I just had knee replacement surgery on Apr 5 and wanted a place closer to home so I Googled PT places and found NY Physical Therapy and Wellness in Levittown.They got 5 star reviews. I started going last week and love it. Jennifer is great. She pushes me hard but is compassionate too. Very knowledgeable. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.I will definitely recover very well here.Highly recommend!

I went here after I tore my meniscus. They got me back to work, and walking normally in no time. The office is nice, clean, comfortable , has plenty of exercise equipment. I was worked on by Eric and Lexi, both are very friendly, and know their stuff. 👍🏼👍🏼

Professional help in a good atmosphere. They all know what they are doing and help you heal or recover in an efficient manner. They answer any questions about your treatment so you can understand it . All in all a very nice group of people the front desk to the back.

NY Physical Therapy & Wellness staff is amazing. They are friendly and professional. Also, I like the fact that the offer a lot of appointments and are flexible with one’s schedule. So their patients are never neglected but rather given full attention. Furthermore, knowing how much they clean the facility makes the atmosphere more enjoyable. That being said, I certainly feel they care and enjoy what they do. I have felt a sincere concern by all the staff treating me at all times. Lastly, they always make me feel they are going the extra mile. Without a doubt I have seen a vast improvement in my lower back pain.

Everyone at the therapy centre is amazing. I had lower back problem from several months and was getting worse. Mike was my therapist and he did all the things he know to help me out. We had home care through NY physical therapy & wellness . We had the best therapist Shimon. He was punctual , always showed up on time. He was very caring and knowledgeable. Treated my mother like she was his family member . Would definitely recommend Shimon !!!

Been going here for 5 weeks for sprained ankles acquired through dancing for the past couple years. I was evaluated by Jennifer and she immediately made me feel comfortable and connected with me about dancing. She was amazing at connecting dance exercises into my therapy making it very enjoyable. Jackie was also fantastic at making therapy fun and helping instruct me through exercises and providing a great massage at the end of the therapy. These people genuinely care and want you to be healthy.

I’ve gone to pt here for many years for multiple injuries and they are great here. Eric and everyone here is awesome and they are very knowledgeable. They have brought me back to full health super fast each time I’ve come here and they never disappoint.

This place is the best. I went there for my own injuries and the staff from the front desk to the doctors and the techs all are inviting and open to answering all your questions. Now they are also working with my son and he loves going there everyone is so warm and also professional!!!

Terrific experience! Eric and Jen really know their stuff and give a personal, hands on experience. I’ve gone to a few PT places locally, and this is by far the best. Some places are hands on the first few times and then stick you with a rotating cast of inexperienced techs. Here, the therapists give each their patients attention (I’ve been going for 6 months for and ACL surgery and it’s been extremely consistent). Aides Roxy and Lexi have been awesome too with both exercises and hands on help. They have a lot of patients (patience) for listening to me complain about my knee.

Been coming for a few weeks for an elbow injury I got after a car accident. My time here has been nothing short of excellent. Comfy environment, wonderful PTs that work with you and the progress is noticeable. I went from fearing what would become of my elbow to being able to use it more and more every with each session. Feels great to be that closer to having a normal left arm again.Would HIGHLY recomend!

This place is the best! Everyone here is so knowledgeable and caring and helping me to feel better after my injuries. If you come here, you will for sure be in great hands! They recommended I see Dr Kechejian and Dr Benatar at Total Orthopedics and sports medicine and I am so happy I did. They are also extremely knowledgeable and caring. From the first minute I called I knew I called the right place. The reception area is extremely friendly and helpful. When being evaluated every physical therapist came to me and introduced themselves, which made me feel right at home. Having a serious injury, I felt that I was in good hands. Mike primarily takes care of me, along with Jackie and D...they understand the nature of my injury and encouraged me and helped me progress to where I need to be. I feel confident that I will walk out fully recovered. Im grateful for their support and encouragement. The rest of the staff have been very accommodating and helpful too.

