Getting nervous we got scammed their website forms arent working. When will we get our generator?

Solar panels being installed was the only positive.Signed up in October, panels installed November. Then they said we needed the electric company to come out and they contacted them. Followed up December and they said because of the holidays and COVID the electric company was backed up.....Contacted Bang again after the holidays and they blamed the electric company for being slow. Called the electric company ourselves and said they had NO WORK REQUEST ON FILE!!! Which means Bang NEVER CONTACTED THEM!....Advised Bang and finally got the electric company to come in mid January. Sent numerous emails and calls to turn the breaker on so we can start using the solar. NO ANSWER....after 5 emails and numerous calls they reply with another excuse (we have proof for all of this). It is now 4 Months later and we have not yet used our solar panels. Had first payment come out 2/4/2021 and they are suppose to reimburse us because that was part of the agreement. NO REIMBURSEMENT YET as of 2/15. My husband now has to send and call about this issue. WE STILL DONT HAVE SOLAR POWER.BANG solar has poor customer service and communication. They only care about the money not the customer. This was a $30,000 purchase and we waited 4 months before writing this review, so this not by emotion. This is based on facts and POOR ALL AROUND SERVICE FROM BANG.Please use another company for solar.

Bang Solar is changing the status quo around the solar scams that have been out there, especially here in North Texas. You will not find an installation team that is better in the Industry. Bang Solar works with you to get the little things right and are very particular about the critical details with installation and aftercare. Everyone is extremely fun to be around, especially the companys President Adam Foley and Co-Founder Adriana Ariolla.

Easy solar company and I didn’t have to do a thing. Already saving money and didn’t have to pay anything up front.

Don’t count on getting any customer service from this company. We left message and sent email. And still no response three days later! Our system does not seem to be working correctly and we can’t get any assistance. Regret our purchasing decision!
