is the only reason for two stars, he re did that tooth and I regained feeling so had to be re numbed. During the fix his assistant remarked that he skipped a layer and he told her there wasnt enough time to. Well, I have many fillings and none besides that has failed in such a way. I went to another dentist and got it fixed. It was terrible amd rotten inside because it was not done correctly. Will never go back to James after that incident, they never even apologized.

And we are never going back so I can finally post this review. My third cavity (filled at this dentist) fell out this week and yet again, I cannot drink ice water without being in pain. My boyfriend and I chose this dentist based on its great reviews and travelled 45 minutes to visit thinking we would only need to come here maybe (worst case) 4 times a year. However, our first visit resulted in many many more. In a span of a month, we visited a total amount of 10+ times, wasting precious time off work and gas money. I had a lot of pride in my teeth before coming here, and now I truly hate my mouth. After our first cleaning here, my boyfriend and I both left with the same amount of cavities in (pretty much) the same places. I believe if I would have went to any other dentist, I would have had maybe 1 or 2 cavities as I had no mouth pain whatsoever. If they had drilled and patched up necessary cavities I wouldnt mind, but I dont think any of them were necessary, and only resulted in more enamel getting shaven from my teeth. I had never had so much dental work done in my life before. 3 of the 4 fillings had fallen out after my first painful experience: they had my jaw open (way too wide) for nearly 1.5 hours for 4 fillings which were tiny. My cavities were filled by a dentist assistant who had dropped the tools on the floor multiple times not leaving much trust in the whole process. As is turned out, the time between the dentist drilling and the assistant filling let saliva build up on my teeth and so the filling/glue didnt properly adhere to my teeth. The dentist isnt fun for anyone, and the actual dentists are pretty dang nice here so its a shame. But the office didnt seem to care about your work schedule or the fact you may have to come back 5+ times in a single month. Would not recommend if your work requires you to come in 5 days a week.

Compassionate Modern Dentistry. My new patient 1st visit, feels very state-of-the-art, upbeat, friendly, and fresh & clean. Hygienist was so careful and comprehensive. Saw Dr. Wecker, who listened well and was friendly, gentle and thoroughly discussed all my concerns. I now have a consult appointment to visit with Dr. Bieneman about jaw pain issues. All in all, I feel I am in GREAT HANDS with this dental practice.

I cannot even begin to tell you what a game changer the tongue and lip tie revision surgery was. Our little bubba had trouble nursing from day one and nothing really improved with time, even with the help of multiple practitioners. To be honest, I was getting to the point where I thought breastfeeding him would never happen and we were both tired and worn out from trying. We had been told that ties were not an issue by multiple practitioners we trusted so we didnt know what to do. I went with my mama intuition and got a 5th opinion with Dr. Bieneman who said yes, ties were DEFINITELY an issue and likely the reason breastfeeding was not happening. We had the revisions done and it was the best decision ever. Just one week after the surgery, we transitioned from exclusively pumping and bottle feeding to exclusively breastfeeding!! If you have been wondering if tie revisions really make a difference, I can tell you wholeheartedly that YES!!! They most certainly do! We loved our experience here and could not recommend Dr. Bieneman more highly. Hes kind, gentle, professional, and really takes time to make you feel heard and explain everything so you feel comfortable with your decision to move forward.

I was not looking for a new dentist, but thanks to the incredibly knowledgeable hygenist, Kelly, I am making the switch. I was also highly appreciative of Dr. Wecker. He did not try to sell me products that I was not interested in, which is highly unusual for a dentistry. He also took the time to listen and answer the concerns I did have. The office is clean, bright and everyone appeared happy to work there. The prices are a bit steeper then other dentistries. If price is a concern, Mickey, the office manager is extremely helpful and they do offer a payment option. This office is only opened M-F and last appointment is at 5pm. Some may feel the traditional hours are not a good business practice, but I for one believe this shows the practice values a healthy work/family division as a priority.

