I wish I could vote -0 stars. I have family members that go here and the front off staff is horrible. Very very, rude and incompetent. Providers are excellent! They need a complete new front office staff Griselda, Tia, and Cindy are all very rude and should not be working in healthcare if this is how they act. Worst experience EVER !!

Unfortunately I have to seek care elsewhere. I enjoy Dr. Singh however I cannot handle the rude front office staff! No response from my Dr. Due to the front not giving him the messages. Ive had a pinched nerve for over a week. Went to quick care to get muscle relaxer and shot ONLY (no pain meds- had those already). Its a shame to deny Is a patient a referral for a chiropractor or its Earl for a chiropractor or to get AMRI that has a pensioner I that has a punch nerve it should not be this hard and I am absolutely this hard and I am absolutely done with this office I advise you I advise you seek care somewhere else

I have not been to the doctor in this location in awhile. It already is tough enough getting the nerve to go however dealing with staff issues is even worse and delays my want to go. When call they are short and have little to no customer service skills. Instead of a warm and inviting let me take care of you type of demeanor. Sadly the doctors in the office are getting the worst of it, especially if nobody wants to deal with stafff on phone. Then I have think if i need a stuff (ie: referral, rx fill, or questions about my care). I wouldnt call this office at all for that. Needs a major overhaul of staff, as this was to be a promising new beginning for me and my health. However, i am already looking to change doctors (soley due to staff that works at this location).

So fed up right now. I had an appointment this morning at 8:45. I was 5 minutes from the doctors office and they called and said , dr Navalta is sick . The last appointment I had same thing 2 hours before my appointment guess what. She was sick! This is ridiculous! Won’t be going back there! So unprofessional!

Everyone is at P3....are wonderful and caring....Heidi Baker is fantastic have been seeing her for many years

The office staff was rude and very unprofessional and uncaring. I had an appointment this morning for 8:45am and I got lost trying to find the place , I Informed the front office my reason for being late and they acted as if they ididnt care and I was the only person in the office and I still had to reschedule and this was for medicine for my blood pressure and then I was Informed that the next avaiable appointment wasnt until the middle of March, anything could happen between now and then so I left so I could find me another doctor so now Im in search once again for a primary care physician