It starts as you enter the reception area and receive a warm welcome from Tanya and Caroline and continues as you start your session. You may work independently on your exercises but they constantly monitor you closely to ensure you are receiving the maximum benefit. The staff exemplifies the highest standard of professionalism and team work. To their credit the treatment has been so great that I have never missed a session going 3X week for the last three months. I am grateful that they have been an integral part of my rehabilitation. A special thanks to Jennifer, Dharmesh, Alexis and Eric.

Started going to this location 3 weeks ago for balance and walking problems and this staff has already helped me improve so much in such a short time. Eric took into account my wishes when developing my treatment so I can get better walking and balancing at home. I feel so safe at home with the strength and balance Ive gained through therapy. D did a great job at stretching and massaging my legs after treatment to ensure I felt good leaving the treatment. Cant thank this place enough!

NYPT is absolutely amazing! The staff is very kind and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Theyre doing a great job helping me after my knee dislocated and if not for their knowledgeable staff I may not have been recovering so well. With being open till 8pm they have very flexible scheduling which is quite convenient as a student with lots of school related events. I highly recommend them!

I have had a fantastic experience with Eric and the whole staff! He, Darmesh, Lexi, Jen, and the others are extremely good at their jobs and have helped me immensely. As a bonus they are all really nice people. I can’t recommend this facility enough!

To be honest I was nervous when I first came here I had never had to have physical therapy before and I didnt know what to expect . What I found here was a truly wonderful staff all around.. Last year I had a double neck fusion (C4/C5/C6) from a work related vehicle accident. I had been to several Physical Therapy places in the past but nothing surpasses NY Physical Therapy & Wellness! The entire staff is knowledgeable, friendly and gets the job done! I can’t rave enough about my experience with them! I choose the Levittown location bc of the Conveniency. I made an appointment for an evaluation for 2/17 on Friday 2/14. I told them I had Aetna and they said they take it. I arrived today at my appointment and they told me they did not have my appointment. The receptionist (Tonya) went to go ask and she came back and said they dont take my insurance and I would have to pay out of pocket. I said No Thanks and went home to search for a new PT. I looked up on Aetna and this place is listed as under my insurance.I do not know what kind of game they were playing with me, bu buyer beware!!!

Started coming after a injury at work where I fractured my left foot and sprained my ankle. The staff has been helping me regain strength and mobility. I highly recommend this office. The staff is very knowledgeable, caring, listens to patient concerns and are a fun group. After having had rotator cuff surgery they’ve made me push myself to improve my range of motion much quicker than I thought I could. Always feels like you’re surrounded by family that’s concerned for you.

I started coming to his location after having my cast removed for a broken ankle, at the suggestion of a team mate. I have never needed PT before, and didn’t know what to look for or expect. The team at the Levittown office immediately made me feel at ease and like my recovery was something we would achieve together. Everyone who works there is friendly and funny. The time spent at the office isn’t a chore but more something I look forward to - because I want to recover quickly but also because the team makes me feel welcome and like they really do care about me. I would definitely recommend coming to this practice if you’re in need of physical therapy!

BEST staff!! Tried 4 other PT centers in the last few years before bringing my daughter here but no one else had been able to give her any relief from chronic pain she got from injuries in a car crash. Mike and Eric really worked at it until they got a good routine for her and shes finally seeing lessened pain and can actually hope for some pain free days ahead!! Lexi, Tanya and all the staff have been caring and considerate throughout. This PT center is truly amazing!!

The therapists at this facility, under the leadership of Eric, are the most compassionate, helpful, and encouraging professionals that I encountered during my recovery from rotator cuff surgery. They took me from baby steps to the point where I can now resume my normal activities, including golf. I highly recommend them to anyone requiring PT!

Allowing for a few PT sessions each week has really changed my life.As a current patient here, the only thing Im bothered by was not knowing about/coming here sooner.
