We asked for a service call to replace the ballast in some of our lights. James arrived early and after evaluating our needs recommended we switch out to LED lights instead our current system. He explained the technology had advanced to the point where he could just modify our existing fixtures to accept LED lights! HUGE SAVINGS!

I own a house built in the ‘50s. American Home Shield, that I pay for home repairs, sent out idiots. So, I searched on Nextdoor app and chose White due to good reviews. I am so happy that I did. James was wonderful and made me feel comfortable. He was quite knowledgeable especially about homes as old as mine. I asked a lot of questions, because I love learning and have so little knowledge of electrical systems. He actually patiently explained things so I could understand. We discussed many things that I need to have repaired. I still need him to repair other outlets as well as some other concerns. I will be contacting White in the near future for a few repairs. White will be my electrician from now on. The Shield is unqualified to make electrical repairs. I would like to have James be the technician for my house from now on. He’s already figured out how my house was wired, which wasn’t easy since no pattern was followed, wires are wrong colors, and wiring terminating at light fixtures are a mess. Anyway, thank you James and White Electrical for a good experience and great job!

James did a wonderful job of fixing the light switch. The breaker kept throwing, and he figured out what was wrong and repaired it. He was courteous, personable and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond crawling around in our attic and widening the hole in the front porch to be able to do the repairs in the least expensive way possible. He did a great job and we would use him again

James and Eric came to replace three light fixtures and to replace light bulbs in fixtures that were 20 feet high. They helped with choosing the correct light bulbs for each. Came to update furnace connection. Was having other appliance issues also. He was able to diagnose that it was bad power from the electric company. Electric company had to replace transformer and now everything is working again.

I am planning to replace my existing 30 amp electric stove top with a new 40 amp electric induction stove top. I asked White Electric to review my existing electric service and let me know if it was adequate to support the new stove top. My appointment was set for 8 am and they arrived right on time. The electrician determined that my existing stove top, oven and microwave were all being served by the same existing 40 amp breaker. Collectively, all these appliances drew 50 amps, when operated at the same time. The electrician and I discussed the alternatives and decided to establish a new 40 amp circuit to serve just the new stove top. In all other regards, the electrician from White Electric told me my existing electrical service panel was adequate and in good condition. I really appreciated them not recommending upgrades that were not required (I have had that happen in the past). I will be using White Electric for my future electrical needs.

Called for an estimate as i Needed some outlets added, as well as moving a couple of can lights at my home. They came out first to look at what I needed done and then set an appointment for the technician to come out for the work. Everyone showed up as promised for the estimate and the work. White Electric sent a technician to our place when 12 can lights stopped working. He located the short in one of light fixtures. It was the fixture itself that was shorting out. He promptly fixed it!
