I must preface my comments with I am a huge baby when it comes to the dentist (I’m in my late 50’s) and find it hard to take the leap when looking for a new provider.This was my first appointment-I found them on my own-and had read no comments about them.South Ridge Dental was AWESOME! I had an extremely pleasant visit. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The hygienist was gentle and thorough and explained everything she was doing. The X-ray tech was also gentle and thorough as I had full mouth X-rays that take a bit of time. The dentist was very kind and went over every detail. I did not feel rushed or uncomfortable at any point during my visit.I highly recommend South Ridge Dental especially for those who have trepidation’s

I was suffering from a toothache caused by a crown that needed some adjustment. They quickly diagnosed this and made some minor adjustments to it and now all is well. Very professionally done.

Weve lived in many places before so weve visited many different offices, with South Ridge its easy to schedule and quickly complete regular cleanings or other dental needs. Today I had an appointment to fix a bracket on my braces. The process from when I walked in to when I left was less than 20 minutes. I always dread waiting in the waiting room for an appointment but the staff was able to get me in and out quick and painless. Also, the last minute reminder text is a nice touch. Would recommend to anyone who likes short wait times, great service, and friendly reminders 👍🏻

Staff are always nice and friendly. I like that the office is active with the community. Both Dentists have worked with both my children starting around age 3. They knew right time to start going to the orthodontist. Hygienists have become like friends you’re happy to spend time with.

Exceptionally friendly staff, and very accommodating. When my previous dentist told me it would be two weeks for them to get me in to fix a cracked tol I meet Lee started seeking another dentist. I was able to get into southridge the next morning and have the procedure taken care of. From here on southridge will be my dentist. Kudos to them for their efficiency, and theyre very friendly staff.

I was very nervous about going back to the dentist after a long absense. Dr. Shaffer and his team made my whole experience so pleasant, they were kind and understanding of my situation. Its been 4 years since my first visit and I cant imagine going to any other dentist. Absolutely the best choice I could make when our original family dentist retired was chooseing South Ridge Dental with Dr. Steve and his wonderful hygienist Sandy.They are very friendly and easily approachable with any questions I might have. Offer me options with clear expectations of what I could expect as the outcome of treatments.They have never tried to encourage us to try a high risk/low gain procedure. For the last couple of years that we have been working with them our family has had healthy gums with no traces of peridontal disease. No infections or irritations after cleanings ( which was often an issue with our in between dental office).The office staff are friendly and VERY helpful with making my appointments, especially considering I often have to reschedule due to work. No difficulties working with insurance. The waiting room and treatment areas are clean and personable.We wish wed known about them after Dr. Martin retired, we would have been saved alot of heartache, pain and monies.Many thanks !!!!

Horrible experience, I had my teeth cleaned 3 times and sat there crying each time. Unprofessional when you look up to see staff watching TV. I had a crown done, and didnt even last 3 years.
