Everyone tells you to do your homework before you purchase anything. As a teacher I take that quite seriously. I met with 8 contractors to obtain quotes to install a new A/C Heating System. We were replacing a 15 year old system so it had been awhile since we had shopped. I was talking to a lot of salesmen but unfortunately they werent service technicians. My 8th contractor and last meeting was with James. Guess what? He had been a technician so he was listening to me and knew what he was doing. It is very meaningful to have a PROFESSIONAL show up on time, LISTEN to your concerns and RESOLVE those issues. Kevin was our QC guy and he came out after the system was installed to check everything out. Our house was cool so life was great. It felt better than it ever had. He told us there was a part from the manufacturer that they had gotten where some had been defective so he replaced it. We were blissfully ignorant but his HONESTY was so meaningful. Brandon was very HELPFUL in getting the financing we needed. It has been a wonderful experience working with CRSNTX.

Anyone looking for a General Contractor knows it is sort of a gamble to find a contractor that will return a call, or even show up to provide a quote. Our family has used Commercial Residential Services for numerous jobs over the last 3 years. Interior and Exterior Paint, Garage expansion, concrete work, French drain installation, remodel bathroom, electrical work, roof and window replacement, garage door replacement, and the list goes on. We still have a few items in the house that we are wanting to change/or replace, and we will call Brandon @ CRS for each of them. I can not say how easy he and his team are to work with. Brandon and his team communicates, provides feedback, arrives when scheduled and has always stood by his work. His team does a great job of cleaning up once the project is completed. If it is not right, he will correct it. Brandon and CRS are a diamond in the rough.

I have used Commercial Residential Services many times for heating and A/C maintenance and repairs. They have done some repairs at my house and fixed my carport/driveway that was sinking and needed stabilization. They have always been honest with me and done exactly what they said they would do. Their prices are fair and they start and finish on time. I will use them again and would recommend them, as well.

Had a great experience with CRS. We had 7 different HVAC companies come out and give us a bid and we liked CRS the best. Best value and great workers. They came and installed the system in a day with no issues. We were extremely happy with their services and look forward to using them more in the future.

Brandon and his team are top-notch. Last summer, their electrician came and replaced a circuit breaker- just to help diagnose a problem. From the initial survey and diagnosis of our aged, inadequate system, they quickly gave us recommendations and options to improve comfort and efficiency. Quickly and efficiently replaced old system with new heat pump and air handlers (included new end boxes, drain pan, some duct connections, etc.). Also installed a new programmable thermostat. Pricing was very reasonable. Working with Jim Trussell (JR) and team leader Daniel was pleasant as everything went according to plan.

With the February Freeze, we had a pipe break above our Master Bedroom that caused some significant damage. We worked with another company that after 2 months hadnt performed any work and Brandon was recommended to me. He came out the day after I called him and within days we had a quote and agreed to have the work done while we were out of town.The work was high quality and looks better than before! CRS team was always friendly, informative, and showed when they said they would. Communication was top notch. We have been using Brandon for all of our needs, from plumbing to completely redoing a walk in shower. Only wish we know of CRS a few months earlier before we dropped 1000s on an AC repair. I was having issues with my heater and with it being cold out its something that I needed fixed quick. CRS came out and had my heater working in no time. Needed a new AC system upstairs. Jim arrived on time and was patient explaining all the available options. Measured the upstairs and sized the system to requirements. There was no marketing talk and no pressure. Quote was very reasonable including additional duct work. On the installation day they came on time and worked hard through the day to complete the task. Jim was there to supervise and help the installation crew. The crew was very professional, used cloth covers and cleaned after the job. We like the install quality and the new AC works great.They also agreed to repair some minor duct issues with the downstairs system free of charge.Thank you!

The service was superior. Was after hours on a very hot day. A representative came out that evening. Diagnosed the problem. A technician arrived the next morning with the part and repaired our unit. Our experience with CRS was one of the best ever. After receiving quotes from four companies to replace the 13-year old HVAC evaporator and condenser units for our system, we chose CRS because of the skill of the HVAC specialist, JR, and the competitive price. The installation team of Daniel and Hugo arrived on time and went to work.Then began a three day ordeal (for the CRS folks) of Russian Dolls, led by their HVAC expert, Kevin. Brandon Smith, CRS owner, was in contact with us throughout. Long and short, there was a problem with our system, caused by a previous HVAC company that was very difficult to trace. But the CRS people kept us informed all the time about what was going on. I had to replace my downstairs HVAC system as the 16 yr old one finally gave up. After multiple vendor quotes, I felt comfortable with CRS ( Jim mainly ) as they were ready to answer all my naive questions.Their quote was also in right ball park and timing was right. They also upgraded to Ecobee4 thermostat from stock one.On the day of install they ( 3 folks ) arrived right on time, carried out the work in professional manner. Jim came early in morning to supervise them. They came three days later to tune the ac as one of the rooms were really cold.Overall I am quite happy so far because of their professionalism and responsiveness.

CRS was amazing. They came to my house, arriving on time. They fixed my circuit breaker that was tripping in my kitchen in 10 minutes and they fixed my toilet that was making some really strange sounds. They were personable and I highly recommend. CRS Air-conditioning was the absolute best choice for us. Their folks are knowledgeable and knew what was best for replacing our HVAC systems. They also corrected some of the ducting design to make the new system even more efficient and improved cooling and heating in all the rooms. The install team and workmanship is top of the line. While I dont spend much time in the attic it is night and day over the previous system.The follow up after the sale and the techs coming back to check how the systems are doing has been top notch. We experienced some thermostat control panel issues and the team came as soon as they could and corrected the issues at no additional cost.They key thing for us is the follow up after the sale. They do not just drop off and install a system, they care.

These guys are amazing! they installed a 5 ton unit and a 3 ton compressor in about 4 hours. I had several quotes including big box retailers. They were excellently priced . but more than that, they were the only ones who actually sized my house to make sure the airflow and returns were correct (which mine werent) . They just quoted me a great price and did not nickle and dime us. For example, the last time I had an HVAC unit installed the guys did not wire the unit correctly. CRS sent out a master electrician to do the wiring while the HVAC crew worked. They are an incredibly professional crew. I cant recommend them enough. Hire them and you wont go wrong.
