I have been billed incorrectly every time Ive gone here. It takes 5-7 MONTHS of arguing on the phone and across emails for the bill to get fixed. This means I have to pay the entire amount (a large portion of which I dont owe), placing the risk of not being reimbursed on me rather than the service provider (otherwise I would be assessed a late fee on top of everything). Seeing as the exact same mistake has occurred every single time, I can only assume they purposefully fill out the paperwork to insurance improperly (they refuse to include the provider ID number, forcing an in-network visit to be charged as out of network) to get significant amounts ofmoney they arent truly owed.I have also been told by the hygienist the past two visits that she thinks I have oral cancer, and then she walks me out, telling me to keep an eye on it. If I do have oral cancer, I want a dentist that will take some action to help get me diagnose and treated. If I dont have oral cancer, I dont want to continually hear that some hygienist thinks I do. I will travel across states to go to a dentist over coming back here again.
