Aa company employees trying to charge me 186 to rent a mattress every month and to get a new one is 1700 and my mattress doesnt retain air and they just didnt try helping out they came to look at it and charge 35 dollars for a visit do not do business with this company youve been warned

I was charged for items which were not delivered. When I called to discuss the issue I was sent to voicemail and never did hear back from them. They did however make a Medicare claim. Fortunately, I found a reputable DME supplier after my experience with Bennett.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. It took over 30 days of calling repeatedly to find out that our unit was a rental. The billing is cryptic and does not identify any sort of monthly billing plan or rental period. Customer service would much rather cold transfer you than help resolve issues. I would never recommend utilizing this company’s services. However, this company was chosen by my health insurance provider. Stay away if you can and ensure that the equipment that insurance purchased for you was actually purchased and not rented. However, the only way to verify is continuously calling and hoping to catch someone picking up the call.

I am a RN, I have been attempting to get portable tanks for my pt for over a month, I was told it would be delivered, they were never delivered, no call back or anything. I had to reach out to them again and then was told they didnt have any orders for her to receive tanks from their company, then was told it was an issue with her insurance...She has over 10 empty tanks and their customer service representative stated no one has to been to her home in over a year to service her. Sad to say Im glad shes alive and her concentrator is in working condition. I then proceeded to switch companies and had to fight for them to cancel all pending authorizations for equipment from them to be able for the other company to take over her oxygen supplies. Very unprofessional employees from everyone I have spoken to. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BENNETT MEDICAL SERVICES!!

Some people are helpful others are not. It all depends who was at the front desk. Had to get supplies from them four times. Twice no issues. One time there was a two month delay. They blamed my insurance. The second they blamed my insurance again. This time my insurance did deny it because they ordered unauthorized items. Told them to correct it and my doctor emailed my prescription again and they argued about my insurance from weeks prior. Told me I should just pay for it out of pocket. Yeah no. It be nice if they would check their voicemail also.

Initially, the service seemed great...they were very helpful. Now, almost a year later, I get an automated call saying there is a problem with my account. Contacted the company, and they had no idea why the automated phone system called. When I suggested they get their system fixed, I was hung up on. WOW......hows that for NONEXISTENT customer service. When I called back asking to speak to a supervisor, they couldnt find my account using my name. Once again, I asked to speak to a supervisor. The person said that a lead was the same thing. (Not in most companies). I asked to speak to someone over her, and of course, I was put on terminal hold........AND THEN THEY HUNG UP.......AGAIN!!!!!Do yourself a favor......DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!

Not a fan of the location here. Originally given the wrong equipment or thats what i was told. Then told it would be covered and got charged. Corporate took care of it though. The woman that helped me at the main headquarter in Reno was amazing. She got five stars this location none. So average of the two.....

1.They never answer the phone 2. Poor customer service 3. Poor selection of supplies 4. Poor knowledge on whats needed for supplies. The only way to find out what you need there is to drive down to find out if you need to see your doctor before you come back. 5. Poor billing pratices. They insist on a credit card for billing. Never charged for my office visit and then 6 months later send me a bill with a 15.00 late fee.If it wasnt the only place that takes my insurance I would never do business with this company. I would give zero stars of it were possible.

This is the absolute worst company. I had ordered a biliblanket for my son. They were supposed to send my insurance the pre-authorization so that my insurance can cover the cost. They then called back and told me that it was not covered. I call my insurance and they said that they never received any pre-authorization from Bennett. Ive tried contacting someone in billing, but they dont know how to help me and said that I am stuck paying the full cost of this biliblanket, which is over $500. Please use a different company! I will need to file a complaint with the BBB over this!

This company is not customer friendly and I dont think they know their job. My husband is on medicare and was issued a wheel chair when he lost one leg. Bennett didnt bill correctly and now they want over $500 for this chair. They said we had to prove he needed it. The doctors put it all in their reports. What a scam. There were other issues as well. they deserve a big 0 stars

I rarely write reviews but I think it’s needed to save people grief from coming to this place. Unfortunately, I had no choice when I first got my CPAP machine. My doctor told me I had to go here. I’ve regretted it ever since. Being a healthcare professional myself I’m disgusted this place operates the way it does. I’ve received CPAP tubing twice that’s ripped. My insurance will only pay every 3 months. The first time it ripped I had time to go to the office and request for another tube. I threw it in the trash already. I was told I need to show them the ripped tubing. Fine, went back home to get get the tubing out of the trash. Now, the tubing ripped again, called them today explained the situation. They were no help. Basically said I have to pay out of pocket. I explained to them that this was the SECOND time this is happening. Clearly there’s something wrong with this specific manufacturer. Nope no help. Not sure how this place is still in business given all these one star reviews. The place is a joke.I also witnessed subpar customer service while I was waiting in the office before. Quite disgusted.

