Dr. Bacala is kind, friendly & knowledgeable. Shes in the know for all the most recent guidelines in caring for the aging & for delivering those babies safely. She includes homeopathic options in her treatment & is well-rounded in her approach. Shes helping me through menopause & delivered my first grandchild. I would recommend her 100%!

Best OB office I’ve ever been to! Even after pregnancy, I’d come back here for regular OB appointments. Usually I get pinched or it’s too much pressure from the tools or the swabbing is just miserable. This was the easiest check up to sit through. And I can tell they care about how I feel for my baby’s health and what I want for my birth plan. I went to so many OB places before and never found one I liked until now.

Dr. Bacala is awesome. She’s knowledgeable and current on the evidence, compassionate, and personable. She’s also “present” when she’s in the room and really takes the time to answer all question/concerns and provide education.

I love this office and Dr. Bacala! Never have to wait long, if shes delayed they send a text out so you dont have to wait. The staff is very gentle and caring. Cant say enough about Dr. Bacala, she is the best!

I don’t know where to start! Dr. Mclemore delivered my daughter via c section and all i can say is he did such an amazing job! He made us feel so taken care off and reassured us that everything will be okay. Couldn’t thank him enough! Such a great experience specially with my first pregnancy!

This was my first visit with Nurse Practitioner Mary. This was one of the greatest experiences with an OB GYN, that I’ve ever had. Ask for Mary. She has such a beautiful personality and she knows her stuff. She was patient with me, taking her time to thoroughly answer all my concerns. She made suggestions and she didn’t leave me questioning. I am thoroughly satisfied and I feel so much better about my situation. Five stars does her no justice. She gets 100 Stars from me. I recommend Mary. You will be pleased and so happy you did.😁

I had a awesome experience with this location. It was my first time there. Check-in went very smooth. Staff took my vitals and my provider was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The wait time did take a little longer then I had anticipated but the staff sent out text messages well before the appointment to inform me of the wait time and also had snacks and beverages available. I have already booked my follow up for next year and would recommend this location/doctor to any woman that is looking for Women’s health care here in Las Vegas. I would consider my overall experience worth the wait.

Mary the nurse practitioner is a great provider! She makes you comfortable enough to where you can talk about anything and she has a great positive outlook on everything! She will give you options And will describe the pros and cons And guide you to the right choice! She is an amazing person! Recently I had something wrong and unlike some obgyn’s the providers believed me Ans gave me a diagnosis! They are very down to earth people have humanity and they care whole lot about their patients. I recommended any provider in this clinic hands down the best clinic you can go to where you won’t be accused of lying about your health!

Mary is who I had today and she’s easy to talk to as she really listens and laid out a plan for me. She’s caring, knowledgeable and friendly. She doesn’t rush you like another number and you can feel that she truly cares for her patients. The staff member who checked my vitals was really sweet as well. Mary is wonderful! The office staff is not. I showed up at the appointment they told me and an hour after I checked in I had to ask when I would be seen as many individuals who arrived well after me had been called back and they told me my appointment was for the next day. (They couldn’t have told me that when I checked in?!) When I came back the next day, everything went smoothly, had a 40 minute wait before being taken back. Mary was kind, quick, gave me any and all information I needed and took the time to help me out to the front while I was balancing diaper bag and car seat.

What a great experience! Dr. Bacala was so easy to talk to. I felt comfortable discussing everything with her and she made me feel important. Her staff was super friendly and I left the office happy and thrilled to find a doctor that I can trust and know that she has my best interests at heart.

This office is amazing. I had the best experience from the front office to the medical assistants to the providers. The whole staff made me feel comfortable and the office was very clean and welcoming.

She has ALWAYS had the most excellent, kind and personable bed manner even when I was stressed, she was not. Her staff has always been kind and treats you like family and the communication has always been readily available. She made my child birth and prenatal appointments feel very calming and educational and she never tried to upsell me on products. I feel like although the office is usually busy and at times she is out, she is just in high demand because she is that good. Mary (the new PA) was super helpful when Dr Bacala wasnt available and I felt like she was just as good. All on all, I would take the wait at her office over any other provider in the valley and I have been in Vegas going on 16 years.

Im comfortable with them.. if you are someone who wants to see 1 Dr then I think you can schedule on their days/times.. its just not a big deal to me. They are all great honestly.

