I was very impressed with Dr. Amy Rosenbaum. She made me feel at ease and listened to my complaints. She didn’t try to sell me any medication nor did she rush me. She seemed very patient, kind, and very hands on. 10/10. Im very pleased to finally find a doctor with whom I feel comfortable!

Dr. Rose Baum was amazing! She delivered my 3rd child via c-section. Not only was the care for myself amazing, but she did a great job with my baby. Most babies born via c-section suffer from a lot of inflammation throughout their neck and spinal cord from being pulled out of the womb. My son had very little inflammation. I felt amazing once released from the hospital and made a speedy recovery. Something that I did not experience when delivering my daughter with other MDs 3 years ago.

I read the one negative review and decided to keep my appointment with Amy after my doctor recommended her and have my own ideas of what I thought of my visit and here is the truth.I was diagnosed at the ER needing surgery and needed to find a obgyn as soon as possible due I just moved her less then 9 months ago across country.I contacted Amy office and they got me in with in a week as a new patient. I did not know if that was a good thing or bad, but I did get very scared after reading the 1 negative review and decided I was going to keep a open mind and make my own decision.I was there and received my paperwork from two very nice ladies, filled out my paperwork and waited less then 30 min to be called in.the nurse was very friendly and I watched the staff as I walked in and looked around for the atmosphere with all the staff in the back room. I noticed everyone was working and very calm and when I went into the room to take vitals it was the same. I notice the doctors office was straight ahead and very lay back atmosphere. The building was strange I was used to my old doctors office to be very I dont know home like environment this place was more sterile ( not in a bad way just not much to look at) older building inside vibe.I went into my room and waited for Amy to come in she was very nice and I shared with her my reading about her and my concerns about what I read. we talked about it and she answered all my questions, she was very understanding and very open to my feeling and concerns. I had my exam and went over my options knowing when I got there I was looking at surgery already but she is not what hooked on surgery I give her every opportunity to go directly to surgery but she wanted to get all medical information and exams and test before she made any judgment calls on surgery we talked about all my options and believe me I did a lot of research on my own knowing all my options and she was spot on. I really liked her and I would recommend her to anyone who very worried and scared and needs a doctor who is going to really listen to all concerns i had and review all prior medical documents before jumping to unnecessary procedures. The only negative thing I can say is the lady at checkout was the only person I came contact with that seemed that she did not like her job and it showed when you talked to her and she was very unhappy to talk to you when you asked questions.

Great Doctor! She respected my decisions as a mother feeling like I have to advocate for my own health and my unborn child. She didnt push medications on me that I didnt feel safe taking and spoke to me like a human being, not just another patient. Expert opinion is more valued to me than personality, however, I tend to go with my gut on things (this is my third pregnancy) and with zero change in cervix and zero dilation I stopped contractions on my own and denied medication. She respected this decision. Most doctors are so stuck on protocol and what works for MOST women that they fail to realize that moms do know their own bodies as well and their opinions and decisions should be heard and respected as well. I would highly recommend her to any soon-to-be mom who would like to have a doctor that works as a human being and not just a robot following protocol.

So far, I feel extremely blessed to have found doctor Rosenbaum. She has given me more information then any other doctor Ive gone to, for my condition. The office is very busy, and it can be hard to make an appointment or even get through the telephone lines at times. And I came to her with that concern and she gave me a number to contact directly to get to her personally. I just feel so blessed and I know ive said that already!!! she listens, she is patient, i definitely feel she is genuine. Both my mom and my sister came to separate appointments with me and we all feel that we found an amazing person. Ive seen so many doctors and been so dissatisfied, or felt I wasnt cared for. It took me 5 years to find her. And I will continue to say she is a blessing to me. Thank you doctor Rosenbaum. So far, Im overwhelmed with you positively. I couldnt ask for more.

Dr. Rosenbaum is great! I was surprised that she was so young. Even more surprised that she really knows her stuff. I was so scared for this pregnancy..because I had problems with my last, but she was able to calm my nerves. I have read some of the other reviews and am shocked. However, I do work in a doctors office and have seen first hand that patients try to abuse the situation and will try to not work from day one of their condition. I sometimes feel for the front desk because doctors can say yes you can be off but they cant make your work pay you to be off. I truly believe the office try to look out for the patients best interest. Ia m sorry that girl felt that wasnt the case. My experience with this office and Dr. Rosenbaum has been good and I have feel the staff is very caring. I recommend my family and friends to this office, really everyone that ask.

The doctor was fine but the front desk staff is horrible. They are very unprofessional and rude to their patients. They bounce you around and dont help. The doctors assistant forgot things iny chart and the manager wasnt of any help when I told her that the doctor forgot my prescription.

Love her. She did my surgery and I have been pain free since a week after. I have had endometriosis for years and she was able to help me. Dr Strebel and Dr Rosenbaum did my surgery with a robot. Crazy to say that but I was in and out of the hospital and back at work the next week. There was some initial paperwork confusion but Lupe went out of her way to make sure I was covered. Thank you so much! This was a great experience but I hope to not need you anytime soon.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTORS OFFICE My experience with WHASN office Dr. Rosenbaum started very comfortable at 1st but quickly took a turn for the worst. I quickly became aware that this practice was just another money hungry doctors office not really interested in well being of the patient which is truly sad because in this case its actually two patients being that this is a obgyn office my doctor was Dr. Amy Rosenbaum. In my particular situation with this being my 4th baby I have had complications with severe contractions. Ive been in and out of Summerlin Hospital the last visit I was given steroid shots for baby and a shot to stop contractions along with a prescription for Nifedrine (with this medication my side effects were it made me sleepy, droozy, and numb all over I couldnt drive let aline funcrion and I was advised ro take it every 6 hours and not miss a dose) I was also advised by the doctor that he was going to let my Dr. Amy Rosenbaum know that he felt I should be on bed rest because I was now at 2 1/2 cm dilated and with my previous baby being born preterm he felt that was the best idea. My problems werent necessarily with my doctor per say (however the people you hire are a represenation of what you stand for and what you allow direct extension of your practice) at my next doctors visits which was 2 days after my last hospital scare Dr. Rosenbaum agreed and said she was putting me off for pre term contractions possible early labor. Her front office staff was very unhelpful with this process the 1st set of paper work for my job I paid $25 they faxed the Dr office requesting a certification of medical conditions along with my doctors visits and hospital visits. Lupe who handles FMLA paperwork for this Dr. office took it upon herself to tell me my paperwork would be denied because the Dr. can say whatever she wants but that my employer would reject my paperwork, keep in mind this was after I informed the front office I would need to be billed the $25 for the 2nd set of forms. At first it was no problem but when I called in to confirm my paperwork was sent over to my employer I was informed I could not be billed the $25 And would need to pay up front before they would be sent. When I asked to speak with someone I was transferred to Autumn the office manager whos attitude was very nasty and ugly and her reasoning to me yet again being that my paperwork would be denied because they did not feel it would support my being off work. The questions arises if I wasnt to be put on bed rest in the 1st place why would my Dr. Amy Rosenbaum authorize It? Secondly when did the front desk and back desk become the say all be all and TRUMP THE DOCTORS ORDERS??? Im 8 months pregnant and now seeking a medical attorney because this just isnt right!?!?! FYI I HATE VEGAS I MISS CALIFORNIA
