TLC Nursing is an excellent organization!The staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and caring. I don’t know what we would have done without them providing such phenomenal care for my sister in her own home. I highly recommend them to anyone/everyone in need of home health care providers. Great business! They have cared for my mother in Newtown for the last couple of months, and they actually fill the shifts, unlike the other agencies we have been with. Happy to have them caring for her.

Terrible service they just want money don’t care about clients

TLC has helped my cousin with her care for 6 months now and we couldnt be happier. Before having a caregiver 24/7 with him, the house was honestly a pig sty, and now we have someone keeping him clean and we can tell that he is a lot happier. Thank you Linda for talking with me and for telling me about the waivers it really took a weight off of me not having to pay all that money out of pocket. Thank you so much TLC!!!

I have worked for TLC for 8 years now. They gave me my first job out of nursing school. From the staff at the office to the families that I work with, it has been a great experience in the short time I have been there.

Do you like standing at a window waiting for an aide to show up who never does show up? Do you like this happening every week? How about several days in a week? Do you like an agency that doesnt apologize for this? Do you like to be treated rudely when you complain about it? Do you like a metal shoehorn to be left by one aide in the bottom of your moms shoe? Do you like a revolving door of aides, many of whom you have to train? Do you like an agency that raises their cost by more than 100 percent -- doubling the minimum required hours and raising the hourly rate, both -- one week before Christmas? If you like any of this than TLC is the place for you. I deserve to be treated with respect. TLC did not treat me or my mom with respect. They took her money, but did not care if an aide showed up or not. They did not call to say an aide wouldnt be there, they did not apologize for all the trouble they caused. They didnt care if my mom was safe or not. Stay away from these people.

I’ve worked for Tlc since they opened in 2001 and I’m still here in 2020 . I stay because I love my job and my client , like family.I am proud to be on the TLC team !!!
