I love these Doctors and their staff. They are very good at notification of appointments, whether it be through phone calls or text messages. My appointment was right on time and I felt that I received a very thorough exam. The Dr was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain my condition in terms I could understand . Im very grateful for the care that I received. I would highly recommend this practice!

Wonderful office and team! I drive from Fort Worth to Highland Village, because the doctors are very knowledgeable, thorough and take their time to talk and address any of your concerns. The office staff always have impeccable customer service from the front desk, to the assistants and the billing - everyone always provides 5 star customer service! I have been going here for several years and never had a complaint or bad experience.

We had a great experience when I took my 8 year old in for his first eye exam outside of being done at school or at the pediatricians office. They were very patient and thorough. I loved that they took time to explain everything to him in a way he could understand! The optometrist was even able to recommend some eye drops to help him get some allergy relief, and we can already tell a difference. We will definitely be back, and I plan to get my next eye exam with them! Excellent customer service and care!

I have worn glasses since I was a young child and have been to many eye doctors, ophthalmologists and optometrists. This appointment was one of the most thorough I’ve had and she explained everything in a way I understood. She answered all my questions and took her time with me. Made an appointment Sunday evening as I had an emergency to get a foreign object out of my eye that was bothering me for a day or so. They contacted me via text Sunday and told me first thing Monday they would let me know. They contacted me first thing that Monday morning and were able to immediately get me in. Ive been coming here for about three years now, the staff and doctors have always been polite and explain things very well. Today my daughter and I were seen by Dr. Jacob, she is such a great doctor! She interacted with my daughter which I truly appreciated. She explained to my daughter why certain test had to be done, (keep in mind my daughter is 12yrs of age) and Showed the pictures of her eyes so she could understand what she was talking about. Before the doctor left, she left making us laugh ( great personality). I recommend village vision center 100%. Thank you Dr. Jacob!

This was the first time for my daughter and I at this practice. Our experience was very pleasant. All the staff members made sure to make my daughter and I very comfortable and welcome. They even addressed us by our prefered name! All the exams were explained in detail. My daughter who is always very anxious at any doctor’s appointment felt calm and safe even though I was not with her for her examination. I was delighted to see that for our last part of the visit, there were bilingual staff members available to talk to us in Spanish. It was a great experience and we’ll be coming back!

Outstanding in every way. Check-in was fast and efficient. Monica, who did all the initial tests, including the eye scans was exceptionally friendly and efficient. They have the latest eye imaging equipment. The optometrist I saw, Dannette, was fantastic as well. Took her time to explain the images taken of my eye, listened to my concerns about some vision issues I had experienced, and put everything in terms I could easily understand. They also did a great job of explaining my vision plan benefits. Honestly, I dont know how they could possibly improve. Im new to the area and so glad I found this place. By far the best optometrist I have ever been to.

Staff is super friendly. They were very accommodating even when I arrived 30 min late. They have awesome technology that allows them to review photos of the back of your eye to look for potential issues like diabetes and glaucoma. They took time to educate me on pros and cons when I was tring to make a decision about going back to contacts. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Visited them for first-ever glasses for our 9yo. The staff answered all of his incessant questions and made him feel at ease. We have good vision insurance (Davis) so there were no unexpected surprises. Dr Phan was good working with him and helped be comfortable getting glasses for the first time. Was having an eye issue and was not able to see my PCP. I called The Village Vision Center and was able to get seen today. I loved Prestons professionalism over the phone and how updated the technology was here. I was able to receive a text to complete my New Patient Forms and was able to finish quickly. Once I submitted, I was informed the office would receive them immediately. I showed up for my visit and was immediately checked in and seen. The staff is truly friendly, professional and the Dr was too! I felt taken care and was not rushed through my visit. All my questions and concerns were addressed. I was very pleased with my visit.

Village Vision Center is a great place to go if you need an optometrist. Their staff is kind, fun, and professional. I have been to three different eye doctors to diagnose a vision issue I was having. They were the first and only office to be able to find it and help me find a solution. They also have incredible customer service — twice they have called me to schedule me for earlier appointment slots that opened up prior to my originally scheduled appointment, once without me even having to ask. Ive been going to this practice since 2009. Besides getting your normal eyewear and basic eye exams, Dr. Jacob has some advanced certifications and specialized equipment to treat various eye diseases, in my case, glaucoma. She takes a personal interest in her patients, and is willing to make an extra effort to see that you get the best care possible. She even lobbied my insurance company for some specialized eye drops, which were not covered by my Medicare Advantage. If Dr. Jacob thinks that you need advanced care, she will coordinate that treatment with an ophthalmologist to assure that your issue is solved. The office environment is pleasant, the staff is friendly, and I would recommend Village Vision to anyone needing basic or advanced eyecare.

