She is one of the best doctors here and she really takes care of her patients very well. Being a very good doctor, she is always busy. But, its worth after all the waiting. I didnt get a chance to post the review after my baby was born. I would definitely recommend Dr. Grubbs to anyone who wants to see her.

The younger Dr. Grubbs gave me the worst experience. Constantly using scare tactics to make sure I would come to appointments and get induced at the end of my pregnancy. Constantly told me it was because I might lose my baby if I even missed an appointment. Was told I needed to wait no longer than an hour in between meals and snacks but the wait was always over an hour, yet once when I decided to get food before hand and was 2 minutes late they called me. My daughter is now almost five and Im still too scared to get pregnant even though I really want a second child. Horrible experience for my first pregnancy, if youre a young lady I do NOT recommend this doctor. (I was 23)

This office like to hold your money until you go there again and spend it. I have been overcharged twice and learned that I have to call to find out if they overcharged me again. They would never inform you if you have credit there. I had so many bad experience in this facility and have given them years to improve their service. After all the energy and time I spent with them, I had my conclusion, if you dont want to spend more money there and especially not want them to keep your money, then, basically the doctor is done with you. They still trying to get me back every year for annual exam by sending me letters. Really? Unbelievable! If you are looking for a good medical service, skip this place and find a better service where is honest and nice to visit.

Don’t go! Unless you have an hour or more to wait for the doctor. Also, they will make you jump through hoops to get birth control. I’ve never had a worse experience with an obgyn because of the over scheduling of patients and ridiculous red tape. I’m stuck here now because I jumped through the hoops. I’ve been in the lobby for 45 mins so far today. Fun!

Didnt even make the appointment the front office lady on the phone seem to be more concerned with my insurance than the services I was needing. Not a place I would want to to be. Normally people see how they can help you, see if theyre a good fit, and then verify your insurance. I wasnt even sure of they had availability

Currently going through my second pregnancy with Dr. Grubbs as a type 1 diabetic. I’ve had many MANY Doctors and none are as thorough as her. The waits can be long (not always) but I would rather wait twice as long to see her than any other OBGYN. I have a healthy baby boy because of her and soon to be a little girl. I can’t recommend her enough!

I love Dr Grubb! She truly cares about each one of her patients! She will always go out of her way to get you in for emergencies and births! Her nurse Sarah has moved onto nursing school; however her new, new nurse is really caring thus far too. The only NEGATIVE is that- since she goes out of her way for emergencies; sometimes Dr. Grubb is late with appointments (especially in the late afternoon). I do not mind this as I know my emergency be taken care of if and when and if I need to be. She has two offices and the flower mound office seems to be less crowded than the Lewisville office. None the less; theyre both great. The STAFF are all caring and great people too!

I love Dr. Grubbs. She was my OBGYN before and during my pregnancy and she is awesome. She always made me feel comfortable and that she truly cared about me and my baby. When things seemed off with his heartbeat she sent us to a high risk OB for monitoring. Thankfully everything turned out fine, but its better safe than sorry, and we ended up with many extra ultrasound pics because of it! I ended up having to have a C-section because my baby was breech and he was born in the middle of the night so the On-Call doctor was used. Dr. Grubbs told me she wished they had called her in because she wanted to be there to deliver my baby. Sure, the wait times can be and usually are long but its more than likely because she had an emergency with another patient. The staff there is great, especially nurse Sarah! I will be going back for sure.

If I could give her more stars, I would. After graduating from the infertility doctor, we chose Dr. Grubbs after interviewing her. We didnt even go to any of the other OBGYNs we had listed out. The first visit we had we started questioning why we made the choice because it took well over an hour for us to see the doctor. We were a little frustrated, but found out she had an emergency c-section. That then made us realize what if that was us one day, it wouldnt matter if someones appointment was a little delayed. She took the time to get to know us, answer all of our questions (no matter how silly they got), and provide as much information as possible. We had a great experience with everyone we came into contact with out there. The thing that just blew us out of the water was the day my wife went into labor. Since we had an IVF baby, we had to induce at 39 weeks. My wifes body wasnt progressing the way the doctors expected during the time they expected. A 36 hour long story short, Dr. Grubbs was amazingly patient with my wife and kept encouraging her to have a vaginal delivery. She kept giving expectations of how she expected the labor to go and my wifes body would hit it. She never said give up or demanded we move to c-section since both mom and baby had no issues. At one point she acknowledged my wifes exhaustion and said, if she wanted to throw in the towel, she would support it, but she highly suggested to continue and listed the benefits of vaginal delivery since there were no medical issues. My wife was able to have the baby as expected, it just took a little longer than we wanted. The nurses told us many doctors wouldve suggest c-sections after the 20 hour mark no matter what, but Dr. Grubbs remained patient.
