The electrician did the job so well. I havent experience this level of excellent customer service in a long time. So glad I called these electricians. I would always use them in any situation.

Repairman Bill installed an additional register in my master bedroom after previous techs said it could not be done. Now my room will have adequate during the summer and heat in the winter. He and Kara were efficient and did a wonderful work of installation. I am pleased and will continue to use Norfolk Air in the future.

Tricia arrived out and inspected the day I called them. Needed some repairs done on lights in the kitchen. I was told by a general contractor that it was going to be challenging to do because the lights were old and all new wiring needed to placed, etc. Tricia, Ashton and Thomas arrived out the next day and restored the lights. All 11 of them. In a timely manner. Replaced the plug behind the fridge the needed to be repaired and what I was told was almost difficult was completed. Would recommend this team of men.