Dr. Nhu Lan Phan is very knowledgeable and friendly and gave me the confidence back to go regularly to get my eyes checked after some mishap at other eye centers. I looked for the closest place to me. Here in FlowerMound that took VSP. They did a good job and the prices aren’t terrible. They definitely tried to up-sale but didn’t push when I said no.The biggest issue I have is their mask mandate. I’d say if it wasn’t for the fast that the are not following the science but rather following the politics I would probably be a repeat customer; but because they wanna force me to wear a mask when vaccinated when the CDC changes their guidance now only to fit politics, and I say this as a left leaning person. I’m not interested in coming back. I haven’t been forced to wear a mask since being vaccinated until this place and no business I believe should be forcing customers to mask up, and going against the laws of Texas!

Highly recommend this place! I had broken a vessel in my eye and was not able to see my regular Dr today, nor able to get into a walk-in without making an appointment. I did not want to go to a primary for an eye injury so I kept looking up Eye Doctors and saw Village Vision Center. They were able to take me right away. No paperwork to fill out, just a quick QR Code to scan and maybe 3 or 4 questions to answer. The staff is Exceptional. Down to Earth, Happy upbeat personalities, even the office music is lively! My exam was completed, and detailed instructions were given all in a short amount of time . Dr Trinh and staff gets five stars for 5aking the STRESS out of my STRESSFUL situation. VVC will now be my place to go for eye exams.

I am new to Texas just recently relocated, so finding new a new eye doctor would have to come from reviews since I have no experience or personal word of mouth recommendation. Upon reading the reviews of other clients Village Vision Center had very good reviews. I called and was able to get a next day appointment quickly, paperwork process was easy as they sent it via text and after completing it was returned electronically all I had to bring was my ID and insurance card.I was approached with a smile and pleasant greeting. Wait was short to start my exam, they talk you through everything and was very thorough as well as patient. Dr. Trinh was very nice, took into consideration my needs, I wanted to start back wearing contacts and so she provided a great experience, also it was good to know we had some things in common (home state, both recently located there).Great experience and I have a new Eye Doctor.

A professional experience from making my appointment on the phone with Jordan, to completing my new patient forms online via their website.Arrived on time, quickly completed my checkin and ID/Insurance review. 3 mins later the attendant called me in to begin the pre-exam through the high tech tools. Then Dr Phan performed a thorough exam, including medical and eye health history review, review of my current occupation (IT Professional) and any eye strain associated with long hours in front of the computer screens.After completing the exam and creating my new prescription, we reviewed the digital pictures of my eyes, discussing the health of the structure of my eyes. I have a family history of glaucoma so this is a necessary review.Went out front and worked with the team to pick out a new pair of frames and build the new lenses. Reviewed the total costs, insurance and final cost to myself.A very professional and thorough experience. Highly recommended!

Dr. Nhu Lan Phan at the Village Vision Center went above and beyond my expectations on a recent visit. I have been struggling with double vision for about a year. I have seen a handful of doctors, had x-rays, MRI scans, taken medications, done eye exercises, and had only minimal improvement. Dr. Phan took extra time testing and talking with me to understand the source of my vision problem. She applied a prism to one of my lenses which bent the light just enough to align with the image my other eye was seeing. Bang! Problem solved... Thank you Dr. Phan for putting in the extra effort needed to help me see clearly once again.

Best optometrist Ive ever had! I really love the people here. Just sweet, helpful, and hilarious which is everything I look for in an optometry office. They were extremely nice to me even though I admitted to sleeping in my contacts for weeks on end. I dont know what I expected they would do. Its not like they would berate me or call the cops, but I guess I just appreciated that they were understanding about the level of laziness I operate on. The good news is that Im not going to lose my eyesight (thank god) and I got fitted for some awesome new glasses so I can maybe treat my eyes a little better moving forward. The guys that helped me find the right frames for my face were THE BEST. They just magically knew what would look good on me and were gentle in their delivery when a pair wasnt looking so hot on me. I definitely picked this provider based on the extremely close proximity to my home (Im lazy, remember?) But even if they were a town or two over Id make the trek because they are seriously so great. Thanks Village Vision Center! Youre so cool!

My first visit was prior to COVID, 2019. Great first visit. Front staff was awesome. Loved Kourtney. The visit w/MD was also nice. She was very thorough. She answered my questions. I didnt feel rushed. I purchased new glasses. My lenses are thick so there wasnt alot of frames in store that would fit the thickness.. They gave me websites to check other frames. Told me to pick some out and come back. Brought back abt 5 options. They ordered all of them and I went back to be fitted with the final pair.My second visit was June 2021. New faces but same friendly people. The MD was just as thorough and explained things I didnt understand. This time I went for contacts. Again, I am blind as a bat and I dont wear contact regularly. She chose a cheap version for me to try instead of starting with the most expensive. Give them a try! 👍🏽oh bring back the eyeglass cleaning machine!! Was so disappointed.
