I had all four wisdom teeth removed today. I had the best experience with Dr. Glenn. He explained the whole procedure in a way that I could understand, answered all of my questions before the operation began and I didnt feel rushed at any point from the time I arrived to the time I left. I would definitely recommend Dr. Glenn to anyone!

Called for appointment for sedation extractions.Explained issues I have. Office agreeed with details and plans. Appointment was a month out.Less than a week before appointment, office called and would not agree with plan.It took more than 2 yrs to save the money for any dental work!Way to prey on low income and retired persons!

What can I say, Dr. Glenn is like a tooth ninja. I spent more time signing waivers and watching the informational video than I did getting my wisdom teeth pulled. He was professional, efficient. and his staff was more than patient with my post-op questions. Hopefully I never have to see a dental surgeon again, but if I did, Ill go to Dr. Glenn.

Our teen son and daughter had their wisdom teeth removed the same day by Dr. Glenn. The communication leading up to the procedures was through and appreciated. Dr. Glenns staff was caring and helpful with all the details. The day of the procedure, everything went just as planned. The kids are healing very well. We were impressed with Dr. Glenn and his staff through the entire process. We would visit Dr. Glenn again.

Took my 10 year old daughter to Dr. Glenn to have two permanent teeth removed under general anesthesia at the recommendation of her orthodontist. Bright, clean office. Friendly, smiling, helpful staff. The procedure was extremely fast, and everything went great! Dr. Glenn called that night to follow up and make sure my daughter was recovering well. Its the second time Ive taken one of my kids here, and Im confident well be back when my younger children need similar services.

All three kids had their wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Glenn. He and his whole office staff are awesome! Willing to help in any way and answer any questions or concerns we had. Dr. Glenn keeps it real and has a great sense of humor which always helps when you are going in for oral surgery. Would highly recommend!

Hands down the best in the business. About 8 months ago I had my wisdom teeth removed and was really not looking forward to it. Being so nervous going into their office, that all went away after talking with the staff and Dr. Glenn. Answered all of my questions, showed me a quick video, gave me a shot and I was out like a light within 5 seconds. Woke up to my wisdom teeth out and I never once had any pain, just minor swelling. I couldn’t be happier with that experience.Just today I went in to have a tooth pulled and from the time I walked through the door, the time it took for all of the paperwork, for him to numb me, and to remove my tooth and pay at the front desk took less than 30 minutes. The numbness has worn off now and I have zero pain. Again, I was shocked and amazed by how well Dr. Glenn does what he does.The staff here and Dr. Glenn himself are the definition of exceptional customer service. Super friendly, helpful and always willing to do whatever they can to make you as comfortable as possible. Dr. Glenn keeps it real, doesn’t beat around the bush, and just does world class work. I refer him to many friends and family members in need of his work.Thank you for the experiences, and as much as I hope I don’t “have to” get anymore work done, I will be extremely happy to come back, should the need arise. I cannot say enough about the staff at this office,they are the most professional and courteous I have ever seen. I have had two procedures done here, both by Dr Glenn, and both times his work has been impeccable. He puts you completely at ease from the start and his chair side manner is above reproach. Here they treat you like family. If youve ever had doubts about oral surgeries, this place after one visit will completely change your mind!

They were very amazing! I am terrified of the dentist and they made the process a breeze! Dr. Glenn explained everything I needed to know and even called me that evening to see how I was feeling! He was very thorough and friendly. His staff was great as well! They walked me through the process and made sure I didnt fall on my face when I was waking up. Dr Glenn was terrific. My son had teeth removed and everything went smoothly. We were seen on a Tuesday and scheduled for surgery on Friday morning. Another office was making us wait months so that is when I searched online for reputable oral surgeons and found Dr Glenn. They were so informative and kind. I loved the little office dog, Wilbur. After surgery, my son recovered quickly and painlessly. It was wonderful as I was dreading recovery for him. The doctor even called after hours on the weekend to check up on him. 5 stars for customer service and professionalism!Thank you, Dr. Glenn.

