The absolute best experience Ive ever had with a dentist!Dr. Gilbert is highly skilled, knowledgeable, super friendly, and is always sure to keep me informed of what he is doing, going to do, or recommends. From routine cleanings to major dental work, he and his team do an outstanding job every time. Every single person in the office is very friendly and helpful, and I cant recommend them enough. I actually look forward to my visits!

I broke a tooth and Dr. Gilbert and his staff worked me into their schedule immediately. Faith (the technician) was instrumental in getting all my X-rays and scans completed in a timely manner and they cut and molded a new crown for me right there on the spot. I recommend Dr. Gilbert and his team to anyone needing dental work in the Las Cruces, New Mexico area. The staff is so professional and kind and have your best interest and comfort in mind during the entire visit.

Came in for cleaning and because of COVID I was long over do. My hygienist was Jennifer and let me tell you she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She was very thorough and gentle! I appreciated the care, thoughtfulness and how she took the time to educate me. I will continue to come to Bright Star Dental because of this. If you want to be spoiled with the calming music, massage chair and warm towel after your cleaning I’d highly recommend this office. 10/10!!

I just left the dentist office this afternoon after a cleaning. This is no regular cleaning! I’ll be 60 this year and I have never experienced this level of attention and care during a cleaning in my life. Not to mention throughout the visit you control the chair massage! This is awesome. And Jennifer . . . She is an incredible tech who really demonstrates her love of her job. She is incredible as are each staff member I’ve met thus far. Bright Star Dental will most definitely be my dentist for the long term!!

Bright Star Dental is the best of the best by far! From when I walk in the door until I am escorted by a staff member when I leave, the entire staff makes me feel calm, special and very well taken care of. I had my biannual cleaning today with Anais and she is always at her best. She is fun to chat with, makes sure (many times) during the cleaning that I am comfortable, she is efficient and professional in every way. And Dr. Gilbert is my favorite dentist of all time! People always say, “I hate going to the dentist” and my response to them is always but you haven’t been to my dentist. Anais, my hygienist, has a great personality and is fun to talk to. Anais was my hygienist and she was very nice. The place itself was very fancy. The chairs are heated and have a massage feature. They give you a warm, lavender towel when you are done. They offer water bottles. It is very fancy and well done.

Again This is still an amazing place and best dentist to go to. The experience I had at Bright Star Dental was something that I have never experienced at any other office! I was having a lot of pain for at least a week and did not know where to go, a friend happened to mention Dr. Gilbert to me so I called to schedule an appointment. Let me tell you the experience started with the phone conversation I had, the lady I spoke to was so pleasant, friendly and very nice. Once I got to the office for my appointment every one that I came in contact with was just as friendly as the lady on the phone. Dr. Gilbert was very attentive to me , such a nice man! I needed a crown, I was able to get that done and the pain is completely gone! I am going to be able to enjoy my Thanksgiving dinner with no pain thanks to Dr. Gilbert! Highly recommended!!!!

Dr Gilbert is a fantastic dentist with state of the art skills, knowledge and staff. Anissa is the wife and my hygienist and is the greatest. Caring and friendly. I know with COVID around many have put off routine dental care but rest assured this facility takes every safety precaution available including updating their ventilation system, using special equipment during patient care.
