We were really satisfied with our visit. Everyone was very friendly and we were in and out in under an hour. It was my sons first time at the dentist and Edgar made it fun and easy for him! Edgar was absolutely wonderful and Im thankful my son got to work with him. When we left, my son said he wanted to come back to the dentist again!! Thank you everyone.

Both my children Ages 13 & 6 had a cleaning scheduled for today & not only had a outstanding cleaning, but were both given an great information to maintain the up keep for their dental hygiene. I wish I could remember the names of the 2 woman who performed their cleaning because they were great as was the dentist being really informative. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great dental care team in Las Cruces.

They are very poorly organized. They treat you like they are the only ones in town. Appointments to fill in a cavity take about 2 months for current patients.

Childrens Dental & Orthodontist was a wonderful experience for my daughter. The staff were very friendly and attentive to myself and my daughter. Everything was explained step by step from the exam to the consultation and discussed what next steps could be taken to have braces.

The wait was fairly short. They definitely assured us that They were trying to get us in-and-out As fast as they could. My son was super nervous being his first check up but the dentist and assistants made him feel comfortable. He was excited about seeing the dentist after leaving. So that was a great first experience.

We just moved to LC. The other day after my son was eating popcorn, I checked his teeth. I found a cavity in my sons mouth we had been letting him do it himself to build independence. We needed a dentist office that could deal with ASD kiddos. I found Childrens Dental Clinic of Las Cruces on google and called right away. They have nearly 5 stars, if not the full 5. I was skeptical at first. When I called, Hortencia answered. There had been a cancelation and could get him in the next day. We had trouble finding the correct insurance and she told me she would be there for another hour and could work to find it, and she did. She also validated my fears. The next day our assistant was Chasity. Not only was she so sweet and understanding, but she also validated my concerns and let me know it wasnt as bad as my momma heart felt it was. The dentist we saw was Sonia Mohd Najib, DDS. She showed me what needed worked on and spoke in a way I understood. She didnt make me feel bad for the fact he had 2 small cavities. The staff was very calming and understanding of my sons needs. I dont think I have ever felt so at peace with a dentist office before! Thank you all for such an amazing visit and being so compassionate!

The dentists, hygienists, and techs are always amazing, friendly, and helpful. Her last appointment was fantastic! She asked for help getting a baby tooth out, and they did the most amazing job numbing her( with cream) and then giving her a shot without her even knowing or feeling it! I was so impressed and thankful!! They really care about their patients and keeping them calm and stress free!! We wouldnt go anywhere else!!! Registration was very efficient. Waiting in our vehicle was a good idea, COVID precautions or not. Our Dental Hygienist, Edgar, was excellent; his friendly manners can put anyone at ease before the procedure. He also gave us time to ask our questions. Dr. Najib was also very professional and thorough and took the time to explain the X-rays and plan of care.I highly recommend this clinic.

My kids were scheduled for an appointment at 1:20 and when we arrived today at that time staff informed us very politely and kindly that our appointment had been cancelled due to non-confirmation. They tried calling to confirm but I didnt answer and my mailbox was full 🤦‍♀️. They told me not to worry that theyd work the kids (3 of them 😳) into the schedule starting with my son in just a few minutes. We waited for less than 5 minutes in the car before they called and brought us all back. They were exceptionally busy but they got all of the kids in. They were beyond accommodating and patient. The reception staff, hygienists, and dentists made us feel at ease (I felt like an idiot for not confirming) and never rushed us. They took the time to explain treatment and care, schedule follow-up appointments, and give each of the kids a terrific cleaning. All while my 3 year old had one of her most epic meltdowns. They were SO patient, kind, understanding, welcoming, and calm. The experience we had today really meant a lot to myself and my kids and well continue to be patience for as long as you all allow it (😂 but really). Thank you all!