Dr. Glenn is a great oral surgeon! He cares about his patients and makes himself available to address any issues that may arise. My son had an experience with him years ago and because he was so attentive to the needs of my son, when he needed his wisdom teeth pulled it was a no brainer, Dr. Glenn. Getting your wisdom teeth out will never be pleasant but Andrew Glenn and his staff make it pretty darn close. You fill out the usual paperwork, sit you down and have you watch a small informational video. Then a staff member (or Glenn himself) will come in an answer any other questions you might have (patiently answering questions Im sure hes heard 1000 times). After that, the rest is history. I followed his instructions and everything was great.When searching for a oral surgeon i now know there was definitely a reason that everyone always suggested his practice.

Great oral surgeon! Was in and out of there in ~30 minutes and the staff was super friendly. I had to go back for dry sockets and they helped me out by packing it with some medicine and giving me advice. Dr. Glenn said if I needed anything still I could even call him on his personal cell. So cool.

Dr. Glenn completed an implant for me about two years ago. I am now having another implant at his office. His skill and his concern for the patient is very admirable. He makes sure that you are not having any discomfort while the procedure is taking place. I have nothing but exceptional praise for his abilities. Im so happy that he is here for me to complete these procedures. I had some traumatic experiences with the dentist as a child, so I have a bit of anxiety when visiting a dental office. I have not experienced any problems with his office. I have recommended him to everyone I know because of the exceptional service that I have received.

Awesome experience, very informative. I had a lot of work done (all 4 wisdom teeth, 3 baby teeth pulled, 3 adult teeth exposed and then little loops were attached to help pull them down into place) and they were incredibly kind and quick. I didnt have many questions, I figured leave it to the doctors, they have a better idea of what they were doing. We had some miscommunication with the billing at first but everything was easily sorted and taken care of. Dr. Glenn knows his stuff, talks super fast, but is willing to answer any questions. They gave me thorough instructions on how to take care of my mouth afterwards. I didnt have any problems whatsoever, I barely needed the pain medication I was subscribed. I went into my orthodontist for a check up a few days later and they couldnt stop talking about what a nice job he did. Awesome experience.

Not sure the whole process couldve been quicker or streamlined any better. Youre in/out of there before you know it – without feeling rushed. My procedure was around 8am, and he even called me from his personal cell phone that evening to see how I was doing. Never heard of that before! He talked me through everything I was going through and what to expect. Great experience.

After a 25-year old bridge came loose I decided to have implants instead. This required a bone graft. After a disappointing experience with a different dental surgeon my regular dentist recommended I see Dr. Glenn. This turned out to be a very wise decision, and Im extremely satisfied with the result. Dr. Glenn did an awesome job. My bone is completely regrown, and I have terrific implants now. I was very impressed with Dr. Glenns extensive knowledge of bonegrafting. He explains everything carefully and in a friendly way, so you know exactly what to expect. He used some very advanced method for bone regrowth. After surgery he even called me in the evening to make sure I felt OK. Dr. Glenn and his office are patient-oriented, and do everything to make you feel welcome. I recommend Dr. Glenn to everyone who needs oral surgery!!

I would highly recommend anyone to Dr. Glenns practice. I had my wisdom teeth pulled in 2014 with zero problems and very little swelling. I healed very quickly from this. In January of this year, I had oral maxillofacial surgery on both my upper and lower jaw. This was a major surgery and Dr. Glenn and his staff made me comfortable with everything about it. Any questions that I had were answered in a timely matter and Dr. Glenn was very informative both before and after surgery with what to expect. Top notch doctor, staff and practice!

I went to Dr. Glenn and had my wisdom teeth removed, along with having an implant tooth put in. Dr. Glenn and his staff were very nice and professional. The staff did an outstanding job at making sure I was comfortable and knew everything that was going to happen. The technology Dr. Glenn uses is very up to date, which makes for short procedures and less pain. Would highly recommend.

