I really love my hair, they did an amazing job! They did it fast and the price was reasonable! I will definitely go back!

I’ve been going to princess’s shop for years now. All the braiders here are wonderful and fast braiders! My braids are always the same size, parts are always the same, and all my braids are always the same length. If you live in Gwinnett county, her shop is literally in the middle of Gwinnett so it shouldn’t be a far drive. 10/10 rating. I never let anyone else braid my hair. 💕

They took about a good 40 min on my TWO braids and she used soooooooooo much jell.! This is my second day and look at this mess!!! Worst experience!!! Not recommend

I called the day of my visit to schedule an appointment, hoping that someone would be able to schedule me in. Fortunately, they were able to fit me in. Stylist were professional and friendly. Everyone wore masks and I felt safe. Truly a great visit and my hair is beautiful. Will definitely be back.

Amazing customer service.

I have been getting mine and my daughter’s braided here for the past three years! They are great! My hair has grown a lot so not sure about review regarding not knowing how to do natural hair and my braids have never been braided too tight

I had an appointment yesterday at the shop. The service was okay and the ladies were nice. I came to this place in particular because I’ve gotten so many recommendation to go to Princess. I got my hair done directly by princess. Let me make this clear, she’s not natural hair friendly at all. She tried detangling through my hair using a fine rats tail comb. I know rat tail comb are mainly used for parting and sectioning but this lady comb through my hair after blowing drying it out with this comb and comb through it continuously while braiding it. She also blow dry my hair that was already blow dried again causing more breakage.The amount of my own hair breaking off onto the floor was a horrible to see and my scalp was throbbing. I continuously told her I don’t want my braids tight and right now I can barely lift my eyebrows. She didn’t follow the style that I wanted at all. They were suppose to be box braid yet they look more like singles. Cute hairstyle but not what I wanted.

Great service provided on my hair last Saturday. I came in with a picture of some singles (individuals) that were small/medium. She was patient and took her time on my hair because it was so short. Thank you for such great service and good African movies.

I came from a different area and was unable to make my daughters appointment so decided to come here. Although it was late in the day, without an appointment not to mention they were close to closing they still took our service. They did an excellent job!!!! I recommend their services.

This was the first shop that i went to when I moved to Georgia and Ive continued to go back ever since. Prices are comparable to the surrounding shops if not slightly cheaper, the shop is clean, they are knowledgeable about the latest styles and techniques, and my hair is done quickly. I always get compliments on my hair when braided by Princess.