I took my son in for an A.L.F. consult and couldn’t be happier with the care, concern, and knowledge of Dr Bieneman. He has a gentle and fun bedside (chair-side) manner with children and my son loved him within 10min of meeting him. He is patient with questions and thorough in explaining his treatment plan and recommendations. His staff is all kind and caring. I learned for the first time that my son has a tongue tie and tongue thrust, which would explain his inability to touch his teeth together and his speech problems. His orthodontic treatment plan for my son will be slow and gentle, exactly what we were hoping for. I highly recommend Dr Bieneman if you are looking for something besides traditional braces and looking for more than just straight teeth. I will be taking my daughter in next for a consult for an appliance prior to braces and my husband will soon follow to find an alternative to a cpap machine.

Its not often you run into someone in the medical field (Dentist or otherwise) who has such a passion for helping people as well as will be open and honest about diagnoses.We originally went to Dr. Bieneman as my daughter had to have a tongue tie procedure and it was the best experience it could be because he took the time to answer every one of our questions, had a depth of knowledge that was amazing, and took such care with our baby.Weve since been back for Dental work and had a similarly superb experience. Professionalism, knowledge, care, and time provided were off the charts.

Dr. Bieneman and his staff were absolutely wonderful. I took my almost 4 month old there for a lip/tongue tie revision and they were so thorough, went through the pros and cons, and also even provided extra support as I am a nursing mama. The procedure was fast and they took great care of my son. I cannot recommend him enough!

Dr Bieneman has done frenectomies on both of my sons. One three years ago and one 6 weeks ago. I could not have breastfed my boys without his help and services. I was given poor information from multiple pediatricians and lactation consultants about tongue and lip ties. My advice is this: if you are having trouble or pain breastfeeding your child seek a consultation with Dr Bieneman and do not take you pediatrician’s word for it. Dr Bieneman is also extremely kind and helpful. He may look young, but his experience in this area is substantial, and many other pediatric dentists/pediatricians do not have a good understanding of this issue. I cannot recommend his services enough for issues with tongue and lip ties in infants.

What a wonderful dental visit! Being new to the area, I was happy to receive a mailing from Dr. James Bieneman with an introductory offer. I called and scheduled an appointment and was pleased to get in quickly due to a cancellation. Kelly was very pleasant and made me comfortable while she was cleaning my teeth. I was referred to Dr. Bieneman to reverse a tongue tie. I am an extremely nervous patient, and he was very kind and understanding. I also thoroughly research everything and ask lots of questions before doing any medical procedure. Dr Bieneman answered all of my questions completely, without seeming threatened, as some doctors are by questions. He explained his reasons for everything that I questioned, and the results of my tongue tie reversal are excellent! Such a thoughtful individual. He did my childs tongue tie revision with such ease. He even brought her back and she wasnt crying. Then he continued to build me up as a parent and then proceeded to show me how to stretch her tongue every 8 hours. I believe in this man, what he does, and wish we would have known to just do it sooner than later. Caused issues with feeding solids and speech delays. Dr. Bieneman sat down with us first, discussed everything going on, evaluated her tongue, told me I wasnt crazy and then he did the procedure in the office that day. We were in and out in about an hour and half.I would recommend him to any parents, family, friends I have.

We were referred to Dr Bienaman from my lactation consultant for a frenulotomy consult. The front office staff is absolutely amazing and was accomodating during my fight with Delta dental regarding getting the procedure covered. A month after the initial consult, we were finally able to get the procedure done. Dr Bieneman explained it very in depth and gave us a lot of valuable information. He was very efficient, our 3 month old was in and out in no time. The office is also very supportive during the healing process. I would absolutely recommend the practice to anyone seeking an expert frenulotomy for an infant.

Dr. Bieneman treated my mother in law, who is Spanish speaking only, for an extraction. He went above and beyond to make her comfortable and help her understand the procedure and her options. He also explained everything to me to help care for her afterwards. The procedure was done without any complications and should any come up, he gave us a way to reach him at anytime. The team was friendly, answered all of our questions, and were very upfront on costs. I highly recommend Dr. Bieneman and his team.

I’ve been going to Dr Bieneman for about one year now and it has been the most positive experience. Everything is top notch from the care, professionalism, integrity and kindness the entire staff shows. After all these years my family and I finally found a great dentist!

