What can I say? Dr. Carrillo is not only competent but caring and thoughtful. She called me the night before 1 tooth extraction, sent a get well package with soup and tea and will call me to follow up. All my uppers will come out in a couple of weeks. I am totally comfortable in my choice of Southwest!!!

Painless! I have very bad anxiety when it comes to dentists. This experience was wonderful. He was very gentile and I had no pain at all. Very pleased with the experience. I highly recommend him and his staff to anyone needing dental surgery. Plus today as I was home recuperating I heard a knock on my door...it was a delivery from his office. A gift with a bow which included a soup bowel with a can of chicken soup and crackers. What a sweet gesture!

Courteous, understanding and professional attitude from all. They explained and showed youwhat the problem was and offered several options for you to consider. Once a course of action was made, the procedure was done. Before I left instructions on what to lookout for, what I could and couldnt do, offers of Tylenol for the ride home along with written information.My hat is off to the entire staff.

Entire experience was great! Had some trauma to the mouth which cost me my front tooth. Dr. Bauerle took great care of me. Had implant put in with no issues. My payment situation was a unique one but they accepted it and worked out great for them. I had trouble finding a dentist that would accept my payment that would accept my payment, Dr. Bauerle staff went the extra mile to find me a dentist. I hope I never need an implant again but if I do, I know where to go.One more comment, very relaxing atmosphere. Makes you as comfortable as possible.Thank you very very much.

My doctor, Dr. Bauerle is the best doctor in all US I would say. It has been probably two years since he did a procedure in my mouth (bone grafting plus two implants) and to this day 2 years later he still checks that everything is still good. I really really appreciate that! Not many doctors care that much. Thanks Dr. Bauerle!

As someone who is comfortable with the fact that oral health is vitally important but also has high levels of anxiety when having to deal with oral health issues, I have to say that Dr. Bauerle and his associates are among the very best. I have had to visit Southwest Periodontal more than once for a complicated oral health issue. I have found that, in a multitude of ways, Dr. Bauerle and his staff have gone above and beyond to ensure that I received quality care and comfort well beyond what I have come to expect. Exceptional levels of care, high levels of professionalism, modern techniques and tools, fantastic bedside manner, and a sense that your needs really matter are just a few things that I have come to appreciate in visiting Southwest Periodontal. I can also say that Dr. Carillo has attended to me when Dr. Bauerle has not been in office and she is excellent as well, though I would expect nothing less from this practice. As a dentist I get to work with specialists from all over the region. My patients always come back with rave reviews for Dr. Bauerle and his team. When I needed a periodontist for myself I chose Dr. Bauerle and I do not regret it. He did a very thourough and gentle exam and came up with a conservative, logical approach to treatment. I believe that I should have seen the Periodonist first. The Endoronist seemed like a middleman that was not needed. Both doctors and my primary dentist all told me the same thing. The middleman only adds cost to the process.
