Tammy has been a wonderful OB. She delivered my last two babies and I will be going to her again with my next. She is friendly with excellent bedside manner. She was also amazing during each delivery. Thanks Tammy we appreciate all you have done.

I tried to make an appointment so I called and left my insurance info with the receptionist. She said someone would call me the next day...no one ever did. In fact, I waited one week and still no one return my call. I decided maybe it was an accident so I called back and asked again for them to check my insurance and let me know if they have any availability. Again, I was reassured that someone would get back to me later that day...they never did. Not very professional if you ask me and I am not impressed. I gave up and decided to call another OBGYN and they were able to schedule me right away and they were a lot friendlier than this place. Please don’t waste your time like they wasted mine.

I was on hold for 45 minutes before someone picked up the phone then hung up on me. I am now on my second call back to them, it has been 20 minutes and im still on hold. I live across town and at this point wonder if it would be more simple to just drive over there, all I need is for them to fax my paperwork to a secondary specialist. :( Pretty disappointing. 8.20.2018 @ noon

I switched to Dr. Reynolds from another OB/GYN that I had a bad experience with for my first delivery. When I got pregnant with my second child I knew I did not want to go back to my previous doctor and did a little research and found Dr. Reynolds. Appointments are hard to get on short notice but worth the wait.The office is clean and pleasant to wait in. There are comfortable chairs, TV, a small corner for kids with a fishtank, TV and some toys. The wait was never more than 10-15 min after my appointment time if they were backed up.Dr. Reynolds is always smiling, always very friendly and seemed very caring and knowledgeable about me and my individual pregnancy wants and needs. She was quick and efficient, but I never felt rushed. When she is booked up, the other two people you can see are just as pleasant.My labor came quick and aggressive and before I knew it I was shuffling into the hospital ready to give birth around 6pm one night. The whole hour is fuzzy but Dr. Reynolds showed up, they got me a very quick, last second epidural and she delivered the baby an hour after I walked in!

They really worked incredibly hard for me even after I made a complaint, something Im not used to seeing in any business. I feel lucky to have a medical team that tries so hard when the standard from my experience has not been this. So, I deleted my first explanation because they really did go out of their way to clear up the miscommunications that were happening.

Dr. Reynolds is awesome she was thorough with my health she was patient with me and really helped me understand child birth she even helped me pick the right hospital that my medicare would accept which was summerlin I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER TO FRIENDS,FAMILY, ANYONE WHO WANTS A REALLY REALLY GOOD DOCTOR.Even the clinic is awesome I will never ever go to anyone BUT her even if I have to pay out of pocket oh and plus Dr.Reynolds will be very honest about her answers.

I went to see Dr. Reynolds for a surgical consultation. In just a few minutes she evaluated the issue and recommended an outpatient surgery. She provided me with the contact number to schedule the surgery -Amber or Rene. Sadly, I was never able to speak to either of this ladies. I left messages, the rude office people took some of my messages, but I never received a call back. The staff in the office is awful and do not care about patients. Good luck to anyone trying to get a hold of them on the phone. I left a vm to the Office Manager and never received a call back. I was billed for two appointments for the same medical issue with no treatment plan, but leaving messages for people who do not so their job.

Dr. Reynolds is awesome. She answered all of my pregnancy questions and never made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Highly recommend!

Dr. Reynolds delivered my last baby. I have had moments where it was a long wait to get an appointment before. But was prepared for that from reading reviews in the past. I am 23 weeks pregnant with my 5th child and had an appointment scheduled today, I found out my medical was cancelled. So called in to reschedule my appointment until I could correct my insurance. The office rep told me to come in and they would figure it out later. I havent had a Dr office more concerned about me being seen then getting paid. The office staff, drs and nurse practitioners have all been very helpful amd sweet everytime. 😁💕I have enough kiddos... But if i were to have anymore i would go to her. I recommend to all my friends. (Update: was kicked out due to not being able to make every apt during my high risk pregnancy. Made all spec visits as I felt those were most important 3 times a week. She also asked i come see hed 2 times a week just for me to update her between vistos. I felt a bit excessive. And probably could have been done via phone or email. She promised she would be there for my delivery and that my scheduled induction would be outside hee vacation time. However waa told during delivery she was on vacation ans I would be seeing the attending.

We love Dr Tammy Reynolds! She takes excellent care of my wife and our 3 daughter she has delivered.

The office scheduled me on a Friday at 3:45 pm or atleast told me the wrong date as I was checking out and making a new appointment. Well they close at 2pm on Fridays...!?!? I always put it in my calendar the moment they tell me my appointment date and time. It was also my time to drink my glucose drink twin pregnancy so this was not easy on my stomach at all. When I got there for my appointment the building was locked. What is odd is that they even called me that Friday morning but I let it go to voicemail because I knew it was a reminder. Yet they were closed. I called the after hours number and they said that they would have the office call me when someone gets in. I left all of my information for them to get into contact with me the next business day. Although I never once got a call or message. I had to do everything. When I called I got hung up on they claimed they could not hear me, they didnt even give me a second to speak to see if they could. Then I had to call back and be on hold AGAIN and finally when I spoke to someone they not once said oh no Im sorry for the misunderstanding or anything at all. They claimed my appointment was the next week on a Thursday yet I know for a fact the dates the lady at check out windows gave me and time, because I always have my phone out and put the appointment in my calendar. So either they dont want to confess their mess up or they just have no empathy for the situation. Its very aggravating!!!

Tammy Reynolds is an amazing Dr and I recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful obgyn/dr. All the nurses there are very sweet and kind as well. Ive never had a problem there.

I really went out on a limb and wanted to disregard the no call back comments but they are very much true. I need to make an appointment and they told me they would give me a call back in 24 hours. No call. Now I have to start my search over again 🙄

Very clean and the Dr very nice

The wait is always long. It does matter what time you come I always wait over a hour to be seen. Wait time is extremely long when calling in. Never fax over my Lab work (after 3 request ) to whom they referred me Doctor was on hold over 45 min just to get the information. The place is clean and doctor is friendly.

Best OBs in Las Vegas!