Both myself and my partner have had procedures done by Dr. Glenn. He is professional yet kind, he finds common ground for conversation which helps you feel less anxious and relaxed (especially for someone like me who has a high degree of anxiety centered around dental work!) For both of us, we had to see him under emergency situations i.e. sudden onset of pain-he and his wonderful staff worked to get us in as quickly as possible. They answered all of our questions. The office is beautiful and feels more homey/inviting rather than clinical. One of the other really outstanding things-the doctor called us later in the evening after surgery to check on us-THE DOCTOR-not another staff member, he reviewed the teaching that was provided at discharge as well as expressed genuine concern for our well being after our procedures.

Dr. Glenn is a excellent surgeon, well trained as judged by the work he has performed on me thus far. He is also respectful and listens to the patients concerns. Dr. Glenn has a wonderful establishment. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They are always right on time and will work with my schedule. I have been taking my sons to Dr. Glenn for years and whenever we need a procedure, he is very gentle and thorough. We are without insurance and Dr. Glenn has always been extremely fair.

Hands down the best service one can expect when having to go to an Oral surgeon. I had wisdom teeth pulled and an implant and bone graft on a front tooth. I had almost no pain and was back to work the next day. Also I broke my temporary crown off on a Friday night at 6:00 and Dr. Glenn came back into his office and got it fixed so I was able to attend my client event the next morning with both front teeth. Dr. Glenn was very informative about the procedure and what would happen in steps. When it came to the procedure it was painless and fast I was in and out of his office in about 45 minutes. I highly recommend Dr. Glenn.

I have been working with Dr. Glenn for a year and had my wisdom teeth pulled and then had maxiofacial surgery of my top and bottom jaw and a palate split done with Dr. Glenn 10 weeks ago. After my surgery Dr. Glenn gave my family his cell phone number in case we had any questions and the office was closed. I could not be happier with my choice, Dr. Glenn answered my 500 questions and was up front with me always. My insurance used to not be carried by Dr. Glenns office so Krystal helped me through the appeal to my insurance company as I have been waiting 15 years to have this surgery and wanted it done with who I thought was the best. I was denied but Dr. Glenns office then joined my health insurance network saving me thousands of dollars and much stress. Definitely recommend him and his staff.

Dental work is no fun. With that said for anything major I will never go to another dentist. Dr. Glenns office is so efficient, you get in and you get out. I had to have a tooth pulled. Best Oral/Maxillofacial Surgeon in the region. His practiced moved out-of-network prior to my second surgery but the added costs were more than worth it, he certainly has a better vision and approach to the surgical process and its evident when he walks you through the procedures.

Dr. Glenn is an incredibly talented oral surgeon and his staff are outstanding and VERY professional. I highly recommend him.

