Dr. Loeb, she’s amazing Doctor and compassion to help others. The front desk staff are not friendly and they are rushed you to go out.

We LOVE Dr. Megan Loeb! She is kind, caring, and takes the time to make sure all of our questions or concerns are addressed and answered. We have referred several other families to her, all of which feel the same way we do.Although its rare, we have seen other doctors in the practice as well during quick care hours. They are also great!

My daughter and I LOVE Dr. Loeb! She is the most caring and compassionate pediatrician I’ve ever had experience with. Dr. Loeb takes the time to thoroughly answer all your questions and I never feel as though our appointment is rushed. I can’t put into words how much I love and respect this office. The nurses are friendly, funny and sweet. Call back time is always quick and our pediatrician, Dr. Allen is to the point and wonderful with our little girl. They understand new mom crazy and it’s easy to see they are passionate about what they do.

I took my daughter to Leawood Pediatrics for a sick visit. 6 months later, I get a call from a collection agency. What the heck. I never received a bill ($75). I called Leawood Pediatrics and apparently, they sent the bills to the wrong address. Updated my address, had to pay the collection agency directly and moved on, miscommunication / no big deal. Fast forward six months. Tried to make my daughters well check up appointment and was told that I need to find a new pediatrician because they will not see patients that didn’t pay their bills. Huh?No argument from me. Back to Village Pediatrics....Love them, just wanted a pediatrician closer to home.I have five kids, perfect credit, and take care of my obligations. Very near sighted inflexible policy.

I used to love this Dr Office and sent several of our family and friends there to Dr. Nagy. More recently I received a call to schedule an appointment for our yearly checkup. Around ten minutes later the same person called and said she needed to cancel the appointment bc we had a $250 bill remaining on our account. I had no prior knowledge of this as we had moved twice in the last year and explained this to the person on the phone. I let her know about our hardship during covid and committed to paying when we came in for our appointment. She denied the appointment and said we could not have our daughter even make an appointment until the bill was paid. To which I explained I would pay the day I came in but needed to consult with insurance first. She did not offer a payment plan but said we could not be seen there until it was paid period or even make an appointment. Fast forward a few weeks my daughter has a high fever and all the signs and symptoms of COVID. I call and leave a message for the nurses line in a panic about what to do and a nurse does not call me but someone in BILLING! I was clearly upset as I was concerned for my daughters health and life in that moment and the lady refused to tell me what to do and help us until the bill was paid. She also told me they sent it to collections already. I begged her not to do this as I said I was a single mom and had lost my job during the doc appointment that year. I asked her about COVID Cares Act funding and also told her I felt this was wrong for many reasons. For this and for the poor treatment we received from Dr Speropolous who all but accused my daughter of lying about a symptom she had, leaving her in tears when we left, we have decided not only to leave the practice (after 11 years) but let people know that Leawood Pediatrics clearly has the concern of their pocket books over the concern of children. We loved Dr. Nagy and its really disappointing her staff is like this as its not a reflection of her or her services. In this time of worry and concern I am really disappointed in them and would expect more from such highly educated people.

Excellent practice. My wife and I are both physicians and wouldnt go anywhere else. They have consistently been top notch, from the docs to the staff. They are timely, caring and competent. Thank you for everything.

I cant say enough good things about Leawood Pediatrics! We absolutely LOVE Dr. Loeb. She makes us feel like a million bucks every time we come in for our babys check up. We knew wed made the right choice of pediatrician when she came to our room during rounds at the hospital and went ahead and changed our babys diaper while doing her check. How many doctors do that?! She is amazing and the staff and nurses are always the best. We love it!UPDATE: Weve been coming to Leawood Pediatrics for two years now and we still absolutely love it. Dr. Loeb is fantastic! She is SO great with our daughter and really takes the time to interact and let us ask questions without ever feeling rushed to get in and out. Ive recommended Leawood Pediatrics to many friends in the area.

Doctors are nice there if you can schedule an appointment to see them. The office is not friendly at all, it is impossible to change appointment time 2 months prior. Many moms do work Monday to Friday, not everyone can be a stay home mom.

I dont normally review anything... But Leawod Pediatrics has been great. They were recommended by friends, and honestly have been incredible in the care of my 7 month old.Dr. Nagy spends ample time with us and is incredibly thorough-- plus shes super patient and loving with our little one. The office staff is also great and professional, and go out of their way to get us see. Their lactation consultation, Jane, was also really helpful for my many questions/concerns.Cant say enough great things!!

Dr. Loeb has been both of my boys pediatrician. She is great! BUT her office is not. When a mom calls with a big concern of a huge lump (no injury) on the back of her sons head, being told they are so busy that I will need to wait for a nurse to triage his importance, is ridiculous! Off to urgent care! Thank you Leawood Pediatrics.

This is an outstanding group of physicians. The staff at Leawood Pediatrics is kind and caring. They have after hours care. Their office is in a great location in Leawood at the SE corner of College and Nall with convienent parking in front of their door. For Sick or Well visits it is a great place to take your kids.

My two years old daughter likes to go there. The staff are friendly, and helpful. Dr. Hamm is great.

We luv Dr Mary Nagy, she is one of the best pediatrician for sure.

Terrible place to take your kids . Front staff have lack of communication, unfriendly front office staff . Very rude , they are lazy in doing their job . I removed my kids from here and going to a profesional office now.
