Working for this ‘agency’ is a waste of time. They claim they treat their residents and staff like family, but they don’t. Management and owners will talk to you like you are less than a human being just because you ‘work for them & not the other way around’. If you feel like being fired for asking to speak with someone about a personal problem you experience then this is the place to be. If you want to get terminated and never have an answer as to why this is the perfect place for you. Oh and don’t forget they don’t do their part with unemployment. So they fire you and don’t care about your next steps. The owner Eric is by far one of the rudest ‘business owners’ I’ve ever met and I’m surprised that they even have workers with the way he treats people. The saddest part is that the residents are so sweet that it makes it feel like it’s worth working there. But no amount of disrespect is worth it. The whole structure of this business needs work & I hope that eventually someone will be willing to put in the time to do so. This place could really be great but it needs a lot of work & to just get rid of Eric. If he doesn’t know how to handle employees he shouldn’t have them. He seems too caught up in.... other things to keep it respectful. He’s ‘too busy’ for his employees ( his exact words), and would make the company thrive if he no longer had anything to do with the company.

The residents are some the sweetest that you will ever have the blessing of coming in contact with. The management team are great as well, now the issue comes in with the professionalism and decorum of the people that are hired and not vetted well 1 was vetted and honestly she is like a infection that’s resistant to antibiotic. There is an over whelming amount of inappropriate work place gossip. There is also a extremely large amount of “That’s not my job mentality” But when around management they act as if they are team players! I would say if you are new to the work force, and want an example of how not to be towards your co workers, go and check it out. If you think it’s appropriate to smile in peoples faces but talk behind there back then you will thrive here. If your light shines and you have goals and aspirations beyond a biweekly pay check then I encourage you to not respond to a position here, they will change you for the worst before you change them for the better.

JEM Homecare Solutions really is a great place to work. The people here genuinely care about the residents and their employees. The agency treats everyone with respect and kindness. Employees are promoted from within and can make it as far as their goals take them. As an employee of JEM I find it extremely offensive and very inappropriate to get up on here and personally attack my supervisor, talk about unprofessionalism.... Shame on you Vanessa!! The staff here at JEM are a group of decent hard working individuals. Now I can sympathize and totally understand that your experience here was yours and yours alone.. But to get on here and slander some all because you couldnt handle a staff of strong minded ppl was totally uncalled for. While on the subject my personal experience with you wasnt pleasant at all because you abuse your authority and your attitude became nasty and confrontational when you didnt agree with what I was saying. Calling ppl ghetto and classless isnt right either. But Im most certainly sure that if you didnt quit after a few days and pushed through for the cause that we strive and work hard towards everyday then youre experience would most certainly have been a pleasant one..

They claim they are a new agency in PA which has so much potential. However, they practice false advertising for their behavior specialist/group home manager. Its a bait and switch. Their Indeed job offering is not what they offer after an interview. Its great on the surface, but expect something else. I hope they dont treat their clients like they do staff that falls for this.EDIT: ATTENTION JEFF THE SUPPOSED OWNER...Is your address not 76 Autumn Ln in Levittown PA?