My 5 y.o. had a great dental cleaning appointment. I was very impressed w/ Fransisco’s professionalism and kind bed side manner. Everyone was very friendly and professional.I had an appointment at a Ben Archer Clinic for my son the day before and they forgot to put in my appointment...so I called here and had an appointment the next day. I take time off to take my son to the dentist and I like how they confirm appointments through text and I’m not left wondering if they forgot my appointment.

I love coming here since my boys were small. Its a hassle to come on my lunch break since thats the only time I have . When I come for an appointment I want to be seen asap as in I show up at 1:15pm I want to be in the back by 1:25pm at latest. It is also kinda not good when the staff is asking where the doctor is with no avail of where he is. In all I wish the doctors and dental assistance have better through put times with patients as well as time managment of parents that are on lunches

My daughter has been with them for about 2 years, and as long as they hear were leaving town, they started to stop caring. We have been waiting for the retainers to be mailed to us by them with no hope. We call, the guy on the phone says that the doctor is busy and cannot talk to you. Worst service ever.

Just came from our appointment at Childrens Dental Clinic. The staff here are always wonderful and this time was no exception. Lonnie and Doctor Nguyen were so great with both our girls! My 3 year old even sat in the big chair this time because she felt so comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were super nice as well. Childrens Dental Clinic is our Dental Clinic for life! Been bringing my kiddos here for years and have always had a good experience thanks to their amazing staff. I recently brought my 3 kiddos a few weeks back and I would like to recognize Ernesto for going above & beyond for my family. At this appt they seemed to be short staffed with the 3 other assistants tending to patients. I explained to Ernesto that I had a meeting to be at soon and he said he would do his best to get us out in time for me to make it. With that being said he was able to jump from chair to chair to get their cleanings done well providing me information regarding each one of my kiddos. When the Dentist came to do the exams he again hopped around doing the documentation for each child. He was kind and gentle and worked quickly well paying attention to details for each kiddo, he was extremely polite and patient with all hundred of my questions. I appreciate him working harder than necessary and would like to thank him for accommodating to me and my family. Because of him I was able to make my meeting on time. I would also like to thank Dr. Kussad for taking the time to explain in depth the treatment needed for each child as he was also very kind and polite. My kids loved the both of them and we hope to be their patients again for appointments to come.

My son had a filling done 18 months ago by another clinic and unfortunately the filling came out completely during an incident my son had at school yesterday. We came in as a walk in and staff got us in within 45 minutes to see the doctor. We couldnt be happier and the staff is excellent here! My kids have all come to this office and they all love coming here and feel very comfortable each time. They actually enjoy coming here! :)

First Ill start with, the dentist and hygienists were great, especially with my son who had been unwilling to own his mouth at a previous dentist.Now for my problem, the billing and the management basically ignoring there was an issue. He had surgery and that went great, no issues at all yet. Got a call and I paid over the phone as I live out of town a couple days later. I was told that was the charge for everything and were good to go. Fast forward a few months, I receive a bill for more than I had already paid and said it was over 60 days late. Not sure how it could be late when I had never received a bill in the first place. So I call back and ask for an explanation. It took MONTHS to finally get an explanation of why Im being charged more after being told I had paid for everything, and even then the explanation was half baked.There was even a charge of over $900 because I didnt have insurance. Thats just fraud, and not once did I receive an apology for this. I called and left messages asking for the location manager to have the regional manager give me a call back to complain and Ive still not heard from them. So either the regional manager doesnt care or the location manager isnt doing her job. Either way we felt very disrespected by billing and management. We canceled future appointments, got our records and went elsewhere.Again, the dentists and hygienists were great, I just wish management and the billing process could match.

Amazing visit! I have taken my children here for over five years! My daughter had a cavity and the procedure was super quick and she didnt even need a shot to numb it! AMAZING! I cant say how much I appreciate the amazing care she has been given! Recommend!

