The staff are crooks. Out to fleece your insurance. And squeeze $$ from your pocket under false pretenses. Rude and unprofessional staff.

They were great to work with. Appointments were very involved, but they moved you around quickly. Would recommend. Was impressed that he called me at home the evening of my surgery to check on my wellbeing.

Youd be better removing your own eye and doing the repair yourself. Then sticking it back in backwards. If he shows up with his sister?! R uh n. Thats some scary stuff! She let me wake up in. The middle of a cataract removal. It didnt hurt much but the white lite was cool. Hes just a bad dr.

I remember Dr Ku from years ago at TMC in Carrollton. I had some wood in my eye and in great pain. He was a real jerk and no bedside manner.

Not sure if this is where eyecare is going but I assumed if you went to college for a medical degree of some sort --- not only to make your life better but also to help your fellow men, you would be the one doing the work. The technicians here do all the work! Someone with 2 years of education (some less) check the eyes of the patients. It is unbelieveable that any doctor (could be just the practice itself) has the technicians be the source of testing the eye health of the patient. No thank you!! This patient will be returning to a real doctor for my eye health. One who can hear my hesitations or see what I do not see clearly, or even talk about my vision problems. If I were these technicians I would make sure I asked for a raise comparable to what a doctor makes because they are the ones doing the work. Please find an office that practices excellent eyecare . Your vision deserves better.Neel Eyecare in Watauga is definitely my place to go now. Such a difference, going back to a caring, professional, and fine tuned practice, no matter the distance.

Simply horrible customer service and care !!!

Whoa. I agree with so many other google reviewers at this location and at the Lewisville location. They run terribly late and DO NOT CARE. They do NOT honor appointments! Instead, they go on a first come, first served basis, even though they bother to MAKE appointments and leave the customer with the impression that they HAVE an appointment. I had a 9am appointment. When I showed up at 8:53, the waiting room was absolutely packed and I had to wait in a 6-person line to sign-in. I dont mind waiting in line to sign-in. ... What I DO mind is waiting for an inordinate and arbitrary amount of time to see the doctor. I saw the list of the 6 people who signed in before me, and I saw the list of the people who were being called -- nearly every single one of them had a 9:30 or 9:45 appointment. And yet THEY were called first, before my 9:00am appointment! (Im betting that theyll begin hiding the list after reading my review.) I asked the receptionist why appointments after me were being seen first,, and she said they see people based on when they sign in! I guess all of the other people got the word. Meanwhile, I showed up thinking I had a 9am appointment, so I would be seen ahead of the 9:30s and 9:45s. But, no. I told the receptionist my expectations and asked if I could be seen ahead of the people who had appointments 30-45 minutes after me. She cavalierly and borderline-rudely said okay -- without leaving any sense that she was making a commitment to that, and then they continued to call the people who had 9:45 appointments who signed in first. I mentioned to the receptionist that they are still calling people who have appointments after me, and she silently turned toward her computer and ignored me. When they called the next 2 people with appointments after me, I went up to her and told her that I take issue with the fact that she told me I would be seen next, since my appointment time was far ahead of the others, but then they continued to call all of the others. She said, very cavalierly and rudely, Theres nothing I can do about that. I dont have the charts, and turned back towards her computer. Good grief. Theres definitely something she could do about that. I agree with so many other google reviewers, particularly those in the Lewisville office -- the wait times are ridiculous; their service practices are out of the norm; and the office staff is rude and simply does not care. What a terrible practice! Ive seen Dr. Ku over an 18 year period, but this is the first time in two years and the first time at the FM office. Theyve gone so downhill in terms of service. What a shame. Im left to presume that the office staff is too lazy to put the appointment times in order ... but maybe theres some other bad customer service reason for their arbitrary practice.

This doctor told me my droopy eyes was caused by old age and dismissed me without any medication. I later found out that my problem was caused by dry eyes. I pray never to meet doctors like this again.
