I was able to order supplies for my insulin pump and glucose sensors and the cost compared to the company that makes them is amazing. I’ve never had any issues with ordering it receiving my products.

Impossible to get through to. You wait on automated hold for an average of (and I timed it) over 18 minutes before ever getting to a human, and then get a receptionist who says the person is not in, or on the phone. They will not allow you to hold for that person (because they only have 16 lines) and promise they will have the person call you back. But I have YET to have one EVER return a call. I asked for the voice mail just now of one rep and the phone rang and rang and then hung up on me. I am not calling back and waiting on hold another 20 minutes. THIS is my response to that! They made ME contact an equipment provider directly for support, instead of handling it themselves as they should have done as the local sole provider of the product, and I did. The equipment mfg was very nice but said they had to send the replacement through THC, and made sure it was well referenced for me. Well, THC insisted they never got it and I certainly never got it. Unfortunately they seem to hold the sword over my insurance co. as they are the only ones they will let me use. Health Plan of Nevada please read these reviews and find someone else to service your customers or YOU will be the next company I dump.

They cant do automatic reorders, send tracking on over $3,000 of medical supplies and expect you to just sit and wait. When your supplies never show up and you call you find out that the staff that said they orders your supplies almost 3 weeks ago and come to find out they were never even ordered. They look my payment and then just sat there. After calling for the 3rd time I finally got someone who claimed they would send out the products but had no idea when they would be delivered. I asked for over night delivery do to the mess their staff made and they state they cant do express shipping. Cool $3000 of product and I cant even know when they are hopefully coming my way. When I called they were stating it was my fault. Oh right my mistake calling weeks before the supplies run out and still being without my medical supplies for weeks because the staff is incompetent, is totally the patients fault. Cant wait till my insurance drops them. Honestly I have no idea how they are still in business. If 0 stars was an option thats what the review would be.

Went in to get a breast pump Rx filled. The lady verified my info/insurance I signed a few quick forms and was handed a pump that was already up at the desk. The entire process took all of 5 minutes. The lady was very pleasant. No complaints at all.

Worst place iv ever had to deal with and sadly I have to deal with them for medical supplies. If you have the option to go somewhere else then do it. Staff seems friendly on the phone but they just keep giving you the run around or lie over and over. Delivery for supplies isnt any better. Dont expect it on time or even on the day they say. But wait, picking up from their office isnt good either. Once someone signed for my medical supplies in shipment and I never received it. 3months later after getting lied to I got the option to order a new device and when I arrived at the office to pick it up they couldnt find it after an hour of searching it was found in a cleaning closest. Their communication is terrible, they say they will notify you or give you a call back etc.. dont expect it, it will never happen. If I could rate less then one star I would. I literally hate this place.

OK....getting my CPAP was a breeze. The folks were nice and it was a pleasant experience. Its the monthly billing that is a COMPLETE JOKE! Whoever does their billing/statements can NEVER get the math to add up! I just dont get it! I keep getting late statements for charges that I paid MONTHS prior! Yet...they dont show in their records that the payments have been made! Ive never seen such sloppy billing in my life!Ive not had problems getting any of my supplies, and whoever Ive spoken with on the phone has been pleasant....but, they REALLY need to fire whoever does their billing and hire a four year old to do it!

I have been using them to get blood sugar test strips for several years and thought service was reasonable but hold times getting longer and have to call them every single time - they never refill automatically or check if running low. Have to keep track myself and reorder by going on hold 20 minutes when reorder time comes up.

I have been dealing with THC for almost 2 years and have never had a better experience. I get my diabetic supplies, batteries for my wheelchair and have gotten a pair of crutches from them. REALLY NICE FOLKS TO DEAL WITH. They ship fast and safe. And on the rare occasion there is a problem, they work their butts off to get it right.

Ive dealt with this company for a few years and Im done. The worst service I have ever experienced. Front office is a joke. NO ONE knows what is going on. BILLING is so jacked up....This company is HORRIBLE to deal with. Supplies are difficult to obtain..even with insurance paying...you have to fight to get supplies.You go around and around to get supplies, and they say you need another prescription.. OK no problem. I call my Dr. for another and they say they need THC to fax them the paperwork. The NEXT DAY I call THC to request paperwork and they say...Im already on file and I dont need another prescription?!?!? If they were not so incompetent, I would think they are just jacking with people and their medical supplies as a joke. This place needs some SERIOUS attention made to their administration. At this point I will be making every effort to switch to another provider.

My knee scooter was ordered and delivered on the same day right on time (broken leg) I dont have to be all hunched over on crutches underarms and shoulders killing me I have some independence back Thank you so much THC!

Im currently trying to get my insurance paid breast pump through them... And the whole process has been beyond annoying... Not only have the customer service reps been flat out rude at multiple times, but they also have been hard to get a hold of... Then when I do finally get through to someone, I feel like Im being rushed off the phone as quickly as possible... If it wasnt for the fact that my insurance said I have to go through them for my pump, I wouldnt... If you have other options, use them before you use this place.

When I call to order ostomy supplies, I am assured by the phone rep the order will be processed and my items shipped as quickly as possible.Ten days later, I call back to find out where my supplies are and the phone rep not only begins to yell at me, claiming I had only just called at 4:52pm the previous Friday (despite this being the age of smartphones and my explaining to her Verizon has my call dated a week and a half ago) she goes on to inform me that suddenly they cannot process my order because of my new insurance. The insurance I have had the entire time.She could not explain why no one at THC felt any urge to call me, and let me know there was an issue with my insurance.

