My wheelchair had a small bit of damage on the flight from the UK so it needed a repair.I called this company and got through to the manager, Nick, he was very helpful so we took my wheelchair there, he repaired it for a very reasonable fee. great parking and access. a 100% positive experience.

The people who work here are extremely polite and professional. They were Flexible with our pick up and drop off hours. We had to make some changes and the person delivering had to wait for us, he was super nice and courteous. Terenzo came to pick up and was kind enough to walk all the way to our hotel to pick up. There are many places in Las Vegas that rent mobility scooters. It was my good fortune that I rented mine from the Las Vegas Mobility Store. Their staff is very efficient and courteous. If you are having difficulty in walking, this is the best place to rent all mobility equipment. They have such a big variety of models to choose from. This place was great! We had to rent a wheelchair after my lovely boyfriend bruised both of his heels while hiking in Arizona.  Nick was just one of the many store employees who helped us out.  He was very knowledgeable about which wheelchair was the right fit, took the time to show me how to properly use the wheelchair and even helped me load it into my car. Renting the chair was relatively easy and very affordable. Just a short application that I had to fill out on my phone, due to COVID I believe. Everyone was very friendly and gave us great advice for how long we should rent it for/what would be our best bet financially. In the end we rented the chair for 3 days and came back and dropped off with no issues. Hopefully we dont have to do this again, but if we ever did I would rent a wheelchair from here again!

I own my scooter and was having a problem with it. The tech asked what was wrong and told me it was the batteries. Now my battery box is beat up from the airlines and he could have easily just replaced it for an additional cost. He didnt and got me on my way for great price. Honesty and integrity are not easy to find, but I found it here.

It seemed like I went thru so many scooter places to find one available but luckily we found this one. The service is great and they are very Military Friendly. First off STELLA AND NICK ARE AMAZING.Im someone who suffers from Complex Regional Pain Syndrome type 2 in both feet and just finding a comfortable wheelchair is tough. However Las Vegas Mobility Store were there for me.I was traveling to Vegas from NJ and I was so happy with how caring and sweet Stella and Nick were with me. I had it for a week and drop off and everything went smoothly until our car broke down from Enterprise and the company left me stranded. I was stranded to the point where I was supposed to have the wheelchair dropped off but due to the car troubles in California i was able to explain the situation to Stella and she was so kind and let me keep it longer because i needed a few more days in vegas. I then spoke to Nick over the phone the next day and explained to him my situation and he also was so understanding. I was so happy they allowed me to keep it. Today i was trying to make it over to drop off the wheelchair I was running late but both Nick and Stella were there to greet me and they took care of everything. I have to say that if you are in Vegas in need of anything mobility wise, the beautiful Stella and handsome Nick will be there for you!!! We have been to many medical places for our family needs, we were shopping around for our father. We did not know what kind of scooter we needed or wanted for that case. We stumbled upon this place when we were having breakfast next door, we saw there sign and went inside! Beautiful store, very well organized everything is visible! They have many options for us to choose from, but we needed to make sure we are going to be able to lift this scooter and put in car for us to travel with. The nice guy at the store took his time explaining to us what each equipment is meant for , after listening to him he had my dad test drive scooters! This was a fun experience for all of us. My dad picked a scooter after driving it and he is very happy with it, we are even happier that this scooter is not so big or heavy! We originally wanted a 3 wheeler scooter since it is smaller. He explained to us that if its going to be used outside we should stay with 4 wheels since my dad is not on 100% balance. This guy knows exactly what his taking about! We bought our scooter with very much confidence and on top of that he gave my dad a cup holder as a present! Super cool store! Deserves 10 stars !!!!!!

We chose this service because of the positive reviews, but our experience was not stellar. First, I had to call after arriving as the scooter was not at the hotel. I was told I needed to fill out a DocuSign document first. It had not been emailed to me prior. After it was sent, I had to fill it out over the hotel WiFi... The scooter worked great the first two days, then began getting less distance per charge with my wife having to push me a good distance(though well within the stated range on a full charge) coming back to the hotel on our last night. Finally, I had arranged for a 9 AM pickup on the day we were leaving, but had to call an hour after that time when no one showed up.Edit of review - I just wanted to follow up to the business owners response. Im not sure what you are referring to as a contract. I did get Terms and Conditions with the Docusign document. I did read it and it does not say 24 hour road side assistance. It gives a number to call in case of emergency but your hours are 9 AM to 5 PM. Also, there were times when no one answered that number. I did charge the scooter every night as well. I had a bad experience with this business and the owner responded by insulting my intelligence. Perhaps your contract should be better spelled out.

We planned poorly. I suffered an injury 2 months ago I finally got the green light that I could walk, but not up and down the strip kind of walking. I have been using crutches for a while and I know exactly how long I can be on them before they start destroying my arms.We typed in the yelp search bar for Las Vegas Wheel chair rentals. Sure enough Las Vegas was the first on the list, THEY HAVE THE BEST PRICE. We called asked if he had a simple folding wheel chair for rent and if they would hold it, Nick said sure and even offered to stay open a little later if we stayed in contact with him while we were driving. This place is amazing and YOUR WAISTING YOUR TIME LOOKING FOR ANY PLACE BETTER.

