We are looking for a place for our Mom, who soon to be discharged from a rehab center to an assisted living or skilled nursing home.We went to see the facility at Opis Tierra Pines center and are very impressed with this facility!Everything looks clean and spotless, the staffs are friendly and courteous.Holly gave us a tour of the 2 floor of this building, explaining clearly all the activities of the residents,We feel our mom will be very happy there!We look forward to move our Mom there soon!

My mom is being cared for very well and I feel quite confident that the facility and personnel have nothing but the upmost professionalism in caring of their residents. During these trying times, they have been very informative about the protective steps put in place for the safety of mom which assures me that she is safe. I highly recommend Tierra Pines for anyone needing care for their loved ones.

If you are considering a career in Long-Term Care, I highly recommend you apply here first. Dont delay. There are numerous Nursing Homes in the Tampa Bay area, but none are like Tierra Pines Center. Be ready to make a difference and positively change your life.

It is a great care for your loved ones. Everyone in Opis Tierra Pines Center is pay attention to your requests about your loved ones. Everyone is very helpful and cares about people who they take care about.

The staff our great! We came from Nevada and they worked with us to be able to see my Mom. I know from my other members of the family that Mom is being cared for by great people. Thank you agian for your care.

We had just recently placed my father in Terre Pines nursing home and the experience of transferring him from Vero beach to the West Coast was a pretty awesome experience working with the staff at Terra Pines they are friendly caring and are looking out for my father’s best interest I would highly recommend placing your love ones here for Care

My experience of the facility during my tour was amazing! The staff was very nice and friendly! Delighted how informative and attentiveness to the memory care customers/residents the stall interaction was. This is a blessed place for your love one.

From the moment I walked into the building everyone was friendly. People that I use to work with me all came down to the lobby to say hi. It felt really good to be back home.

From the time I entered the facility and until the time I left, the atmosphere was pleasant and inviting and the staff at the front desk were inviting and very professional. I was there for a job interview with the Director of Nursing wha was also polite and very professional. Although Covid has made it much more difficult to visit family in rehabilitation facilities, it was a relief to find kind and helpful staff at The Tierra Pines facility who cared enough to ensure you are able to connect virtually with your loved ones! Thank you to all the staff there but especially Ms. Holly and Ms. Lewanna! You are kind hearted angels!!We don’t have extensive experience with the facility yet but found it to be managed in an orderly/clean way, and observing Covid protocols to keep everyone safe.

My brother and I had a very good experience visiting our mom. We are from out of town and found the facility clean and the staff to be very friendly, caring and accommodating. I would recommend this center.

All the staff that work here are the most caring and sweetest people I have met. They took great care of my Mom in her final days. Very attentive to the patients and family. Definitely would recommend.

I filled in as CNA at Tierra Pines!The STAFF was sooo nice and VERY HELPFUL!They made me feel like I was apart of the teamFor my days of working, so to the Team of Tierra Pines Im Honored to give you guys a 10 all DAY EVERYDAY!! Linen was always available, my NURSE was very Helpful and ATTENTIVE, the Food lookDelicious and well protion, my supervisor was ALWAYS SOO SWEET AND CARING, making sure I was always ok and not needing for anything!This facility is the definition of “TEAM WORK”!!I’d come work with them ANY DAY!!

My grandma is present now in this dirty home not nursing home . She was laying under someone bloody blanket she smelled bad . She kept yelling she’s hungry . It made me sick to my stomach. 😡😡😡

Many thanks this Thanksgiving to the wonderful staff of Tierra pines. You pour your heart and soul day in and out from the administration to the kitchen; nursing and CNA and laundry staff.

If you are considering working at this facility as front desk help please re-consider.the ladies that work in the office behind the desk are bullies and are far from professional.through out the interview process they made inside jokes with each and laughed in between interview questions as though they took nothing seriously !!! Highly unacceptable and very disappointing especially being a facility that is responsible for the care of individuals family members.i believe there is a certain level of professionalism that should be conducted especially in a health care facility.i felt discriminated against from the time I walked through the the door and Tierra Pines Center will never be a place that I would ever consider for employment to anyone.

Some of the evening staff (Thanksgiving 2019) are extremely RUDE !!! And very disrespectful, they need more training on how to communicate with others, especially on the phone, which they never answer in a timely manner- Dementia wing!!! The facility has ants due to trays of food being left in the rooms. The floors are nasty, due to some individuals, (CNA) acting as if their too good to clean a floor. And thepatients on the dementia wing are sometimes unsupervised. And some of the CNAs have a very nasty attitude.

My husband is 85 and has vascular dementia......I put him in there one afternoon, made him comfortable ....went home.....came back three hours later to feed him dinner.......He is a sundowner and at dinner time gets very anxious......apparently he got anxious, fell out of bed and swung at someone......he never touched them.......When I went back to feed him at 5pm they had BAKER ACTED him.........I doubt theyever had time to read his history or meds........The very fabulous kind & well known man I married was then locked in in a Behavior Clinic in Largo for over two weeks........put on all kinds of horrible psych. drugs.........and then...........TIERRA PINES REFUSED TO TAKE HIM BACK.........I went to get hisclothes and they have stolen a $100 pair of his good shoes..........I would advise no one to ever put a loved one there......I reported them to the state and I do believe I got them in some trouble............They are a disaster....& apparently do this to dementia patients quite often.......No old dementia human being deserves this treatment.
