This used to be a good office. Since COVID they are afraid to see sick people. They want to push teledoc, which really does nothing for you. This is all about getting co- pays.If you don’t want to help sick people, you shouldn’t have gone into the medical field!!!

Great place,profrssional,professional, to communicate with. Very friendly, professional,and caring medical staff. Doctor is very professional and easy to speak with. Its a one stop facility for many tests. Recommended highly

I just called to speak to my doctors office. And I just had the rudest experience I have ever experienced. The receptionist was clearly overwhelmed, so I feel really bad. But I was trying to explain why I’m calling again. But she was talking over me, dismissed me multiple times, was not listening to me as I was telling her my situation of why I needed to be calling again, but instead proceeded to tell me “we can’t help you with your COVID testing. Go to urgent care”. and I was trying to tell her I did, have already called and set up appointment with urgent care, but I have a question. In the meantime it’s been over a week, I have been sitting here with possible COVID for over a week. She was rude. Every time I go there I feel rushed. But this was extreme. She was asked to confirm my number and finally said the doctor will call you, and hung up. She was so incredibly rude.

I wouldnt even leave one star. The receptionist is so RUDE!! I just called to try to make appointment and she is screaming in the phone no we cant see you because of covid. So apparently they arent seeing anyone. I tried to set up a tele visit and she wouldnt let me. Dr. Files should really get a new receptionist!!!! Horrible!

The office needs to implement how to communicate with patients. Thedoctors and staff members need to implement effective communication skills between one another. When a patient has a question a professional Doctor would call them back. This office lacks professionalism. A doctor should call the patient back with lab results with a new onset diagnosis, not your staff. Your staff is not educated enough to answer health questions. They dont know how to handle yes and no questions Example: Can I get my blood drawn their during this pandemic Answer yes come in at 9AM. I phoned twice and was told twice come in at 9am. I got there at 9am sent to Lab Corp who was packed with patients..FYI ..I am a compromised Patient. FYI Your staff should check to make sure the patient receives the right paperwork with their lab results not someones elses I believe that is a HIPPA violation.

Always had to have a second dr in the room every time I went... I felt like a guinea pig or a science project.... Charged me for bloodwork my insurance failed to cover and didnt tell me it would be sent out

I don’t know how this place still has patients. Rudest staff I’ve ever had to deal with. They could care less about people’s well being. I wish i could give zero stars because 1 is too many. Would not recommend.

Dr Daniel K Files is an incredible Dr and person..listens to my husband and myself and is definitely. Thorough and his beside manner is amazing!!!

My pediatrician transferred files to them in October. I then call now in January and they said they don’t have me on record? Both ladies I talked to on the phone were rude and had attitudes. They went on to tell me how they aren’t excepting new patients, even tho my files were transferred over in October. I told them my entire family goes here and the lady was very rude and told me it didn’t matter because I’m “not my family”. The front desk ladies have the worst costume service ever. I have worked in costumer service related places for over 2 years and I know if I ever treated someone the way I was treated I would be fired. Me and my family will no longer be going here and have found a new doctor.

They are the best doctors around. They are kind, they listen, we are never ever rushed, we are always taken right away.I left my original family doctor of twenty years because he was rude , I was referred to this office by a friend about ten years ago, and now I refer everyone here. i have not met one of the doctors at Bucks Family that has not been completely helpful and nice. I actually love when I get to go because it is always a joy to feel taken care of.I could go on all day about all the things they have done to take care of me but I wont, Ill just say they are the absolute best there is!

My daughter has been a pt for almost 21 yrs. Dr Files is the best Doctor in the area. Highly recommended..

They discriminated against my friend she had a lost her baby n had to get a dnc or dne and called in to say she had a dnc before she had a chance to explain her situation n wasnt feeling good and her dr hung up on her. Then received a letter to seek a new dr so not only did she miscarry have sepsis but was told to seek a new dr. Out of judgement and lack of understanding of full story. Should of been reported trufully!!! So wrong !!!

Unlike other doctors in the area, they answer the phone. You can get an appointment the very next day, AND you dont have to wait in the waiting room. If a prescription is required, they send it electronically to your pharmacy, and it is ready for you to pick up before you get home.They have an online patient portal, where you keep all your medical information, and you can actually email your doctor with any questions and ask for prescription refills online.

I was going to write a long nasty review but its not even worth my time. This office is horrible. They don’t even deserve a one star rating from me.

I called to make an initial appointment and the first thing they asked is if I was on any controlled substance medications and I said yes. She then said well we can’t see you. Such a shame.
