HORRIBLE Practice!!!! The nurse practitioner I had been seeing for 4 + years recently transferred to this practice. I saw her twice in the past year. In March, I had COVID and was urged by Urgent Care to see my primary ASAP. I tried to make an appointment, but the staff at Woodbourne was unwilling to give me an appointment. My mistake here - I thought my NP had just switched offices so I called the original office (St. Marys Health Yardley) where I saw her. They brought me in the same day and then called an ambulance to take me to St. Marys as I was so sick. Fast forward to this week - I called in a prescription refill for a medication I have been taking for over 4 years. Barbara at Woodbourne called me back and said since I went to the other office, my NP could no longer treat me (how the HECK do they even KNOW I was seen at another office if the offices are not somehow connected????). I called to question them about this, and they office staff and triage nurse were so sweet and apologetic. They said they would have my NP call in the prescription in the morning when she got in, and I could schedule a physical with her, too. This morning, I received a call from St. Mary Health Yardley saying Woodbourne called them and said they no longer wanted me as a patient. Seriously????????? Woodbourne didnt even call me to say they wouldnt continue to treat me!!!!!!!! St. Marys Health Yardley filled my prescription and scheduled an appointment for me. Avoid this practice as they do not care about their patients. Makes me sad as I really did like my NP. If you are looking for a new practice, go to St. Marys Health in Yardley. They care about people!

Id give them 0 stars if I could. I was a new patient (but Id be a new patient anywhere because I recently moved into the area so I did not think this would be an issue). I have a high deductible plan and my insurance pays 100% for one routine physical per year, which is what I wanted because thats all I can afford being in a difficult financial situation at the moment. I called asking for an annual check-up and was told they can get me in for an appointment. When I arrived they confirmed why I was there; I said for a physical. They then gave me a physical (checked height, weight, blood pressure, reflexes, heart beat). A few weeks later (on Easter Sunday of all days) I was billed $355 for the office visit and nearly in tears. I called the next day asking why I was charged- I couldnt afford it and was expecting the visit to be completely covered. They were rude on the phone and said because I was a new patient I didnt qualify for a routine physical. They claimed Id have this problem everywhere I go, which turned out to be a lie after inquiring at another in-practice office I now wish I went to in the first place. They didnt bill me for a routine physical but rather a regular office visit/new patient consultation, and refuse to re-bill. I found this to be extremely deceptive and unfair. I asked for a routine physical and thats what I was given. Luckily my insurance company is giving me a discount but Im still left paying nearly $300 and trying to fight it. Its horrible how they run their practice- not putting patients first- more concerned with money than providing proper care. If you have good health coverage, you might be ok, and the doctors there are great! But otherwise Id stay far away.

Have been going here for couple years and have never had a bad experience. Love the Drs! Dr brunozzi is my primary care Dr and he is so detailed and really listens. The staff had always been kind and patient with my daughter and Dr brunozzi is the best with her. They are clean and amazingly organized. I would recommend them too anyone, adult or children.

Tried to make a “sick visit “ for two weeks. Let’s add I’m 18 weeks pregnant too. I would Call on a Monday and ask if they had openings for the week and the receptionist would respond that they are completely booked and would have to call everyday in the mornings to see if there would be cancels. How are sick visits completely booked????? It’s not a typical routine visit. Something needs to be fixed in this office with scheduling. My OB RECOMMENDED i get myself an appt asap too. I had to result to going to an urgent care then an ER for care. When i told the ER doctor/nurse what the office told me they were baffled. I only Needed basic care and had to resort to an ER, which is sad, but thankful i was Able to finally get care after two weeks.

As you can see from other reviews, the front desk staff have some problems. I have experienced them as well. Ive been going here for about 9 years and they have improved. For example, I had to wait two weeks to have thefthe front staff scheduleaschedule me for bad concussion just to be told after an hour wait that I need to go to the hospital for a scan. However things have improved for me. They try there best and woodbourne does cater to a large audience. The front desk staff get three out of 5 stars. However Dr. Silverman gets 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟She is awesome. Very straight and to the point. Takes the time you need to discuss medical conditions. Easy to talk to an understand. I also know doctor L. Is a great and kind man and I have heard good things about Dr. Thorpe from my sister.

Just called to become a new patient here again, and was told that I was not allowed to be a patient there if I had switched PCPs at any point. Is this even legal? The receptionist did not even ask the reasoning for me leaving the practice about 10 years ago. Also, if youre interested in being a new patient, I would look elsewhere. The earliest they would have been able to see me was May!!!!!

Dr. Heather Smith is worth the wait. Ive been coming here for years so I know shes in demand and i have to put aside 1-2 hour slot to visit & I dont mind because i get the best care possible. Her bedside manner is top notch professional. She always educates me on whats going on. She caught the very first stage of shingles when i was coming in for something totally different and saved me prob a ton of extra pain. Ive had to drop by for a cold here or there and see the other doctors and loved them too. Highly recommend!

My family and myself have had an excellent experience with Woodbourne Family Medical for many years. The wait can sometimes be longer than preferred, but other times we get in right away. Overall, the care we get is very good and Dr. Smith is absolutely wonderful!

I have been going to this doctors office for many years... Well its the only place Ive been. The people at the font desk are not personable they have an old lady that takes forever with the computer. I love Dr. Smith that is about it. The online messenger doesnt help get a quicker response. To make an appointment just call because online gives you a date 2 or 3 weeks away. I just went in at 12:10 for a 12:30 appointment and was told my doctor was just seeing her 10:30 appointment AFTER being charge, they did void the charge, but maybe the old lady checking me in should have told me IN THE BEGGING! This experience is the straw that has broken the camels back. I really do not think ill be going back.

I know theres protocol on meds. But if someone has been on same medicine for 15+ yrs, why take them off split second and have them go see another doctor to see if they can still be on it. Why brake something that isnt broken? Doctors are nice been going there since I was a baby but since they work with st. Marys now they are changing for the worse. Ive been thinking of changing doctors. Im sorry but I dont like what they think is it and for medical reasons its not. Even when they have cut cold turkey on meds that should be weaned off.

Think twice about going here. I went there for years and got very sick and needed to be seen. I was told 3 month wait so I had no choice but to go to another Dr. Then when I went to go back they scheduled the appointment and when I got there they told me they would not see me cuz I went to another Dr. I explained to them how sick I was and couldnt wait 3 months for an appointment. None of that matters. I guess its my fault in their eyes that they couldnt see me for 3 months and I needed to be seen. I should not have went back to them anyway with their long wait but to do something like that to a patient that had been there at least 20 years is unacceptable.

Each time I come here, the wait it longer and longer. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment start time and an hour later, was still in the waiting room. My frustration is if you know you are running behind with patients, make a simple phone call to let me know youre running behind so I can come later or reschedule. Sitting in a waiting room with a 102 fever for an hour is unacceptable.

Heres a thought lets spend 30minutes with each patient and schedule people every 15 minutes so they can sit in the waiting room for an hour plus and then sit in the room for an additional hour
