Dr Collins beyond Excellent ! He replaced an old Crown ( 20 yr+) that had a deep cavity ! He performed a root canal, made a new crown in his Office with his state of the art equipment! I was able to keep my tooth and all was pain free!Most important Dr Collins explained every scenario about the tooth . Including a possible tooth removal prior to the plan ! He saved my tooth ! I can Chew food with zero pain with my new crown!Dr Collins and his training from UCSF is the best in the Industry ! He is a Pleasant and Caring personality and most important he is a Superb Dentist ! I highly recommend his services!! The Dental Hygienist Melissa and the Office Staff is awesome as well!

5/5 I have had Medi-Cal for most of my life. My teeth are not great, I have a few broken ones, and was holding off, but they started hurting. I came in to see Dr. Collins, and his team a little nervous. I always get bad news, with more bad news when I hit the dentist.Dr. Collins gave it to me straight, but also made me feel very positive about this all. He assured me that I can have an amazing smile as long as I put in the effort, and $. He made me feel confident, and happy about being there. I am excited to go to the dentist to get this all fixed, and that is VERY new for me.The hygienist was AMAZING, she didnt hurt me one, and I needed a pretty intensive clean. They are all personable, and genuinely seem to care about me. I could not recommend this office more.

This is the best dentist I’ve ever been to in my entire life! It was recommended by one of my customers as she is one of their dental technicians. I told her about my bad experience with my previous dentist, I have a very bad back and have trouble leaning back in the chair. She assured me that they were very well equipped to deal with handicapped customers. Boy was she right! Going to the dentist used to terrify me, I had the most pleasant experience ever, the dentist was absolutely charming, the dental hygienists that cleaned my teeth was by far the BEST I have ever had! Dr. Jonathan Collins, and the entire staff are the best you will find anywhere. Dr. Collins treats his patients as if they were his own family with honest assessments and recommendations. The best crown Ive ever gotten was done by Dr. Collins. And he is able to do them the same day in his office. No temporary crowns and returns. Michael, the office manager, worked with me to send xrays to a new dentist in southern California when we moved in the summer. Once I saw the new dentist in So Cal who recommended root canals and multiple procedures, I made the trip back to Nor Cal just to have Dr. Collins give me a second opinion. He spent more than adequate time with me, took x-rays, and spoke to me as he would his own mother with his recommendations. I so appreciate Dr. Collins and everyone in this office. Wonderful staff and dentist! Dr. Collins has performed major work on both my uppers and lower teeth using great 3D scanning technology that made the temporaries and final veneers very quick to position and place, which minimized my time in the chair! The final result is beautiful.

I met Dr. Collins when he purchased Dr. Nolans practice. My first experience with Dr. Collins was when he successfully completed two implants that Dr. Nolan had recommended. I have had several cleanings by their hygienists who are very competent. Recently, Krissie, the dentists assistant replaced four front filling that made my front teeth look amazing. After breaking a crown, Dr. Collins office got me in quickly. I was very stressed about loosing my tooth but Dr Collins and his staff were kind and understanding. They were able to put my mind at ease. They offered me a number of treatment options. I chose to have an implant done which they did THE SAME DAY! implants take time to heal so I was very happy to have the process expedited. They pulled the remaining tooth and put the implant right in. I had no bleeding and no pain. They were able to get my full amount of my anual dental insurance and they were very flexible with payment options for the remainder. I will continue to use this dental office as long as I live here.

One of my back crowns came off Sunday evening, I called Dr. Collins office at 8:45 on Monday morning, there was an opening so at 9:00 I was sitting in the dentist chair and received the good news that they would be able to clean the crown and re-glue it. From Doctor Collins , to Amor in the office and the dental techs everyone is great. Dr. Collins is very knowledgeable and customer oriented. I had an issue at 8 pm one night, called Dr. Collins direct and he said come right down to the office and well take care of it. We both got there in about 30 minutes and he fixed me up and sent me on my way.. I dont think you could find better customer service than that. My whole family goes there. My son is not one for dentists he never has been but after going to Dr. Collins hes gotten better.

I’ve been going here for two years and recently had a crown put on. I’ve always been wary of needles, especially at the dentist office. There was no pain from numbing to finished crown. All of the staff has been fantastic, at every visit.