If i could give 0 Stars i would. Hospital put in an order for device for my 16 month old, 2 days later and hundreds of phone calls to the office, still nothing. Wont return messages, wont get back to you, and they dont care about the patients who need medical devices! Go anywhere but here...make your own medical device before coming here!

Update: Now Pulmonary Solutions is owned by Bennett and Bennett is still billing my insurance and me for a machine that I have had for a year and a half.I would not give them this 1 star but if force me to give it. This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. Be ware, run as far from this company as you can. I got my CPAP in August as a lease, I said I would rather pay outright, they said we dont know what the insurance is going to pay yet. I called asking when I would receive a bill & was told by the supervisor Ray that the $300 that I put down covered it, then all of a sudden 10/29 my bank account was automatically deducted $38.76, there was another payment scheduled to come out 11/7. I called for hours until I finally reached a person named JoJo who told me the payment that would not be taken & fee was waived. I called again on 11/14 asking how much to pay the equipment off but was told that I would be re-billed in January because the new year was starting. I did not receive supplies & when I called in 1/17 to request them I was told my account was on hold due to lack of payment even though I made a payment on 12/29 & 1/4, transferred to JoJo in billing who removed hold from my account, transferred to customer service who said they would get authorization from insurance to ship supplies, 2/7 received letter from my insurance saying the supplies had been authorized, 2/11 called Bennett several times because I was getting no clear answer as to where my supplies were. On 2/12 after several calls I was told they needed to transfer me to a supervisor because they had no idea why supplies were not mailed, no supervisor available, no call back, called toll free number & was told they did not see an order at all, called Las Vegas store where I was finally told that my account was on hold again & my supplies would not be mailed until I made a payment then on 2/22 my phone rang and the guy on the phone said I am from Bennett and I see you have not gotten supplies since August, are you still using the CPAP, I said yes and I would not use Bennett for anything else ever, I would rather die than get anything from Bennett and asked him to remove me from their call list. Now that I am with another supplier who got my supplies mailed out on 2/13 after my call to them at 445 pm on 2/12, I have found out that I should be getting supplies every 3 months not over 6 months. Thank God for Pulmonary Solutions because Bennett sucks.

Lost the machine with my results from my overnight breathing test and I was told my nebulizer machine would be here in 2 to 3 working days and its been 5 days still no nebulizer machine so unprofessional,now I was told Monday it was to be delivered on Tuesday and I called back Wednesday said it was dropped off at door on Friday but it will be overnight delivery and today is Friday again and still not here ordered 6/26 today is 7/5 still no nebulizer they need to check the delivery driver see why the job isnt done something is going on with this place

Another unhappy customer... called at least 10 times consecutively until someone answered my call. The person I talked to end up transferring me to another extension. As I was put on hold, my call end up on a voice mail and stating they will call me back. What a customer service... I will call my insurance and see if they can get me another supplier.

SCAM COMPANY!!!We have had nothing but issues with them. We ordered replacement parts and they gave us the wrong ones, we had to help their specialists order the correct parts. After paying a co-pay, they billed us for additional supplies months later, then tried to bill us again for parts on the same service date, months later again. When I called my insurance, they said that Bennett had it listed as a co-pay (not parts) and that none of what they were doing sounded correct.When calling billing dept., they wont return phone calls until you threaten them with reporting them. Then they call and are EXTREMELY rude, especially Michelle. She is downright nasty on the phone. She makes me want to shout from the rooftops warnings about this company. Seriously, she has no right to be in customer service. Id rather have to go to the DMV and SSS offices everyday for a month than deal with her ever again.I know that sometimes billing issues can happen, but these arent discrepancies, these are blatant scammers. We have notified insurance and (needless to say) are going with another supply company.

Please read these reviews and take heed. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Its almost comical. Run folks, run...while you have the chance! As stated in a previous post, this place is a joke! Five calls over 1.5 months to the service department to get my CPAP supplies. Each time I called, I was guaranteed that my supplies would be mailed out the next day. It never happened. Each time I called was like the first time I called. Never got the supplies and still wonder if I was in some kind of groundhog day movie. Wow! Getting my prescription and moving on. Wow! Just WOW! Update: Called AA Medical in Las Vegas. Within a 24 hour period, AA Medical had obtained a copy of my CPAP prescription and filled my order. Now, that is service...the way it should be.

New policy require the keep my debit card on file to issue c-pap supplies. I have two insurances (primary and secondary) and Bennett will not issue me an invoice or bill even on the front end (before shipping) if there is a payment due. Goodbye.