To begin with, Dr. Glenn started my IV with no gloves and didnt sterilize my arm before sticking me. In fact, he touched my arm with his bare finger moments before sticking me with the IV, which he then hooked up (bleeding from one end) with his bare hands. I dont remember much after that as I was knocked out.When I went back 5 days later for dry sockets in my bottom 2 wisdom teeth, I never saw him. Instead, his assistant forcefully irrigated my unbearably painful sockets (which caused blood clots to come out) and then packed them with eugenol sponges and quickly left the room. Nothing was explained to me beforehand, just an incredibly painful procedure which brought me to tears even after days of unbearable pain. Then his assistant came back in and told me I was ready to go. I asked if I could get a note for some time off of work since he had prescribed me narcotic painkillers, I was/had been in horrible pain, and I didnt feel comfortable driving/making important decisions while under the influence of the prescribed narcotics. The assistant said that she would check with him and that I should wait at the front desk for my prescriptions and the note.The front desk person printed off my prescriptions and gave them to me with a smile. I asked about the note for work. She said she would get it. So she prints one off and it only has my appointment on it, nothing about my dry sockets or the narcotic medication that I was taking. I said Im not sure that this is going to work. Then Dr. Glenn comes up behind me and says Not gonna happen. I was confused (and in severe pain, and drugged up) and asked What? He then said Youre not going to get any time off of work. I then explained to him that my job requires a lot of driving and talking and that I would be in a lot of pain which would require the use of the narcotic painkillers that he had just prescribed, which I didnt feel comfortable with. He then told me to just take Tylenol during the day instead of what he had just prescribed. I told him that I had been taking Tylenol during the day along with the maximum amount of ibuprofen and it was still unbearable, to the point where my stomach was upset all the time as well. I started crying at his front desk because I couldnt understand why he didnt understand how much pain I was in and he walked away from me and hid behind a wall.My mom called him later because he took my sisters wisdom teeth out too, and she remembered that he had awful bedside manner back then. He lied to my mom on the phone and told her that I was a smoker and that was the reason that I got dry socket! First of all, my mom knows that Im not a smoker so she knew that he was lying. Second of all, he violated HIPAA by divulging medical information to an outside party over the phone without my consent.So in short, if you dont mind catching HIV, hepatitis, or infective endocarditis, and you dont mind having your private medical information told to anybody who will call asking about you, then Dr. Glenn is still not the best choice.

Andrew did a great job of calming my nerves before getting my wisdom teeth out. It was a very quick procedure and Im glad I went to Dr Glenn.

The worst experience of my life. I am terrified of the dentist and dr Glenns office was aware of this but still left me in a room by myself came in and shot up my infected mouth which was only about fifty percent effective. Then left me by myself again. I was in full panic mode by then. Dr Glenn returned and poked in my mouth asking if that hurt and before I could even answer yes he pulled my tooth then started scraping my bone with one of his tools. By the time the five minutes was up I was wrapped up in the fetal position from all the pain. Dr Glenn made some comment like You can unfold yourself now. He rattled off how to take the meds in about ten seconds and that was that. They charged me $315 and I didnt spend more than five minutes total with the doctor. They also charged me a consultation fee of $100 but the funny thing is I definitely didnt get a consultation! I ended up with a dry socket three days later but have been suffering for six days because Id rather die than go back there. I told his office staff that I had a miserable experience and they seemed very compassionate but dr Glenn just acted like I was bothering him and he couldnt care less that I had a terrible experience. I called my regular dentist and they have referred me to another oral surgeon but after my experience with dr Glenn I am sick and panicking about anyone looking in my mouth or even touching me. So if you have any fear of the dentist dr Glenn is definitely not the surgeon for you. He was not compassionate and only acted like I was just bothering him. Shame on you dr Glenn. You shouldnt practice medicine without compassion. I definitely dont recommend dr Glenn.

Maybe loved it is an exaggeration, but Dr. Glenn has a nice touch.You are at the dentist guys, and that is always stressful, but he handles himself well.

Pulled the wrong tooth. He was supposed to pull the #30 molar, but instead pulled the #28 bicuspid. Im looking into suing right now. Im extremely angry!

Like a fool I asked for pain meds and really, dont even need them. I dont know how he does it but he is bar-none, the BEST!

Did a procedure for my son and had no idea what tools were needed. We waited while he sent someone to another office to get them. Totally unprofessional! Then, when i was discussing a bill with the office, he got on the phone and said i was wasting HIS time. This guy is an arrogant jerk!

Went to Dr Glenn over a year ago, he was an egotistical jerk! I was referred to get evaluation on a bridge that was jolted during a sinus surgery. He tossed the paperwork off to side on his desk. I told him what I thought about his lack of empathy for a consultation.

Unless you want turned over to collection for not paying a bill you had no idea you owed, as you payed the day of services and then to find out that they were sending a bill to an address that you didnt even live at (in a totally different town) then I would suggest going to Andrew Glenn, DDS.Not only that, the women is the billing department are rude, snide and just plain unhelpful.
