Why would you put someone whos so unfriendly and condescending to manage the phones? I called up to check on something and they were just bizarrely hostile.

Very poor customer service. Taking forever to be initially seen by a doctor. Issue with knee started June 1, 2020 today is 6/23/2020 and they keep changing the appointment. The patient is in extreme pain and they dont care. They have past her to a nurse practitioner at this point. Patient is missing work with no pay. She may not be able to afford rent. NOT good:-(. Thanks to family we will help her with her bills. As a health facility please diagnose her and relive her pain.
