This is an amazing store with amazing people working there. Brian has always done absolutely everything he can to help me whenever I have to go here. These people truly are in this business to help people who have needs that require special care. I dont know how I could get through a single day without them around to help me get the supplies I require now.

The people here are AMAZING!! They worked so hard and got me a new power chair approved and delivered within a few months, from start to finish! During the holidays non the less! They are caring and take pride in their work. This is the only place I will go for my mobility needs in the future. Thank you! ❤️

I needed a minor repair for my power chair. Medmo was the only store that would look at the chair. Scott was great and told me to bring in the chair. Scott was out of the office, but the manager looked at the problem took the chair to the back,and fixed it. Great staff would recommend.

Nearly 18 months ago, I bought an oxygen concentrator from MedMo. This was an emergency purchase, because my wife was diagnosed with congestive heart failure while on a road trip from Portland OR to Dallas TX. Her attending physician told me to make sure she had oxygen during our return drive to Portland.The service I received during the purchase was good, but nothing stood out as exceptional. Now, a year and a half later, the device needs warranty repair and I needed a copy of the sales receipt. Fortunately, I had attached the store managers business card to the instruction manual. As soon as I explained the issue to him, he quickly volunteered to send a copy of the receipt and the prescription, since I had misplaced both of them. They were waiting for me in my inbox the following morning when I checked my email. Now, that is what I consider exceptional service!

We had a lift chair malfunction that was not even purchased through them. They were amazing! They took the time to call the manufacturer to find out about warranty information and made all the arrangements for the repair for my 85 year old father, for only the cost of shipping and the minimum service call. I recommend Scott and his team with out reservation.

Amazing customer service. Even after they knew that they wouldn’t be able to fulfill a prescription for me, they continued to assist me to identify a provider that could. Our interaction was less than 5 minutes, but they went above and beyond to help a stressed out special needs mom and it certainly warranted a 5 star review.

We needed a knee walker and checked different stores. MedMo was the best price and good location. The staff was efficient and friendly. The process to renew was simple - just called them an extended the rental and got discount for weekly use. Getting ready to go again for crutches for my son!

I wouldnt have given any stars. Im handicap and brian the manager refused to rent to me and was very rude over the phone. “We dont rent to hotels or for the strip”. So if im handicapped. How am i suppose to get around?

I dont understand, how can you make us elderly people not feel comfortable with our own equipment.. They dont even know about the products they are selling. Please learn how to accommodate elderly people,and the attitude doesnt help it, will not come here for anything.

We help the super seniors in our complex. Today my husband brought Flo to your store to see about getting a new scooter. She has serious anxiety issues in public so this was a big event for her. And without the scooter, she has to rely on rides from friends. Well, bottom line, your store couldnt help her. BUT, someone there did find the right place Flo needed to go and got the information over to them. You didnt have to do that. You could have just said -nope, sorry. You didnt. You helped her out because its the decent thing to do. We didnt buy anything there today but I will recommend your store to everyone in our neighborhood. That level of kindness is rare anymore. Brilliant team. Thank you for helping Flo today.

I bought an ankle brace for my son. It turned out to be too small for him. I tried to return it 2 days later and I was told that the brace was “filthy”. One of the things the representative didn’t realize was that the brace was worn only inside their filthy store, maybe that explains why the brace was filthy. Needless to say, I think the representative needs a little refresher on his customer service skills. Another representative wearing a pony tail told me that he had disclosed to me that these type of items are not returnable (conveniently). Of course he told me! I am the one with the short term memory.Be careful buying items that you don’t know in this store. God forbid you try to return a “filthy” item that became filthy in their own store. It will be your fault and you will be stuck with an overpriced item sitting at home.Good luck shopping at MedMo!

I am a medical advocate for a friend at Las Ventanas. We ordered her a new walker. Nothing happened til I bugged them.They said they were waiting for paper work from her primary care. Primary care had faxed the paperwork over 2 weeks ago. Magically it was all set in 2 hours. When I went to pick it up, it was the wrong color. I said there was a red one when we ordered 3 weeks ago. I was told they go thru a lot! I would think if someone orders one, they would hold that color. The salesman went in the back and found a red walker. It wasnt til I delivered it to Las Ventanas that I realized it wasnt the model we looked at or ordered. The wheels were larger on the one we ordered. At this point it doesnt matter. My friend had to have a walker with breaks or they wouldnt proceed with her rehab. A totally poor experience. Only bright side was copay was less than estimated. I have no idea if its correct. Will wait for EOB.

We are very upset with this place, we are upset on about how we were treated. Our mom called them regarding mobility scooters. She is very slow keep in mind shes 67, she was told the equipment she needs is available. Then we got here they claimed they misunderstood what my mother was taking about. After trying to forget that and pass on tot he next point were they were showing us what they offer. The guy either was not trying to be helpful at all or he did not know about any of the equipment he was selling. We will defiantly not be shopping from here.

So Ive been having a really bad week and my charger to my chair blew up And I didnt have no money thank goodness my next door neighbor allowed me to borrow the money Ill called the store and ask about the charger I messed up and miss understood the guy I spoke to on phone So when I got to the store I spoke with a different gentlemen and explained the situation He ended up really saving me in my situation he really blessed me and hed didnt have to help me the way he did and I just wanna say that these guys have good hearts and I appreciate it so much now I can go get my kids from school thanks so much God bless you
