Don’t pay whats owed. Take hours away and change schedules without notifying you. Then wont pay the right amount.they offer you holiday pay not one check that I had for a holiday was paid extra. Money always missing out my checks . Never got my over time pay ..

Then wont pay the right amount.We are actually turning in phone hhae records showing correct times of call in and outside and talking to an attorney.They refuse to answer questions by email. There is no where to verify hours since they dont use ADP anymore. Cannot get paystub copies.Worst place ever to work for. Taking worked hours away from people is against the law.This place needs shut down!!!

I agree with the rest of this people ,this company have gave me headache since the very 3 months that I have been working with them, 1. This company those not let there employees know when are going to have change things., 2. they are always messing up my paycheck every time, I call them and they act like they did something they still owe me hours and Im still waiting on it. I have proof of everything Im talking about and I will take action, in my paystub I work overtime and is 22 hour in total and they just changed it to 6 hour this company those not care for there employees and there is no hand book.there is so much more to say abouts this company and in one part I know god is taking full control of this and in my end I will take action.

Ive worked for this agency for awhile and having different clients. Everyone has their own opinions and are entitled to them. However, I love this agency. Im sorry so many others have had bad experiences with them. The pay is reasonable considering all the work we do. I have had some issues with paystubs but they acted fast and were able to do what ever they needed to fix the problems. I would definitely suggest anytime you need anything to contact Natalie first! ( No offense to the rest of the team). She went above and beyond to help me. If she cant handle something herself she will make sure that it gets figured out in a timely manner! Everytime I call the office anyone who answers the phone is always polite. I just prefer to work with natalie when I have an issue because things get done when I need it. Overall the entire sraff is great. Would definitely recommend this agency to anyone looking for work or care for a loved one.

EVERY WEEK MY CHECK IS SHORT & IM TIRED OF CALLING THE OFFICE TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE WHO COULD CARE LESS SO IM GOING TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION. ITS MY MONEY & I NEED IT NOW.