Just had a broken implant crown replaced by Dr. Collins and his able and friendly assistant Holly. The new crown was generated right there in their office and replaced the same day. Its a perfect fit and they worked hard to make sure that there were no high spots when I bit down. I had been having issues with clenching my teeth at night really bad and the jaw muscles and teeth on the right side of my face were starting to hurt during the day. Dr. Collins and his staff recommended a Night Gaurd and I am so glad I got one fitted. All the pain I was experiencing completely stopped and I know I have avoided some major future issues by using the Night Gaurd.

I had lost a filling and hadnt been to any dentist since moving to PV in 2013. My husband had been referred to this office by someone in his office, so he referred me. They blocked off several hours for my appointment and we needed every minute. I was particularly pleased by how calm and professional his people were. They were ready for me right on time. They gave me time to adjust to all the information coming at me, from what was discovered on the xrays, the deep cleaning, the crown & the repair. It was smooth, everyone was encouraging from the doctor, to his assistants, the hygenist and the front office. This is the best dental experience Ive ever had. I highly recommend Dr. Collins. Integrity is a joke this man has no Integrity whatsoever. I would give these people a minus 10 Stars if I could . I became doctor Collinss patient when he bought the practice from my original dentist Dr. Nolan. Dr. Nolan was an honest fine upstanding very good person and a quality dentist. He had previously completed two implants for me and was in the process of a third when I was informed that Dr Collins was buying the practice from Dr. Nolan. As part of their deal Dr. Collins assured myself and doctor Nolan that he was going to complete the third implant that was already in progress for the same great price doctor Nolan had given me. I didnt like it and I wasnt happy about it at all having to switch dentists in Midstream of an implant but I had no choice because the price that doctor Nolan had given me was Far cheaper than anywhere else so I decided to stick with it reluctantly. Dr Collins said he would honor the great price Dr. Nolan had given me but would not be his price thereafter if I needed any further implants. I could tell he was unhappy about the price but had no choice also because he wanted to close the deal by buying the practice from dr. Nolan . Neither myself nor Dr Collins were happy about this deal at all and I was stuck in the middle. Anyway when it came time to my first appointment one of his reception called me to remind me. I could tell right away she had attitude towards me I told her I could not make the appointment she became very rude and belligerent which I also became angry and finally hung up on her since she was so rude. I had no patience at that moment I was in the hospital in hospice care my mother was dying and I had no patience or time for the rude Behavior his receptionist gave me. After a couple months I called back trying to make a new appointment they refused to give me an appointment and told me that they were not going to do my implant and honor the deal. I asked to speak with Dr Collins when he got on the phone he became belligerent right away I tried to explain to him about his receptionist being rude and that my mother was dying at that exact time but he couldnt have cared less all he cared about was getting out of this deal that he was doing an implant he didnt really want to do for the cheap price he was doing it. This man I use that term lightly has no integrity at all, he could care less about anything but money and his attitude and behavior permeates and trickles down throughout his staff . I would highly recommend staying away from this person that names his company Integrity Dental probably trying to make up for his total lack of integrity. His receptionist had the nerve to call me today and looking to get me back in there to make money I guess they forgot I was The Unwanted patient that they were trying to get rid of what a joke LOL

Doctor Collins is the man. Aside from he and his staff providing routine superb care to my entire family, we had an emergency today and he went above and beyond. My wife had an toothache and reached her breaking point on Thanksgiving Day. Even so, he was available to us for guidance on ideas for treating the pain until he could see her the following Monday. However she got exponentially worse that evening. So, with the pain meds not helping, he met us first thing in the morning—on Black Friday—to address her pressing need. I know he and his family sacrificed their time so he could care for my wife. We are so grateful.

My wife an I have been going to Dr. collins for five years my wife has pore bone structure and could not eat with out pain known shes eating more salad foods and is very happy because of the good work he has performed. and I have had two implants thay look like my rill teeth. I switched insurance carriers to see them after a horrible dental experience at another facility when my fiancé recommended their practice to me. I havent been disappointed at all and I plan to stay with them for as long as possible!

I was driving all the way to yuba city to go to the best denist, dr suen for 28 years. Now I found another, I wanted a dental implant went to the integrity dental office. My dentist did not offer this service, wow up dated equipment clean.Dr Collins is friendly polite to his staff. Dr dose fine work along with telling you what he is about to do-and what to expect after,and another fabulous part is the staff you can expect smiling helpful funny pretty ladys its like family, whod think? you would look forward to going to the dentist I DO.! My granddaughter loves having Melissa for dental cleaning. She votes for Melissa!!
