They did a GREAT job on my hair cut,they listened to what I wanted done and did EXACTLY that, I would HIGHLY recommend them and plan on going there again

I was going to a different place for a while and they never did what I asked and it never came out the way I wanted it. I found this place on Google and decided to give it a try because of the fantastic reviews, Eric was amazing!!! He completely fixed the mess the other place made, he knew exactly what to do, my hair looks incredible. I would highly recommend this salon!!! The atmosphere is very friendly and the prices are very reasonable. I will never let anyone other than Eric touch my hair again!!!

I have been a customer at Hair Expectations for almost 3 years. I found this salon by its high ratings and reviews online. I usually see Shanon, but was told that she was not available & that Jen was booked up for that day.I was going to come back another time, but was talked into Teresa. BIG MISTAKE!!! I came for a trim and left with the worst haircut I have had in my life. My hair was several different lengths and ALOT shorter than I requested. Thats not all!! Teresa spoke terribly about Shanon the entire time - I left here DISGUSTED at how UNPROFESSIONAL this woman was! I had to go straight to somewhere else and pay to get it fixed! I was also told that Shanon will not be coming back? So neither will I. This is NOT a 5 star salon with the type of cut and service that I received.

Was referred to Erick by a friend. It’s always scary to go to a new stylist but he quickly put me at ease. Picked a great touch up color and did an awesome haircut!!! Couldn’t be happier will definitely be coming back to him!!! Thanks again Erick!!!
