Where to begin. I’m so disappointed. I really wanted my exam and pap to be done by a female doctor and unfortunately the first half got done by a male physician and the second part was by a female physician and not an actual doctor. So I felt really uncomfortable the entire time. I explained or atleast tried to about my rare autoimmune disease and that’s when I became even more uncomfortable because they got the male resident doctor to look at it and basically try to tell me my diagnosis could be wrong and just really undermining me all together.Also I am now on a different birth control and I didn’t want to change from my previous one (Yasmin) because I’ve been on it for years and have been fine but I guess it doesn’t matter so I’m stuck with a different birth control for 3 months.Lastly the price without insurance was 1k for a yearly check up, urine, pap, and blood work. I felt taken advantage of by a big corporate hospital that has no common decency towards patients. Paying that price the physicians should be better… and act like they actually listen and careWon’t be going back anytime soon. Don’t recommend anyone to go to anything Intermountain because if you do you will be expected to break the bank.

Theres a lot of pros and cons with this place, resident doctors, calendar is always booked so no reschedule dates, and receptionist says dumb comments about spanish speakers and how shes always having a hard time when they come into the office but its always clean and another thing that is great from that place is the ultrasound tech in room #4. Shes awesome!! I did not get her name, but she made me feel so at home going in and checking baby out. She is the reason why Im giving so many stars. Thank you!

Ive never had a problem with any actual staff members they were all very pleasant in my experience here. The doctors however lack bed side manner and care, at least in my experience. I saw every resident Dr on staff in this location and didnt care for any of their lack of bedside manner and Dr. Tylers MA is just a very unpleasant person in general. I Left this practice over halfway through my pregnancy after giving them multiple chances with different Drs. I was also sent to a high risk Dr after a lab tech mistakenly marked me as diabetic which I am not which flagged me for higher risks of fetal abnormalities. I have worked in medical in many different parts from practice management, credentialing/contracting, HR, referrals, front desk etc. And Im not a difficult patient butI know good Drs and practices from experience and this isnt it. If you like hands off Drs, or snide snarky comments go ahead. Or if you have something come up in pregnancy they wont schedule you only advise you to go to the ER.I just want to add the Drs dont ask you questions or treat you like an individual. They make assumptions and treat you like a number.And God Forbid you have a billing issue or are owed a refund its taken 3 months to get the ball rolling.UPDATE: I called the number they reply with and its a joke I still have never spoken to a manager or anything. Do not waste your time here if you want to be treated with human decency.

Im very disappointed.My appointment was secluded for today. I received a phone call saying I needed to come in immediately or I would need to reschedule. I received the call an hour and a half before my appointment.I called back, unfortunately I was not able to make it in before my appointment due to work.The lady on the phone said there is nothing available to reschedule my appointment to so we cant reschedule until someone reaches out. I waited a month for my appointment. She said they would give me a call back if there is a way to fit me in or If there is a cancelation.I find this really strange that my appointment needed to be rescheduled and nothing is available. Especially after waiting for so long. And being pushed to come in before. Calling an hour and a half before someones appointment is rather unprofessional and expecting them to make it before their appointment.I am choosing not to go to this place. And have found a new obgyn to look over what needs to be done.-------Just an update. Its been 3 weeks since my appointment, I havent even received a call back on when to reschedule. And it took two weeks to get a reply on the review.

I wanted to share my experience with other women in the valley. I would be very cautious when scheduling a visit to this Intermountain Healthcare Mountain View. The problem is they have a resident clinic and the residents do not introduce themselves as residents. The scheduler does not tell you who you are being scheduled with either.I saw Jennifer Wong and she did not tell me she was a resident. When bringing in the attending physician it was passed off as she was leaving the room to get the other doctor for a second opinion which was misleading and I felt a lie. I feel she was not honest as to her intern status because she did not want to lose and opportunity to practice on me as a guinea pig. At any time during the consultation or procedure she could have informed me and given me the opportunity to find someone else. She did not and I had no idea what was happening until in the procedure and she did not know what she was doing.At Intermountain you need to ask a lot of questions and ensure you are seeing an experienced doctor and not a student completing their internship.

I’m currently 28 weeks pregnant and decided to switch my doctor. I can tell you, it’s been the best decision I’ve made. I feel so confident coming here. Very informative. The receptionist are always nice to me, and my doctor S.Ceballos deserves the world.

If I could rate 0 stars I would!About the receptionist Who work morning shift,She is rude, most unprofessional and unset for this position.it’s not how you treat your customers if you wanna run a business you should learn how to treat and respect your customers.

Ive been trying to reschedule my ultrasound to figure out my gender for 4 days now. Nobodys picking up the phone. I keep being put on hold. Yall gotta step yall game up

Today was my first visit to this place and I had a super nice experience. All the staff very friendly and attentive. I arrived at 8am and was already at my house at 9:45 am. The gynecologist Gabrielle F. Rivera is very very kind and listens to her patients. The laboratory is on that same floor and you dont have to go to another place to take blood tests. Thanks for being so professional 😀
