Dr. Dean and his entire staff are so truly wonderful! I had a challenging pregnancy and I felt secure, knowing I was in EXCELLENT hands! Dr. Dean is knowledgeable, kind and very professional! I have a beautiful child...thanks to him! Courtney is amazing too! She’s so helpful and sweet. 5 stars isn’t enough!

I know everyone is entitled to their opinion but I’ve NEVER had anything but the best experience with Dr Dean and his staff. The staff at the desk have always been super nice and helpful in working with me to schedule appointments, Dr Deans medical assistant is quite possibly the best and sweetest young lady I think you’ll ever encounter. She goes out of her way to be professional yet reassuring and always makes me feel welcome and more relaxed about my visit. (Let’s face it - seeing the GYN isnt #1 on my list of things I love to do and so it always makes me nervous just before seeing the doctor). Dr Dean is so smart- he has within months of my being a new patient worked with me to resolve issues I’ve had for years that previous doctors either were uneducated about or simply weren’t listening to me. He comes in and within one to two visits he knows what is causing the issues and how to fix it. He operated on me and I’ve had the same surgery before with a so called highly regarded Dr in a hospital everyone raves about and got nothing but a high grade temp and infection. With Dr Dean- people were saying HOURS after surgery that I haven’t looked better in a long time! He’s very good- he knows his stuff inside and out and he has nothing but the best bedside manor! I hope he like me as a patient bc I’m not ever going anywhere else! He’s stuck with me til the end! I’d give the office 100 out of 5 stars! 🤗

Dr. Dean is amazing. He’s kind and tentative. The wait for an open exam room can be a while so I know to give myself enough time during the day. The people in the office are kind. The nurses are great. I also saw Dr. Ramirez during my pregnancy and she’s amazing as well. Not sure why people give one star reviews, people have their bad days but at the end of the day a good doctor is hard to find and the doctors here are amazing and professional.

Stay away from this condescending doctor who shares bashes his patients while he does not think they are listening or can hear (we are, and we can). Take your business elsewhere. Simply in it for the paycheck and puts on a false act. Just retire if you hate your patients so much.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dean for over 12 years. Dr. Dean has always given me the best care even checked up on me when under someone elses care.

Love Dr. Dean! He delivered both of my children. Have also seen Dr. Christina Ramirez, she is very down to earth. Both are very caring and attentive doctors.

Dr Dean was my OB for my first and second child but only delivered my first! He was great always answered my questions. I had Melanie as my GYN she was also great, however I was told she no longer practices there. It is a little difficult to get an appointment. Also they have a sonogram tech who the briing in from a differwnt lovation who was always cool! It can be a little whiles wait however.

This place was terrible. I went and got a sonogram he said my uterus was messed up and wouldnt answer my questions he made Its seem like I was annoying him he was rude to this little Spanish nurse who was so sweet to me i was nervous about my pregnancy I didnt not feel comfortable there they are not very friendly I said Im never coming back now I go to a wonderful place where they are compassionate and I trust the doctor and theres nothing wrong with my uterus and Im healthy and excited for my baby. Dr Dean gave me wrong information about my body. Please I do not recommend this place to anyone! I recomment Dr Behar In garden city! They have you wait forever to see Dr Dean like an hour waiting in the room!

Bad service from everyone. I went to get some thing and had to wait until two weeks for the product. When I called again they said it is not covered by the insurance company. Lies.... I found out it is covered but they lied to me. I went somewhere else instead. I went in August of first week.

My wife is expecting and unfortunately every time I go there with her I get really annoyed about that place. The staff is not friendly at all, no smiles, no warm welcome and how about Happy New Year? Would be appropriate on the 3rd of January I think. The office us such is not very welcoming either the whole setup looks more like hosting as many ppl as possible rather than properly scheduling and serving ppl efficiently. Appointments are only available at very inconvenient times like 1 pm. This with waiting time and getting there is really time intense. Today we where scheduled to receive further detail about the progress of hour baby. But beside a little blah blah nothing. Sonogram system didnt work, last time ultrasound didnt work. So basically with gettting there, waiting and getting back to work 2 hours waisted for nothing. Sorry to say I cant judge Dr. deans qualities as a Dr. but the environment he operates in is very disappointing for somebody who is so highly recommended. Well give it one more visit but if its disappointing like this again well go to a different place.

Dr. Dean has been my doctor for many,many years. He takes his time and fully explains everything.

Horrible service, starting with the secretaries, they are always as angry, and they are not friendly to patients, also you have to wait a long time, in the waiting room, my last time wait 1 hour and 20 before you can see the doctor, and when the doctor arrived, only in 2 minutes was my appointment and that it ... it was terrible, I definitely do not recommend that place.

I like Dr. Dean he delivered my first daughter but unfortunately this time I had to switch Office, I got my appointment rescheduled twice & when I finally went to my appointment I waited almost 3 hours to see the Dr. & it wasn’t who I requested plus the room was so damn hot & my blood pressure went up . So disappointed