Our grandpa was prescribed a electric wheel chair, he was very happy about this. I helped him find a scooter he can see before purchase since we never owned one before. There are a few options in Las Vegas for mobility stores and we went to 3 of them until we came here.Las Vegas Mobility Store had many options.. We were able to get in and out of the chairs and also drive them to see witch one would be better for my grandpa. His pretty tall so getting on and off of a chair is pretty hard for him. The nice guy working here was very helpful since my grandpa is tall he told us to try out the chair that will lower down and rise up for us! That was the chair he liked very much since he was able to rise up and then get off this made it a painless process for him. Plus he was able to reach table heights at the same time! This was a very clean store, they repair what they sell!Highly recommended for all your mobility stuff! We got a cover as a present!!!!! We are very happy with our choice.

Lets get started off with the outside of this place it is very gorgeous store outside and inside! The signs are very pretty and self explanatory. The best words I can come up with is elegant for the inside of this store.Inside the lighting is very bright so everything is equally visit ably. You have many choices and everything is very organized separated into different groups as they are all for different purposes. My husband and I have been looking for a way to get my mother in law a lot more mobile since her disability dont allow her. She is stable enough to drive a mobility scooter witch we thought would be the best way. We did our research and came across this store. The review are 100% great products and the staff is even better. Very educated on there products and we can feel that all they want is to set us up with the perfect scooter. They spent a lot of time with us and educated us and we felt really comfortable, because we can tell they know exactly what they are taking about. We ended up purchasing a Pride Go Go Traveler, very neat scooter. They were generous enough to offer a free delivery to our house. This place is amazing! Sorry the review is a little late, but I still havent changed my mind about the place. The store has every mobility scooter, power chair and lift chair in stock. We were shopping for lift chair and power chair. We heard about this place from one of the care givers at my grandmas facility. No kidding you can find almost everything in this store, even ramps for your scooter. Now my grandma has a oxygen tank with her we were not sure how this was going to work out for us. Nick was very helpful he educated us on about the attachment that can go on the power chair such as oxygen tank holder. This made everything easy for us and my grandma. We had the freedom to test drive them, witch was very helpful in matter of making a decision. Very helpful thanks for your time and effort great store!

Great service for Delivery! I was referred here by a friend who was very happy with their power chair. My grandmother was visiting so we wanted to rent one for a couple days. Within a couple hours a power chair was delivered to our house and they even picked it up when we were done. Absolutely worth it!

We have been owning a pride mobility scooter for about 3 years now since my husband was involved in a accident out here in town. We had traveling arrangements and we were in need a a scooter that would accommodate us to our trip to Germany. We stopped by this store since he was so nice over the phone, upon arrival we found out his even nicer in person. Very nice young gentleman who actually knew all of his products, we had did our own research we toldHim what we were interested in and we had to take a trip. He showed up a few different ones but saved one of the best one for the last, it was perfect for us! My husband felt comfortable it was very easy to take on the go and very nice looking actually. Today I search for lots of time at any good store but finally I cam here. I rented the hospital bed for roughly 5 months. They installed, maintained, and removed the bed when I was ready. Excellent and incredible work.

We are completely satisfied with the level of service we received at Las Vegas mobility store. The guys there were amazing to my father, especially Nick, who walked us through the entire process of getting a power lift and a brand new scooter installed on my dads car. We originally went in to just buy a lift but after talking to Nick about the type of car we had he suggested a smaller lift and threw in the scooter at the same price we would have paid for the heavy duty power lift. When we brought in the car 4 hours too early because my dad got the time mixed up They still made the time to get the car back to us in a few hours. This review is on behalf of my Dad just because he was so satisfied from Saturday with Las Vegas Mobility Store. We went in and had my dad try out a few different options. He ended up liking a Pride Jazzy Elite ES. Nick took his time to very thoroughly explain how to use the Scooter, provided the owners manual and we went over it together. Its hard watching your parents get older, but when you can rely on honest people to guide you, it makes life much easier.

I came in the store to buy a scooter for my mom , they had recommended that I bring her with me so we can get exactly what we are looking for.After spending about 15 minutes with us the nice gentle man were able to get my mom the correct scooter! Even though Im a local and was attending for work, no one else would let me rent a scooter out of fear of the speedway. Weve been shopping here for the past year since my husband started having difficulty walking. I personally am very happy with the services. We purchased a scooter from Joe and since then weve needed a repair and a battery replacement once. Joe showed up within hours fixed the scooter right up and replaced the charger for us. My mother Scooter wasnt working. I called around to different Scooter stores and Nick answered the phone, was very nice texted me directions to the store. I got to the store Nick remember talking to me on the phone and had my mothers Scooter fixed in less than 15 minutes. Excellent customer service.

These guys are great! They literally just answered the phone at 12:03 AM AND agreed happily to deliver a scooter to Paris hotel! The scooter was delivered literally at the time they said it would be! We are extremely happy with the service we got. Much recommended