I have had one of the worst experiences ever with a Jazzy 600 ES powerchair I received from THC. It all started a couple of months ago-around June, when my chair stopped in the middle of a crosswalk when I was crossing the street. I was almost hit by a car. I had to get out of my powerchair and push it across the intersection.After a day of volunteering, which I love to do.The technician from THC came out a couple of days later and ran a diagnostic on the chair. I was told that I could drive the chair, so I used it the next day. The wheel on the left side started to feel as if there were rocks in the tire.The chair was jittery. I took the chair home and charged it. The following day, I traveled to a local park to attend a barbecue with some friends. While I was there, the chair began to spin in a circle by itself. With no input from myself. As you might imagine, I was scared as hell. I had never known a chair to do that.And, again, I called THC; the technician came out and replaced the batteries in my chair. The chair worked fine for a couple weeks, then the same problem as before-without the spinning on its own this time.The decision was made to replace the left drive motor. That has been done, but now, the chair wont hold a charge for more than 2-3 hours, if that. I should also mention that the controller and control module have been replaced under warranty, too. So, Ive now contacted my doctor to have him write a prescription for batteries, well see if these work.Additionally, I neglected to mention, the chair doesnt like inclines. The chair makes a whirring sound when attempting to go up any inclines after 2-3 hours of use. Its the weirdest thing.

I never authorized the delivery of product THC sent. They are super shady they had our babysitter sign for the Medication. They are still charging us in full. $350. I tried to return it they refused to accept the product back. They were unbelievably unprofessional and gave us no options. We spoke to the supervisor and she said anyone can sign for the medication which I felt wasnt right they wont take the untouched medication back even if the doctor took you off it. They are money hungry and will keep delivering meds even if your not at home let your babysitter know. Also please go on better business bureau and write a review/complaint

While my mom was ordering supplies and English is not her strong language, the representative was getting frustrated with her. The representative threatened to hang up because she thought my mom was yelling at her but my mom wasnt raising her voice. I was listening to the conversation. Getting diabetic supplies from here is more difficult than it should be.

Awful! No communication once they received my paperwork for my breast pump, and I still have not received my pump. My baby is 7 weeks old now, and I put in for the pump months ago. The customer service rep put me on hold & never asked my name, so I hung up & called back. I asked that I be helped instead of being put on hold again, and she said oh yeah, your paperwork is here, it just never was processed. No sincere apologies or embarrassment on their part at all, as if this is a common occurence. Also, they only carry one pump style, so there are no options. I find this absurd considering no woman is the same & each pump fits/works differently. If this werent the only place my insurance covered I would go somewhere else. Awful!

A year or so ago I could get my supplies thru them with no problem. Now every call takes a second, then a third, then days of waiting for a return call. Customer service has gone down to nothing. Whoever is in charge of this company is not paying attention to these issues.

Terrible company to do business with!! They try to double bill you and your insurance company then send you to collections even after you pay them for their screw up! Then once you call the collection agency which you dont owe a dime, you have to deal with Plusfour Collection agency which wont do a thing, but make you go through hell!!

They are absolutely the worst, they have to send me the same thing every month and they mess it up every single time. They are changing their computer systems (just an excuse) every time I call them. Not to mention its like calling a company from the stone age, you can only call them on the phone (hello 1870s!), no website, no app, no tracking information, no nothing any modern company would have at all and if you ask them about it they act like you are from mars or something. Like any company these days needs you to call them on the phone??? WTH...Oh and you cant tell them just to ship you what you need every month, they wont do it. I swear its like dealing with a cash only organized crime syndicate I feel seedy every time I HAVE to call them and beg them to screw my order up for me. If I had any choice I would deal with someone else but of course they are in bed with Sierra Health so thats the end of that...

OBoy! After reading some of these reviews on February 1, 2017. These IDIOTS sent me the wrong walker. I was suppose to have the knee scooter walker. They sent me the walker with 2 front wheels. Thank God my surgery isnt until March 2, 2017. I hope they read all of these and fix the problem?? LOL!

THC is okay for regular deliveries, but for fast deliveries THC is a little slow. With out THC I would be in trouble. Their staff staff is the best.

I went here for a breastpump. Apparently this is the only place that my insurance is contracted with that carries a pump. Sorry if this is the case for you, cuz they only carry one 3 star rated pump (Ameda double breast), so hopefully you have more options. I returned the pump right away when I realized this and the receptionist was clearly not happy about it. After finding out that I had no other options, I called the company to try to get the pump anyway. The person on the phone read the notes in the account about me saying, this is not a good pump when I returned it and she replied, well, youre welcome to go to Walmart

I have never dealt with such unprofessional people! They always get my supplies wrong! I have been gettign supplies from them for over a year (only because mu insurance forces me to) and not once have I got the right supplies! Last month I personally dropped off my new prescription to their office. I called today to gbet my new supplies and was told they dont have a script on file!! Now they are forcing me to got back to the doctor and pay another copay to get a new script!!!!! EPIC FAIL!!

We order refills of the same supplies every month. They have made mistakes on our diabetic supplies 3 times. They took nearly a month to get me the correct supplies. They never apologize for the mistakes and the employees spoke to me in a reprimanding tone. Terrible service and costumer service

I was informed today that they no longer honor lifetime prescriptions for ostomy supplies. My permanent ostomy surgery is never going to get better but they want me to go see my doctor yearly and say, yep, you still need your ostomy! Asinine!Im looking for a new supplier for my needs.

This company... its always something with them. Its an issue regarding your order, they ignore it till days later when you call, once more, about it, they are like oh well we need this and that OK? you couldnt call? I order diapers for my disabled child and nothing was sent! They have no record of me even calling. Ok who did I talk to then?

As a diabetic who works in the medical field, I am disappointed with the lack of urgency this company shows. I will not be renewing my prescription as I am now out of supplies for the first time in 15 years due to their lack of care.
