After having a bad experience at another local dentist I was apprehensive to go to another and considered driving hours to my old dentist. My husband was a new client here and highly recommended this dental office.Been here twice and couldnt be happier. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. No BSing here.I enjoy walking through the doors here. Looking for a new dental office, give this place a call. Theyre good! 👍🏽👍🏽

ZERO STAR- Bad experience overall as a new patient. Had to switch dentistry because I moved. Loved my previous dentist because they were honest. I came in for x-rays and an exam, which I was charged for and paid right after the visit. They gave me a statement breakdown and part of the payment was for x-rays plus the exam. I asked for the x-rays only because I didnt feel comfortable moving forward with their service but they wouldnt give me the x-rays unless I paid an extra $100. I mentioned that I just paid for todays service which included the x-rays but they refused to share a service I paid for. I never had this happen before. They said usually you get a copy of your x-rays because your insurance would have paid for them. I dont have insurance because I always just paid as I go and only for work thats needed. I then asked for the breakdown on of the service breakdown today showed it showed a balance of $244. I asked them for a statement showing it was paid but they said yes its already paid for and the balance just show because they didnt apply the discount yet. Seems a bit weird to give a customer a completely paid service statement that shows a balance due. What they were saying didnt match the statement. I asked them to reprint the statement showing the service was paid to date as they stated. Extremely weird. I am sure they would have billed me later. I do not like this place and it really rubbed me the wrong way.

I actually enjoy going to this dentist. He treats his staff and customers like family.

I was at the point that I wasnt sure if I could fix my teeth. I looked into dental implants and they were outrageously priced so I tried other options and found Lincoln Crossing Dental. When I went in I wasnt pressured to do anything I didnt want to. They gave me multiple options and explained what would work the best for me. Let me tell you I am more than impressed. They fixed my smile better than it was before and were super friendly. They explained all of the costs up front and worked around my work schedule. I am still ugly but my smile is amazing I am so happy I came here.

Very beautiful office! Easy appointment scheduling....I was able to get back to back appts for my daughter and myself. The TVs in the ceiling are great to make a trip to the dentist more less stressful, especially for kiddos. Definitely recommend!

It was a very pleasant visit today. All the staff was very friendly and answered all the questions. The doctor was great and explained each and everything in detailed. I had to travel a little bit since I live in another town but I don’t mind traveling again and again because the Docotr and staff are so good to you and will answer your questions as many times as you ask them. All the treatment done there was done very carefully. Thank you for helping. I would recommend to go to Lincoln Crossing Dental instead of going to any other dental clinic where staff is rude to you and not responding.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Christopher Phen now for about 6 years +. He’s by far the finest dentist I’ve had. He really cares about my dental experiences. He takes great care to explain my needs and my options. He’s sensitive to the cost and makes sure I make I have the information to make sound choices. His office staff is the best too. And his new office at Lincoln Crossing is state of the art and just an awesome atmosphere. You will not be disappointed.

Dr Phen was previously my dentist before I moved out of the area, and when I returned he had moved, but I happily found him again. I have to travel farther, but it is well worth it. He and his staff are all very friendly and professional, and their dental work is impeccable. I feel very at home in his office, and highly recommend them.

A member of my family with special needs was assessed as requiring a significant amount of dental work. We made contact with Lincoln Crossing Dental through the recommendations of a friend. Dr. Phen and his entire team were incredibly professional, helpful, and compassionate as they provided the necessary treatment in a patient and steadfast way. You couldnt find a better place to go and get your dental issues taken care of. The employees are the best people you will meet in the world. They are all very experienced and knowledgeable of the fields they work in, including Abby at the front desk, she is the best, period.

Front desk help was niceAfter care details were super detailed. Hooked me up with some extra gauze as well, helped reduce the anxiety i felt while have the procedure done. Surgeon was quick and professional, little mad i cant keep the tooth they ripped out of my face but otherwise super awesome place.

I had a great experience! Dr. Phen and his hygienst Amy are very knowledgeable in their field. They all are a great team! They make you feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the visit!

I do (NOT) recommend Lincoln crossing dental. I made a appointment for my teenage son who was complaining of a tooth ache. They took a full set of xrays of his teeth , the dentist said he had four cavities and that they were to decayed to save and recommended pulling all of his second maulers. They said that they had time to do pull the teeth now . I politely declined their invitation. I made a appointment with a different dentist for a second opinion. Three of the teeth had to have fillings and one had a root canal. Caution caution this dental facility does not care about its patients. This facility has a list of eight dentists that claim to work at Lincoln crossing dental. That’s a list of dental provider from aetna‘s provider list.

Calvin and Rebecca were welcoming and friendly. Dr Phen was great too in making me feel comfortable even though I was in pain. I appreciated him asking the right questions to decide what to do about my urgent dental needs!

Friendly staff! The hygienist that did my cleaning was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable. Will definitely come back to see her again for my next cleaning.

It took me many years and tries to find a great dentist. I finally found Dr. Phen, been going to him for 7 years . He is an awesome, honest, personable and meticulous doctor. He is one of the best dentist I have encounter, his knowledge and specialty is number 1. I still go to him from Natomas which is a pretty good drive. That tells you how good I think Dr. Phen is. As a bonus the staff is also awesome.

I felt the office and everything was clean safe etc. They explained their procedures and showed me how the tooth I was concerned about was doing ok because of my home care.I really liked the dental assistant and the Dr very much.

I have confidence in their care and they have never tried to tell me I needed treatments that I didnt and their prices (copays) are very competitive, much better than me previous dentist, who was also in Lincoln. Dr. Phen is great. He takes the time to explain the treatment needed . I like him also because he is honest, he will not recommend any treatment unless its needed. Ive been to other offices where dentist just want your money and will tell you that you need all this treatment, just to get money out of you. Hes not like that, if you dont need anything well great. Dont let other dentists fool you and go to him for second HONEST opinion and see exactly what treatment you REALLY need.

I wanted to share my sons recent experience with Dr. Phen at Lincoln Dental. Jacob had 4 wisdom teeth out, and this was the smoothest experience I have had with that procedure. I have gone through it 4 other times and I wish I would have had Dr Phen for all of them. Jacob’s face didn’t even swell. He also didn’t put ice on it either. It only took 30 minutes for the extraction and 2 of them were impacted. They also know insurance billing very well. Hats off to the whole team for a job well done. 🦷

My regular dentist was unable to take me in with an emergency appointment. I called Lincoln Crossing Dental and they got me in right away. What was extraordinary was that the office was closed. They brought in additional staff from another location just to take care of my broken molar. It was a difficult procedure that took two hours. Amazing!

Ive been seeing Dr. Phen for at least 20yrs. He has the softest touch, when you need shots. My first root canal was done by him, I was scared! People hear horror stories about root canals, I didnt even realize he was done. It was the easiest procedure! I definitely recommend him to all my family and friends!

Very impressed! I came here for a second opinion, because another Lincoln dentist said after looking in my mouth for no more than 10 seconds that I HAD TO HAVE +$2,000 of work done, with no explanation why. After a through 30 minute exam by Dr. Phen, he sat down and explained everything to me that he recommended be done. He used pictures he took from my exam as well. I dropped in this office by chance but I’m so glad I did. Me and my family will be seeing Dr. Phen from now on!
