I have been going to Bright Smiles for 15+ years. I have had a plesant experience every time.

Dr.van is very kind and very knowledgeable. His staff is also kind and compassionate. He us a very good dentist. I will recommend him to any one. I had an appointment and before he did anything he made sure my mouth was numb . He is very caring. I took all 8 kids to him and myself and husband.

How do you not answer the phone or even allow a voicemail at 11:07 in the morning on a Tuesday? Crazy.

I went in just to do an initial assessment, ended up having plenty of time to spare so they did impression and cleaning! Great dentist! Funny that all the other dentists (bluestem dental) said I had four cavities and Dr Van said I had none! Soo happy to hear this! Will continue to go back!

Great experience, Dr van is very knowledgeable. Found my tooth problem when other dentists couldnt. Very professional. Highly recommended to anyone looking for great expertise and professional service.

I had gotten an appointment here for both of my daughters at 3:30 and only 1 got checked out in an hour. So many people that came before us got their teeth checked before us, do not recommend.Dr.is very nice but the staff members is very nonsense, stupid. If dr. No change the staff they loose his business, highly no recommend to anybody

I went to Bright Smile Dental for about 4 years. The dental hygienists, Dr. Van Nguyen, and Dr. Kennedy are all very friendly and answered all my questions. The main issue with this dentist is administrative - the receptionists seemed a bit cold and werent always informative as to wait times, needing to pay a copay now vs. later, etc. I would always schedule my appointment as the first of the day to avoid waiting, but sometimes even then I had to wait 10-15 minutes, despite no one else being ahead of me. If I ever had an afternoon appointment, the wait would usually be 20-30 minutes. I also wish they offered online bill pay and online scheduling of appointments. They are a good dentist once you are in the dental chair, but the administrative experience could use improvement.

I cant find the correct word to explain my worst experience with ( Dr ) Van. The worst dentist ever....unprofessional, cold and carless. please dont waste your time and money.....find a different dentist. I dont know how this joker got his dentistry license....

The name says Bright Smile Dental but youre not smiling with their service after theyre done I had an appointment to get a filling that fell out fixed on Halloween they decided to clean my teeth instead in a rush because they had a big Halloween party to attend to because of them I lost one of my molars... every time I went there they never did what I asked him to do they always tried to do the most expensive thing for me to pay out-of-pocket that insurance did not cover

The worst dental experience I have ever had! I recommend not going there for anythingI have had upper dentures for over 40 years & lower partial for almost as longThey pulled the last 4 teeth I had & made full dentures OMG They are so bad! The upper ones are crooked so one side of me teeth are way lower than the other my smile looks so crooked.The bottom is way worse they are to big for my mouth the front teeth in it are strait across and the guns are so long. I have tried to ware them but they hurt & dont fit. I need them redone the right way! I have never had such a bad dentist make teeth for me EVER!Now they have scented plug in air fresheners in the place & I cant breath them. They make me go into Respiratory arrest. I called them to see what they would/could do. they said they would call me back but they never did. I hate this they took away my teeth & smile And I cant even eat!Essential Oil Risks.... If you are on medications, check with your doctor before using this aromatic oil. It may cause certain drugs used for seizures, narcolepsy, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder to be less effective and can bring on asthma attacks.

When I came in I thought I had chipped my tooth in the back and I was seriously freaking out. I had, in the past a horrible dental surgery which left me terrified of dentists for years. The assistant and Dr. Nguyen put my mind at ease. They took x-rays and photos of my teeth letting me babble on to ease my mind.They discovered I had calcium build up on my teeth and advised to schedule a deep cleaning. They showed me that my tooth hadnt chipped at all and, that it was a piece of calcium build up that had fallen out. I appreciate them taking the time to show me my teeth were healthy.The only issue I had was the office set up. I dont like how one dental space moves into another without doors. I could hear the other patients being worked on and, that was the most unnerving part. I could see the other patients being worked on as well which was uncomfortable to say the least.Not sure if thats a breech of privacy or what but that was the only bad part of my entire experience there really.

I have received the best care with the doctor and staff. With all the dental work that I have had done I could never imagine having my smile back and confidence to smile again. Thank you so much to my niece Barb and Dr Van for making it possible. Financially with Bright Smile, it is very much affordable and reliable service.

Excellent work.Dr. Nguyen has put two caps on, and a bridge.He doesnt try to push unnecessary procedures on me.The hygienist does excellent work!They have made special efforts to meet my scheduling needs.Everyone is courteous and friendly.

Worst dentist Ive ever experienced! I was having a root canal done, was in extreme pain during the procedure. The male doctor told me if I didnt stop crying that he was going to stop mid procedure. Never went back. Horrible OFFICE DO NOT RECCOMEND.

The waiting room is small. Sometimes, people, including me, stand up and wait. I don’t feel like he has been honest with me or has provided me with the best services.