Dr. Heather is kind, caring, and compassionate. She never fails to make me feel heard and seen, and has the presence of a really good friend bedside. After experiencing a stillbirth, my anxiety surrounding another pregnancy is much higher than before, and shes always made sure to recognize my feelings and calm my nerves. Her office is gorgeous! Her staff is on top of things, and the appointment texts to update you on her schedule show she values your time as well as her own. The patient portal is super convenient as well. I struck gold in being referred to her as my OB.

No one answers the phones. Tried calling 4 times on 3 different days and scheduled an appointment through their website but no response. Thats pretty concerning...Sorry but it says a lot about a practice, if youre not accepting new clients just say so.

I had to wait a little bit to be seen. My appt was at 11 and wasn’t seen until 1245. That being said it was totally worth the wait. Dr. Mclemore was amazing. He took his time to listen and I did not feel rushed. Office staff was very nice and professional.

I wish I didn’t come here. I haven’t had a period in over a year, so I go to see Dr. Bacala and she ordered bloodwork. Told me I would be coming back to talk about what I should do if I’m in menopause. Over a month later I have to call them about my results. The next day someone calls and leaves a voicemail telling me if I want to know my results to look at the report on their patient portal but Dr. Bacala says everything’s normal. How is it normal to not have a period for over a year?? And I can’t look at my results because the portal won’t let me sign up. The website tells me to call the office to sign up. So I call the office to try and get an appointment and no one bothers to call me back. It’s been 2 days, so I sign up with the lab to download my blood work. According to those results (if I understand the numbers correctly) I’m post menopausal so again…why am I being told Dr. Bacala says my results are normal? Why bother telling me you’ll have me come back to talk about dealing with menopause if you don’t actually mean it? I honestly feel that Dr. Bacala and her staff just don’t care. My initial exam was just a waste of time if you’re not going to follow up. Now I need to find someone new to help me understand my results and recommend something to help me through these symptoms.

Met with Mary who took the time to answer all of my questions and provided resources and helpful information. Couldn’t have had a better visit. Would highly recommend.

Dr Bacala’s office was referred to me by my daughter who had heard about her and Mary from other ladies at work . I have always been more comfortable with female OB’s and GYN’s so when I heard about their office I scheduled an appointment. I cannot tell you how pleased I am regarding my visit . My appointment was with Mary who was extraordinary. She is just fantastic and I cannot say enough about how pleasant and knowledgeable she is . Best office visit at any Dr I’ve ever been to! The whole team is very nice and skilled including all the providers, namely dr bacala, dr macklemore, NP mary and shannon, RN. What bothers me are the other staffs who work in the clinic esp in the checkout area and sometimes the front desk. Throughout my pregnancy, whenever I had to schedule my next appointment, the lady who works in this area always seemed unaccommodating and would not help you figure out how schedule will work out for you. It’s like this date or never.And today, I called the front desk since I had to resched my appointment and move it on another day,the lady who accommodated me was very rude and didnt offer me any help to figure out when I can best see the providers asap since I had a fourth degree tear and I need to ff up within 2 wks from the last time I saw dr macklemore which was 2 wks ago. She put me on a long hold and asked me with a very rude tone of “have you figured it out when are you going to resched your appointment?!”, and that’s it. I just told her to just cancel it and I will just figure it out on my own and call them back. It is very hard for me to find an available time since it’s just me and my partner who take care of the baby. She just told me that there are no available dates anymore this month and next month, it will be just on oct 15, which will be like a month delayed. 😓😑 tsk.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Mclemore yesterday and I was really impressed with how much he took the time to talk with me, he did not rush the appt, listened to all my concerns etc. The atmosphere is so refreshing and the staff is attentive and very friendly. This was all I was looking for in an OB especially for my first pregnancy and I’m so glad I found this office! Although the wait time is long it is very worth it for the care you receive!

I will say that everyone was very nice. However, my appointment was at 2 pm and I did not see the doctor until 3:40pm. I read prior reviews about this office and extended wait times but decided it would not happen to me. It did! Not going back.

