I respect and have great faith in Dr. Shah and Jill. He is kind, compassionate and a straight shooter, as is Jill. I have truly appreciated being under their care. Unfortunately, I had to move and will miss them and the staff immensely.

The receptionist and nurses are great but Dr. Shah himself needs to have his medical license taken away and never practice medicine again. My Mother whos name I will not mentioned was seeing him for a number of years until 2 months before her death on May 3rd 2021. He isnt a hand on doctor for some reason, only wants to put you on pain meds and will misdiagnose you just to do so. He said she had a muscle pull based off what she said to him in the room, I was there when he examined her. It turns out she was showing symptoms of cancer that may have started in her pancreas and worked its way to her liver. She also had hepatic encephalopathy too. Now my Mother is dead because of his negligence, do not use him if you or your loved one wants to continue to live.

Dr. Shah has been caring for my elderly mother for going on 3 years now. I have accompanied her to every visit. Dr. Shah is very caring, attentive, and patient. When she is ill he calls her first thing in the morning to check up on her. The ladies in the office are pleasant and happy, which to me means they enjoy their jobs. As long as Dr. Shah takes my mothers insurance, I dont see her ever changing.

This was an initial appointment to establish a relationship with a new DOCTOR. I went off of the five star reviews on Google (when I came home I researched further to find Dr. Shah has horrible reviews on healthgrades). Jessica took my vitals and was pleasant enough. After waiting over a half hour during COVID-19, Jill Coots (a nurse/not remotely a doctor) enters and is extremely impersonal and unprofessional. She literally grabbed and pulled my ears while examining me. In a rough tone she says, Ears are fine. which tells me she didnt look because my allergies are so bad right now I can feel the itchy redness. Even my acupuncturist comments on the scarring I have from allergy and sinus infections in my ear canals!!! I told Jill that I found her approach wanting and I asked to meet the doctor as per my appointment via telephone. It was obvious that Jill Coots gave the doctor an earful as he was impatient and annoyed. Upon asking for two long term prescriptions (both that had not been filled in many months/years) Dr. Shah accused me of wanting drugs (narcotics). I was shocked. My migraine medication (5 pills still still in the bottle from 2017!!!) because I simply dont like to take pills unless absolutely necessary is proof that I rarely ever take any pills. When I genuinely asked him what narcotics were in this medicine he told me not to challenge him!!! I went home to research only to find out Fioricet is not a controlled substance and there are various combinations. Also, Im allergic to codeine and wrote that in my paperwork!!! If the doctor knew anything about me at all, he should have read this but he nor the nurse looked at my new patient info. Why would I ask for a drug that I am allergic to!!!!!!??? I dont like being insulted because I am not a drug addict looking for narcotics. I am anti alcohol, anti drugs, anti medical marijuana... I even wish tobacco was banned!!! When I asked Jill if Id be getting my blood drawn at the office or a lab as she walked me back to the front, she refused to answer. Arissa in the front desk excused her because, her part of my visit was finished!! Lol!! Upon leaving, when I asked Arissa a question she ignored me, when I asked why she didnt answer she said she was busy lol. Haley in the front office was very professional, thank you. So there you have it. You can put the pieces of this sad review together and see for yourself. The trickled effects after meeting Jill Coots was akin to an avalanche. Next time Ill get a referral before blindly choosing a random doctors office simply because they are in close proximity to my home. Ill be notifying the BBB and insurance.
