My first visit was May 10th. Signing in with Cynthia was straightforward and no problem. The blonde girl who took my vitals did not introduce herself and was rude. When she took my blood pressure it was high imagine that, I was riled up at that point. The doctor was friendly and listened to my concerns and answered my questions. I set up an appointment for future lab work etc. Im in basic good health so the office visit was short and Julie the staff member who checked me out was friendly. Should have took my blood pressure at that point.I am my own health advocate and try to stay in the best shape possible so this office most likely will work for me. Hopefully theyll work on their politeness and patient relations. One can only hope and maybe I will add a star accordingly. Thanks

Horrible!!!! Horrible! The staff is so careless! And ignorant. Got told twice that I would receive a call back, and never received a call back. Every time I call back they say please hold. They never picked up the phone just left me on hold. Do not come here.

Hes an arrogant uncaring thinks hes right know it all. He doesnt listen to his patients and is under the mindset of nothing is wrong with you even in the face of seeing test results and other doctors notations stating you have a medical issue. Dont go to the guy unless youre in the mood to hear constantly there is nothing wrong with you even when you are in his office experiencing life threatening complications and hes witnessing it. He says to you directly I dont know how many times I have to tell you theres nothing wrong with you.Then he states call your insurance if you dont like it.Hes all about money not patient care.

I have been a patient with this office for appr. 5yrs. The staff are friendly and my Nurse Practitioner Betsy Parker rocks! She tells it like it is, and gives me some tough love when I need it. The other amazing thing, is in all that time I have never seen an increase in price for an office visit. How many things can you say that about?

The Front desk staff was very polite and knowledgeable .The nurses or techs were very pleasant. Dr. Collins was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He spoke to me not at me I felt very comfortable with this practice.

Horrible Dr! He was VERY rude and does not take the time needed with his patients. He gives the impression that he doesnt care about you only getting to the next patient to turn a quick buck. Saw him one time and REFUSE to go back. My teenage son said he was not very thorough with him either. STAY AWAY!

The way i was treated by the front desk woman is totally unacceptable. i have hearing problems, that nasty woman asked me in a rude matter to sign in and honestly i didnt understand right (im not a native english speaker) when i asked what? she started slapping the clipboard yelling SIGN UP! the only time there was eye contact is when i got yelled at. Im looking for a Dr. this will not be the one.

Dr Collins is a great Doctor and he listens to me and I listen to him