If you’re only having a Well Check, I suggest you go somewhere else. They are an OB/GYN office and they do prioritize OB patients, as they should. But for us the ones that are only there for a yearly exam a 2.5hr wait can be a bit too much. Dr. Mclemore was extremely nice and attentive. I was told to wait to get my blood work right after my appt and after 30 more minutes of waiting I was told the phlebotomist was at lunch. So my appt turned out to be a 3hr wait total. I decided to leave and come back another day to get blood work done but before I left I verified the time the phlebotomist got in daily. The front office staff told me at 8:40am.Today I arrived at 9:45 am to get my blood work done and after 30 min wait I decided to go up to the front desk and ask how much more I needed to wait, I figured they had a lot of OB patients to draw. Well the front office girl told me the phlebotomist would call me back soon. She wasn’t in the office just yet and she couldn’t get a hold of her. It would’ve been nice if she would’ve informed me at the time I arrived about this. I asked to get a slip to get my blood drawn somewhere else and that took another 15min. Total wait time today was 45 min for a simple blood drawn. I don’t think the front office has much communication with patients waiting in the lobby. I would’ve rather been told up front of the phlebotomist not being there to decided wether I wanted to stay or come back another time or day.This is my first time coming to this office and it’s already becoming a hassle.I give it two stars because of Dr, Mclemore costumer service.

I love the staff here, so I stay as a patient here. The doctors are fabulous, and they actually help, care, and listen to concerns. The phlebotomist actually listens too when you say where a good vein is, so you’re not punctured a thousand times.My absolute annoyance is the fact that no matter what time of the day I schedule an appointment, I am always waiting for at least an hour. And once, it took me 3 hours to do a regular visit with a blood draw at the end (it made me late for work and I was scheduled first thing in the morning. They said the reason they were late was bc of a staff meeting...why schedule patients during a time you can see them then).I even get texts prior to my appointment time saying they’re running on time, and here I am sitting... I’ve been here an hour and had my weight at blood pressure done, and people after me get called in before me. I don’t understand it at all.I wish it was better about time management. I’m fitting this into my life schedule, there should be a way to make this more beneficial for me as a patient.Please, please, please find a solution to this problem. It’s been like this for a couple of years now. I really love you all, and want to remain loyal, but it’s getting difficult when it’s so inconvenient for me.

Love the office staff, nurses, OBs, and midwife here. Everyone is so kind and attentive. Appointments are often running behind, but they have been very accommodating if it ends up conflicting with something else I have scheduled because of the delay. Have yet to deliver with them, but am feeling very comfortable with whomever I will be delivering with and optimistic about my experience of labor and delivery with them!

Dr. Bacala and her staff helped me overcome several underlying conditions. They treated me very well and the atmosphere was upbeat and welcoming. Highly recommend Dr. Bacala and Dr. McLemore. I have been a patient for almost 2 years now. They take the time to listen and care about every concern or worry. I am never nervous about labor and delivery knowing they are my doctors. The office is very cute and the staff are beyond sweet! Scheduling is very easy and when I got mastitis, they always got me in the same day.

The staff were very kind and accommodating. Dr. McLemore seemed knowledgeable and had a nice bedside manner. I moved here from another state and I hadn’t established myself yet with a gynecologist. I am happy I found this office and will continue going.

The worst pregnancy experience of my life. I plead to all expecting mothers, please find another practice… this office gives you a inviting stepford wives atmosphere with fake Hollywood reassurance… only if the outlook is a positive one. This office notified me I was having a miscarriage VIA EMAIL by their midwife. Not one follow up call was made to check on my well being as a patient or condolences I had to take it upon myself to go to the ER where I had to do perform my own transvag ultrasound because the only tech on staff was a male…even after my ER visit not a single follow up call was made. I have yet to actually meet dr bacala the office refuses to allow me to speak to her. It’s lazy doctors like doctor bacala that make their incompetent staff such as a midwife and rn believe they are the actual doctors. I can guarantee that dr bacala has never read a single ER notice or any information like test results or visit notes about me. I can also guarantee that dr bacala doesn’t even know I’m her patient. As a support staffer in the field of Medicine myself I know that I received this deplorable “treatment” bc of the type of insurance I have as well as an unsuccessful pregnancy. This office doesn’t want it to be known that their patients miscarry they would rather the Emergency Room deal with that heartache and stress. Disgusting!!! I will make sure my story is heard on many platforms. Dr Bacala you should be ashamed to call yourself a doctor and should have your license revoked for breaching your Hippocratic oath.

I came here because of a referral saying I wouldnt be disappointed and they were right. Sometimes the best doctors have the worst staff but everyone, from the front desk and triaging MA to Dr Bacala and Mary the PA, everyone was exceptionally nice!

Dr. Heather Bacala has giving me such exceptional care. when I had to get Hospitalized for 48 hours due to heavy bleeding during my First trimester of my pregnancy she personally came in to see me the next day. she is very attentive and you could just tell she cares. she’s such A personable warm and personable Dr. absolutely adore having her as my OB/GYN.