I took my 2 year old to Dr. Bieneman. He is very knowledgeable about tongue ties, facial muscle tone and chewing, and of course teeth. I was impressed and my toddler was instantly comfortable him as well as his staff. They were fantastic. I would suggest, however, that they make the sitting room kid friendly with at least a box of toys. A little table with a small play area would make children comfortable and get them out of the way of the adult patients. Most dentists that work with kids have really nice play areas.

I would very highly recommend Dr. Bieneman! He is extremely knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions regarding my infant daughters lip and tongue tie procedure. He is very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable and confident that my daughter was in good hands. You wont be disappointed!

He is the best dentist I have ever worked with. Not only is he smart and well trained across a multitude of dental specialities, he also is incredibly thorough and ethical. Its rare to see a dentist who has the full package.

We were so impressed with his thorough nature - ensuring all our questions and concerns were addressed, and even personally followed up with a phone call to address our concerns. His staff was incredibly friendly and immensely helpful as we set up our appointment and discussed insurance. I would highly recommend his practice.

Dr. Bieneman is exacting and precise in his work, and its obvious he enjoys it. He has a fun-loving and witty personality, which makes sitting in the dental chair much easier. He is kind, patient and friendly. I feel like I have a true expert handling all of my dental needs. His staff is top notch and they do everything they can to make each visit very pleasant. The office is nice, the setting is comfy, and I get to watch a movie if theres any drilling to be done! Hey, what more could I ask?

The hygienist was very nice, told me everything she was doing and why. She was very confident and knowledgeable. I didnt have to wait long to go into the back either, which wasnice. My only recommendation is the front staff could have a little more communication with new patients and be bit more friendly. Overall, the experience was great!

Personally, I think Dr. Bieneman is up to date, very knowledgeable and has a great bed side manner. I drive down from Evergreen because hes worth it. His staff is also great and represent his practice well. Im a 46 year old woman thats pretty particular about her teeth. Ive had a good amount done to my teeth, gums throughout the years and Im very pleased with my current situation. I highly recommend

Dr Bieneman was great with my 6 week old. He diagnosed the problem (baby wasnt nursing effectively) and corrected it in the same visit. It was a very quick and easy procedure and it literally was a night and day difference in how my baby fed. I wish every mom who is struggling with nursing would know about tongue ties and that there is a very quick procedure to release it. Since the minute she was done, she has effectively and efficiently nursed. It was life changing. He has the newest and best laser for the procedure, and his bedside manner is incredibly sincere and respectful. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Bieneman is incredibly knowledgeable not only in dentistry but in overall health as well. His entire staff is friendly and work really well together. Amazing doctor and team! You cant go wrong with this office!

What a great office for my family. He doesnt use amalgam in his office and has a whole health approach. He explains everything really well and you dont feel like he is trying to sell you something and get you in and out. I LOVE his orthodontic views for my kids! I highly recommend coming here and bringing your family.

Dr. Bieneman is personable, extremely knowledgeable, and very competent at what he does. He has released tongue and lip ties on two of my infants with great results-we have been able to successfully breastfeed thanks to the surgeries! Also, his price includes all needed releases, instead of being priced per release, which makes his prices much more affordable than other offices I have called.

Excellent. Thorough! Our pediatrician wasn’t sure if our kiddos had tongue ties. Dr Bieneman evaluated them and took a lot of time explaining the physiology and long term symptoms (and how to prevent them to the best of our ability). He was great.

I am a physician and wanted to go to the best available for fixing my own newly diagnosed tongue tie. I did my research and made an appointment with Dr. Bieneman. I did 6 weeks of myofunctional therapy exercises to help give me the best chance of success - as recommended by Dr. Bieneman’s office. The 2 offices communicated seamlessly which is unusual these days. Dr. Bieneman himself was extremely professional as was the rest of his staff. He answered all my questions and talked me through the procedure, what to expect and what I needed to do. Very patient and caring at all times. I’d recommend him anytime and any day!!!

I hadnt been to a dentist in 5 years, since my move the Denver. Dr. B is the best! I would definitely recommend him to anyone. He is taking weekend seminars to keep up with all the new trends and expanding his expertise.
