My dad received terrible care at this facility and I am not pleased at all... he developed bedsores from being not taking care of and when ask nobody knew nothing.... I will never forget how my dad last days were spent here😡😡😡

I was recently told by social services to go to the hospital and they would place me in their facility with my wife and then they told the hospital that I was a problem and wouldnt take me after gett my wifes hope up

Absolute terrible facility!! Do not send any loved one here. Disgusting place with Disgusting employees. They yell and scream at residents and their families. They were stealing pain medications as well. DO NOT SEND ANYONE HERE! I will be reporting them to everything I can for the abuse I witnessed on residents.

Abosolutely wonderful facility and clean. Very caring to my dad. Loving staff to him and he was a difficult man to please. He loved it. Would highly recommend.

My Dad, Walt has been in Oak Manor Skilled Nursing for several years now; he has always been very well cared for by the staff in his section. The nurses and nurse’s assistants are very concerned he is happy, taken care of, attended to, looks nice, hair combed, and is wearing clean clothes. He could have died when his hernia burst but his nurse. Susan McDonnell, acted quickly and called for emergency care and saved his life. His nurse’s assistant Vidya Sinanan is very friendly and keeps me informed of what is going on during his day. He loves to go on the Friday lunch outings and Taylor Kamensky makes sure he is included as much as possible. Even the accounting staff, Holly Stephany goes out of her way to make sure his finances are in order and is proactive in covering his insurance needs. I want to thank every one of the staff that knows my Dad and cares for him on a daily basis. Nursing can be an unrewarding job but I have never experienced negativity with the nurses that care for my Dad. Thank you all for your efforts in caring for the elderly.Sandy, Walt’s daughter.

Horrible place to work at. Wow the management is horrible and very cliquey. If you arent in their clique forget it. They will lie on you. Not helpful at all. Most of the other nurses are horrible to work with and always late.

A dear old family friend was in here for 1 1/2 years after she had a stroke. The place is always clean, but she could have used a bit more personal care like cutting her fingernails more regularly & changing her clothes immediately after she tried to eat.

This is by far the worst place I have ever seen My mother had a craniotomy, and the nurse was about to give my mother’s seizure medication to her 91 yr old roommate. the 91 ur. Old woman recognized it wasn’t hers. Then instead of giving my mother her 5mg. Of Lyrica, they were about to give her 150mg!!!! Thank god I was there. I’m always there, and have seen horrific treatment of patients. My mother’s bed was hardly made, trash on the floor.., I wouldn’t bring my dog there!!!!!!

Awesome. Most of the staff is very caring and loving.

They really treat their clients with care,both my folks have been in and out of there for the past 3years almost full time and I wouldnt have them anywhere else
