Great service, very helpful and informative. Prices are ok, some items can be a little high, but the quality of product is there.

I brought my moms wheelchair in for repair because the rear wheels were stuck together and I couldn’t get them apart. There is a very pleasant atmosphere in the reception area of the store and I was helped right away by a repairman who took the chair back and returned it to me with an explanation of what had happened and no charge for his time. I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely recommend this store to anyone who needs repairs or is looking for medical supplies

Freedom Medical Supply is a wonderful company to do business with. We bought a power chair from them about 5 years ago and they made a hassle free process. They replaced the batteries two years ago and the service was excellent. Recently we had another service issue and they honest and most of all showed that they really care about the customer. Thats all you can ask for when doing business with a company! Kyle is awesome and totally professional. I would definitely recommend doing business with them!

You can find everything you need here. The staff goes out of their way to help you and make you feel comfortable. The owner Brad is wonderful and helpful and the delivery driver and set up guy Kyle will do whatever you need to fulfill your needs. If you need to vent frustrations or just get things off your chest all the staff are wonderful sounding boards. Haha. If you cant find what you need they will help you find it. We recently had the need for a Hoyer Lift and Brad and Kyle brought it to our home set it up and showed us how to use it before they left. This company is awesome all the way around.

Every time I have gone there, I was immediately greeted and helped. This last time Kyle was very helpful in finding a baring for my fathers walker. Thank you!

As soon as we walked in the lady with the brown sunglasses was super rude. We purchased a cane for my grandfather, as we were checking out my grandfather wanted to check the price tag and she snatched it out of his hand and attempted to slap his had...... My father noticed and immediately told that what she was doing was not okay. If you choose to step into this place please make sure to be carful with the lady with the brown sunglasses.

When you search for CPAP supplies this place is listed, but they DO NOT carry anything for the CPAP at all.

What a great place. We had an emergency while in Las Vegas with my mother-in-laws colonoscopy bag. We were directed to Freedom by CVS. What a great bunch of employees. Brad went above and beyond to help.