Both of my daughters have gone to Childrens Dental for several years now, and my youngest is now having her braces done there also. They are always so friendly and courteous, weve never really had a bad experience there. They send out reminders for our appointments, and work really well with my schedule on upcoming appointments...which is really great considering I come in from a neighboring city. Weve had Baylee for the last few appointments, and she is terrific...always trying to make my daughter feel comfortable with chatting before the dentist comes in. The dentists are always very vocal with me, and have my girls best interest in place. I highly recommend this office. :)

Daughter had an appt today it was an early one so i wasnt sure how it would go. Edgar was very patient with her threw out the whole exam. This time they were able to get some xrays. Not very clear but she tolerated it more then ever before. Once again Edgar was great with my daughter. He worked so well with her, i Cant express how important that is and how great he was with her and us. My daughter has special needs and she has autism, so having a patient caring understanding person helping us is very very important. Thank you so much. Always a great experience when we come in.

Jodi and Dr.Nguyen were fantastic, friendly, and highly efficient. My son was getting 2 crowns they estimated approximately 1 hr for completion and finished in half that time. They were very friendly and explained everything very thoroughly to my 4 year old son, he understood everything they were saying they made the experience very painless. I highly recommend taking your children here.

My son has high functioning autism and everyone who works here was completely understanding. They were AMAZING with my son! They have tvs on the roof above the dental chairs, which really helped distract him and they just happen to be showing Pixars Cars which is one of his favorites. I would definitely recommend this place for your child.

3 of our girls were seen there today, ages 7, 3 and 1 1/2 and the staff was fabulous!! They were super nice and kept reassuring my girls so we had no tears 😁. Weve always been happy with the care they have provided our 7 year old over the years so we just keep coming back!

I love their quality services, they seem to enjoy what they do because it reflects on their top notch performance with the children. I also love the fact that they are very patient with all children and they patiently explain in detail the procedures and findings to us the parents. Ive taken my boys with them since they were toddlers and I dont plan on going anywhere else.

Staff is very kid friendly and extremely patient with toddlers. Been going since my son turned 1 and every time we go with the staffs help my son gets more confident. The wait time was short and the staff was friendly, but the dentist was rude. My son is 2 years old and has sensory issues instead of being patient with us she was what I would describe as forceful. After looking over his teeth she said they were in great shape and then she lectured me on how important it is to take care of his teeth. She said if I didnt take care of them he was going to end up in the hospital and have to be put under. I get that it is important to maintain good oral hygiene, I didnt need the lecture. I understand wanting to get your point across that oral hygiene is important, but she could have said it in a polite way instead of talking down to me. I took my son to a different dentist for a tongue tie issue we discovered and they were patient with my son. They even sat on the floor with him instead of making him sit in the chair since the chair made him nervous. I hope this Dentist can improve from our experience and be patience and kind with other children she sees in the future.

CDC is such an amazing place. My kids love going there. The staff is always so attentive. Especially Mrs. Rosie Ortiz. Shes an awesome person. Shes courteous and so professional. Always so helpful.

Ive been taking my son here for five years and have always had such good feedback from the staff. They always strive to keep me informed of something they are keeping an eye on; any time Ive had a question or concern about his oral health, they have an answer and ways to help me see for myself. The occasional changes in staff havent altered the way they treat the patients either! Always a good atmosphere, and of course the kids love the screens in the ceiling.

The staff at Childrens Dental are very friendly and patient. The office looks very clean. They have TVs above the chairs which is very helpful to keep the children entertained while they get their teeth worked on, which I love because it helps calm anxiety. They also have toys for them. I really like this clinic, the staff is informative and answer any questions you have. At the end of the visit they give the children a little bag with dental cleaning products and a little reward. I really recommend this dentist office.

Been going here for 13 years with my kids. Always super friendly, very informative and helpful, and they do great as far as time to get you in and out of there in a timely fashion. Ive never sat there waiting for a period of time.

First time my 2 kids where seen here and they did amazing. The staff is so nice and friendly the girls made them feel so comfortable they didnt even cry. My oldest had a couple of cavities and instead of torturing him the dentist suggested an outpatient procedure to get them all done at the same time. They truly care about their little patients!