This was a horrible experience. I wasn’t given the option for a half star so 1 it is. The office is fancy and very modern but I can’t believe this is due to the large number of returning patients. Upon arrival to the office no one was at the front desk. I waited for a few minutes then asked another patient if that’s where we check in. Finally after waiting about 5 mins a employee returned to the desk. She didn’t make eye contact with me just said “name” that was all...not..I’m so sorry how can I help you but just “name” I told her my name she asked for my insurance information which I gave to her she looked at it and said I don’t have you scheduled. I advised her that I called late yesterday and spoke with a man that said I could be seen at 830 for a dental emergency. Her response to me was well there’s 5 people waiting so you’ll have to wait. I grabbed my card and left. I was super unimpressed with the less than thrilled about her life receptionist and the way my needs were just tossed away because it was inconvenient for her. I would NEVER recommend this office at all! A fancy office doesn’t equal quality. Word to the wise stay away from here!

My son and I both had a filling and both have had our filling fall out three times. I have never had a filling fall out until being seen in this office. I understand it happens maybe once, But three times on both my son and I? Something isn’t right or the filling isn’t being done correctly.

I went in for a cap and Dr. Nguyen shaved too much of my tooth off, causing my bite to be off. I tried to tell him that it didnt feel right, but he is always in such a hurry, he told me it was fine...After having me bite on carbon paper to see if my bite was aligned, I told him it still didnt feel right. He told me that I would get used to it and went on to the next patient; My bite has since then been uneven since he shaved too much of my tooth off. Ive told him my tooth hurt while he was drilling, but he ignored me and kept drilling my tooth before the cap, until he finally listened and gave me a shot to numb my tooth. Lastly, when he was drilling my tooth I felt the handle of the drill bumping my top teeth. I told him but he ignored me again and kept drilling. I looked in the mirror and my tooth was cracked. He tried to convince me that the crack was already there, but it wasnt.Also, some of his staff are condescending and rude while addressing concerns. He excused their rudeness and told me this isnt a spa, this is a serious business. Working at a hospital, I understand a job being serious, but customer service should always be the focus of any business and they should never be excused for taking their frustrations with being busy, out on the patients.I feel that Dr. Nguyen overbooks because he wants the clients/money, but in exchange for that, he rushes and lacks customer service and doesnt do the best work. He also shaves too much of the tooth off because it hasnt only happened to me, its happened to another family member and a friend. I am now switching dentists, but I would warn anyone considering having him as a dentist to be cautious before letting him work on your teeth. Your bite may change and your concerns may be overlooked. Good luck with your search in finding a good dentist. Take care.*I wish there was an option to give 0 stars.

I never thought to write a review until now. I visited this facility back in 2014 to have a wisdom removed. During the procedure Dr. Nguyen did give numbing meds but its either he didnt wait long enough or he didnt give enough either way i kept telling him that the pain was terrible during extraction and he kept right on tugging until he basically yanked it out. I screamed in agony and told him how painful and he told me I dont play, I get it done. he walked right out the room. No prescription for pain meds or nothing. This dentist is barbaric and need more training or need to shut down.

This is the worst dentist ever. He doesn’t know what he’s doing. I went to him three times about my tooth; he kept saying that nothing was wrong and “he wasn’t seeing anything”. Then, I chose to go to a different dentist. They found out that I had an issue and I needed it fixed.

I fixed my teeth at this clanic , everything was fine ,the doctor was great and she knows what she is doing ,I recommend bright smile dental.

The staff is really un talkative. You will spend so much time waiting because of the lack of staff. The worst of all is that Dr. Van will mess your teeth up. I been reporting the same problem 5 times and hes not solving the issue. I been in pain for the last 5 months and hes just making it worse. Its almost like hes doing it on porous so you could comeback and pay him agin for the same issues. Hes basically been torturing me and robing me. I think he should be sent to prison or close these place down.

Staff is 5 stars, Preformence/Time is 2 stars... I got there 10 mins before my appt, filled out papers, and waited and waited.. i waited for 40 minutes untill i was called in.. now i understand they get busy BUT what bothered me was other people came in after me and went in before me.. Another thing was while the doctor was cleaning my teeth (just started) a nurse came in and stated “the other patient is here that called, how long will this patient take” the doctor stated “5 mins” and next thing i know hes working super fast and getting water all over my face.. a cleaning usually takes about 20mins. Mine toke 5 mins. Im very disappointed my whole family goes here. But its time for me to leave and find a doctor who takes his time and isent rushed. And to were i dont sit in the waiting room and get cut off for 40 mins.

Cold and careless dentist. I will not go back. Please go somewhere else.

I went once and the dentist was going from room to room without washing his hands. He shattered my tooth and left big shards sticking out of my gums. He refused to give me pain meds or antibiotics. As a result I developed a bad infection that took months to clear up. Horrible experience!

Bright Smile Dental is really recommended clinic they are professional and friendly, still i have a lot of work with them and i ll continue. I am working with Dr Van.

Went in for basically a composite crown which of course isnt standard but previous ones from another dentist have last me months... its been less than two weeks and this one is chipped and cracking up. Also it didnt fit properly so i could feel it pressing on my bottom teeth (overbite).Sad to say i dont think ill return and am hoping i dont pay out the nose for a week and a half of relief... stressed out again...

The worst dentist! The experience was extremely painful and poorly done. Bacteria got under the filing and the tooth had to be extracted just a few months after the filling. I went to another dentist for the extraction. Im never coming back to Bright Smile.