Dose anyone that this place know what CUSTOMER SERVICE is???? Had a young woman hang up on me.....Had a SUPERVISOR try and tell they were having phone problems..... The phone call was recorded you can CLEARLY .... Hear someone picking up and hanging up the receiver.....I talked to the answering service..... Said the driver would be out..... Took my address and phone number..... No one ever shows up..... The same SUPERVISOR tryed to tell me .... Her records show he was at my door at 6:30 funny my SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS....Doesnt show anyone at my door from 6:15pm - 7:00pm.....If someone drove 25min to deliver a package ..... I would have a phone number.....Hes was not at my house..... Day three still no NEBULIZER......

BEWARE OF BENNETT MEDICAL SERVICE. I can only suggest that you get a second opinion from a different company before you enter into a business arrangment with Bennett Medical Services. I cant believe that any Doctor would refer a patient to this company. If you do decide to get your medical supplies from this company be sure and an READ THE CONTRACT COMPETELY!!!I have called into the billing department twice in the last year. The shortest hold time, Ive had, to talk to a live person was 28 minutes. I was told only one person works in the billing department in Reno.Each time I called, I received a different answer to the same question. When I inquired about the difference in the answer to the same question, I was told there was no record of me ever calling into billing department.Stay away.

Kept calling me at the wrong number and I was never able to get a live person on the phone. Im going elsewhere. Dont ever do business with these people! If I could rate this company 0 stars I would. TO ALL DOCTORS OFFICES AND PATIENTS: I highly recommend going somewhere else with your DME needs. I have sent three patients here in the past three months and every single patient has had issues getting their wheelchairs delivered before surgery. Every staff member I have spoken to at this company has had extremely poor customer service, its shocking. It should not take over a week to get patients their wheelchairs before surgery. The most unprofessional staff member I have dealt with thus far was Stephanie Ledford. We have had multiple problems with this company, specifically with Stephanie. It is truly disappointing to hear how they have interacted with our patients as well. We will never use Bennett Medical Services again, and I genuinely hope none of you have to deal with this unprofessional company.

Bennett Medical Services is the worst company ever. They are also rude. When I went in for my first appointment the lady at the front ran the wrong credit card for my payment. Im renting a Cpap machine from them and I have one credit card for re-occurring payments like hulu and a few other bills. My other credit card is for payments like my doctors. I called and talked to the manager Magna two times and she was not helpful at all. I called my health insurance to switch medical supply company. I also called my doctors office about Bennett Medical and my doctor will stop all referrals to this company. You dont treat people rude because we as customers pay your pay check. With out us you would be out of a job. As you can see all there reviews are 1 star. I dont feel they should get any stars. Be very careful with this company...By the way it would not let me post with out putting a star down...They get 0 stars from me...

Just horrible. I have COPD and have been trying to get portable O2 for almost 3 months. Recently I got a prescription for a CPAP machine and they will not answer the phone. I still have my old O2-not portable-machine Im being billed for and not using and cant get the CPAP I need. Maybe it would be best to try to buy one outright. Maybe Santa will be kind this year!!

Avoid this business even if your doctor recommends them. Their service is terrible and the staff is arrogant and not helpful. I have had three interactions with them over two years and each time it was the same thing. When I complained to my doctor, he said Oh, thats just the way they are, you have to be patient with them.On the first go around they billed me $1000 for two month use of a cpap when they determined that I wasnt logging enough hours.I ended up buying my cpap and supplies on the internet.

Untruthfulness and Lack of compassion or understanding. I was supposed to have a Nebulizer Delivered on July 12th 2016, no one ever showed up. I called and left a message on July 13th 2016 and never received a call back. I drove today July 14th 2016 to their Valley View location and still dont have a nebulizer.They were rude and lied to my face. I was told that they attempted to deliver at 5:45PM on July 13th 2016. I was home and NEVER heard the doorbell or a knock. Again I was never even called about when they would deliver. After learning that they charge over $280 for a Nebulizer, I refused to sign their legal contract and ordered one from Amazon for $60. I ordered a Pari Trek S which is much smaller and quieter than the overpriced junk Bennett was trying to push on me.

RIPOFF. If your Doctor referred you, run away. Youll pay $280 a month for CPAP rental, and a monitoring fee of $200, when you can buy one online for $800.Total billing nightmare. I was referred by doctoUNbelieveable or CPAP and O2. I changed Jobs and insurance. I had to pay out of pocket two months for machire and OCpap is depreciated over a 8 month period then its yours. OK no problem. Then I started getting these bills for 130 a month. So I called it was the new insurance. This was 3 months after i gacve them the info. They never notified me that my new insurance wouldnt cover the home O2. 100 a month. I called 16x before receving a call back to go over everything. Rude and disrespectful. I brought back the 02. They are working with me on the G I now owe them. FYI: called last week for new masks and tubing was told I would get a call back its been a week my mask is torn and tubing is yuck. Horrible service. OH btw they originally gave me the wrong cpap and masks! beware
