This is the BEST childrens dentist weve ever seen. The staff is extremely polite, caring, and gentle, making the kids and even the parents very comfortable. My 9 year old daughter got a tooth extracted and some fillings. Doc talked her through everything making her feel at ease. Highly recommend!

All our kids go to Dr. Milius now after our middle child had a really traumatic crown procedure at another reputable children’s dental office. Please advocate for your kiddos ! My kids even the youngest (3) who had his first ever dental cleaning today, managed to get through it without any major hiccups. Now if you knew him you would understand that this was a huge deal ! A true testament to the patience and care of the hygienists. So glad we found this office and it’s so open and the parents get to see what’s going on. So far we have no complaints !! It’s super convenient to schedule all your kids in one appt.

Dr. Tom and his Staff are 100% the best! They’re approach to Childrens Dentistry is superb. They explain to the child what they are doing before hand with phrase and words to put them at ease; things like sleepy juice instead of needles and shots, scrub instead of drill, wiggle instead of yank or pull etc.One Parent is allowed to be with the children at all times. X-rays are within visible site, no going to a different room. treatment rooms are clean, friendly, there’s a TV in the ceiling the child gets to choose what they want to watch. I would 100% recommend Dr. Tom and staff to every parent in Lincoln!

Excellent care, my daughter actually keeps asking when she gets to go back, even after having a cavity filled! They are very gentle with children, and explain things to them in a way they can understand that doesn’t sound scary, and are never forceful. We have had some not so great experiences in the past at other offices, and this place is top notch!

My son has pretty serious anxiety about the dentist. Everything about it - the smells, tastes, sitting/laying down with people in his mouth stresses him out to the point of tears and shutting down. We’ve been to 3 or 4 dentists through the years and Dr. Millius & his staff have been the most kind and patient with this struggle of any we have experienced.

The staff are very knowledgeable and kind. My son is 5. He, like many children, does not enjoy the dentist. The staff have always been able to calm my son. They show him how the equipment works such as using their electric tooth brush on his finger. This helps lessen his fear. The Dentist is very patient and calm with the children.

Went to my daughters first ever dentist appointment and they were so great with her she was a little scared at first but the dental assistant was so nice and helped her feel a little more safe the DDS is sweet and you can tell he is great with kids. Ive always been impressed by both the quality of work and the exceptional staff at Childrens Dentistry of Lincoln. The employees never fail to make you feel welcome. Although Im sure they are quite busy, they never make you feel like they are in a hurry to get you out the door and will happily look up future appointments and talk to you about your childs dental care until all your questions are fully answered. They are swift yet thorough in the work they do which has helped my son maintain a beautiful smile! Even after we moved across town, I decided to stick with Childrens Dentistry of Lincoln simply because they are the best youll find. Office staff is horribly rude, been going for years to this office, must have new help. However will be now finding a new office to go to, very unfortunate.

I wont lie, I was worried when I found out my daughter had a cavity. This would be the first major dental procedure shes ever had, but the staff were very supportive and walked her through it. They were finished with her filling before she even realized what was happening. I was very happy at how fast and easy it was to get my daughter registered and in for a check-up, I love how the atmosphere is geared to keep kids happy and comfortable, and the staff are just wonderful people!

I took my 2 year old son in today for his very first dental cleaning! I was VERY nervous because he does not do well going at doctors appointments and hates having his teeth brushed. However, we had such a good experience!! The staff were all so friendly and sweet. The decor and set up of the office is so perfect for kids- lots of toys and all the walls are painted with bright, fun paintings. Dr. Milius was so gentle and great with my son. Everyone is always so nice and helpful when we go in. My 7 year old is always so comfortable there since they always explain things before they do each step. Then we just had out 17 month son go in for the very first time and he didnt cry one bit.

My grandson was getting some work done. He started gagging. I stayed seated (about 5 feet away) because I thought it would pass and I realized there was probably going to be some gagging because of the apparatus (Isolite system) they were using. As my grandson started gagging again and crying and pulling at the doctors hands, I tried to go comfort him so he would calm down. At which point, the doctor, without even looking up, pointed to the chair and, in a very stern voice as if he were talking to child, said Sit down. As I stood there in disbelief, he finally turned to look at me. Which is what he did, just looked at me.After he was done with the procedure he attempted to explain himself. Which is what he should have done before any work was started. Too little too late. Not only should the child feel comfortable and at ease, so should the parent (or in this case the grandparent). You only get one chance to make a good impression. I will not recommend him to others.

What a wonderful place to bring kids to the dentist! Besides the great staff, the office is decorated in a colorful motif with several hands on activities and fish in the waiting area and movies playing in the exam room at every station. It is open and bright and really makes for an enjoyable visit. And to top it all off, they get to choose a toy when they are done!

I called to schedule an appointment at this office. They were not the last dentist we were at so she was unwilling to schedule a cleaning and full exam for my child. I was transferred to a lady that insisted I just go back to the other dentist. I will never go back to this office due to the front desk employees.

My toddler is not a fan of people in general, so I was leery about her first dentist appointment. My worrying was for naught, the hygienist and Dr. Milius were amazing with my toddler. So kind, informative, and great toddler communication skills!! My daughter felt like such a big girl and enjoyed the experience! She keeps asking when she can go back.

Extremely nice, good with kids and they are quick but efficient. We live almost 30 minutes away from them but I will drive all that way because of their good service!

WoW! We had to cancel appointments twice for illnesses and the office was so accommodating! With three needing appointments we were still able to get in at the same time. In and out with meticulous exams, clean teeth, and thorough explanations of each childs care plan in under 45minutes! The kids smiles said it all. Thank you Dr Milius and staff!! The office is very clean and kid friendly! During the appointment the Assistant and the Dentist all made my daughter of 3 very comfortable and it made her first visit all the more fun.

Ive been taking my boys to Dr Milius before he opened his current location and wont take them anywhere else! The entire staff is so caring, calm and polite, which is so appreciated with the littelest ones who arent the easiest to handle. Also, my insurance through my job recently changed and wasnt going to cover here, so because I absolutely refuse to take my boys anywhere else, we changed insurances in order to be able to continue to come here. I refer everyone who asks me here as well!
